As her assistants placed the last box onto the trucks heaving pile Helga smiled.

This truly was a job well done.

Or was it? Her eye caught on the open door of the cat cage, and then, eventually followed the trail of wet footprints towards the chimney of Milo's house. Up there she could see the cat staring down smugly at her. It licked its paw before wandering towards the end of the house's roof. Helga sighed.

Guess I have to do everything myself. Typical.

Helga finished attaching the cat box to the fishing rod and sat back on the roof tiles. She had no idea if the cat would respond to the fish she'd placed in the container or not. Hopefully it would.

Standing up Helga planted her feet firmly against the chimney and raised her arms, ready to cast the line out towards the cat and hope the fish caught the cats attention when the it moved. It ran from where it had been sitting and leapt onto the neighbours roof. A few seconds past and Helga moved to swing again. But, this time, when she looked down she could see that the cat had moved yet again, onto the next roof along.

Typical. A different strategy is definitely needed.

Putting the rod down on the roof Helga unhooked the line and twirled it around the nearest chimney.

That should hold it.

Steadying herself for a Helga took two steps backwards (with the rest of the line looped around her shoulders and the rod - with the cat box attached - held in her hands) and leapt over to the roof across from her. Thankfully she didn't fall, although a few tiles were probably knocked off once she landed. She repeated the process of tying the line around the chimney, simply so she could know where she had been, and jumped onto the roof where the cat was sitting. It caught her eyes and looked at her in an inquisitive manner.

She opened the door of the box way placed it on the end of the line, waiting for the cat to catch the scent of the fish. Thankfully it did and Helga was able to lure the cat into the box with no difficulty. She then undid the line from around the chimney and began her trip back with the box in her arms.

The lightning flashed in the window behind her and Helga brushed the soot of her clothes. Hopefully the cat box had been placed on the truck and driven away with no further mishaps.

Now all she had to do was wait.
