*After Rachel found the list.*

Sat in Central perk, Joey, Chandler, Lily, Monica, and Phoebe were discussing the earlier unfortunate events between Ross and Rachel.

"My diary! My diary, that's brilliant. I should have told her it was my diary, she never would have made me read her my diary." Chandler gasped, realizing a better idea than the one he had already said.

The girls rolled their eyes, "You know, that's true. You'd be a great person to have around the day after an emergency." Monica told him,

"I... I cannot believe Ross even made this list. What a dinkus." Phoebe said as Lily agreed.

Joey cut in, "Hey, cut him some slack. It was Chandler's idea."

"Oh good, I was hoping that would come up."

"And what a brilliant idea it was, look where it got the pair of them," Lily said, looking at Chandler disapprovingly.

"This was your idea?" Monica asked, "What were you thinking?"

"All right, let's get some perspective here, ok? These things, they happen for a reason." Chandler told them, looking at Lily, as she replied.

"Yeah. You!"

Chandler turned to Phoebe, "all right, Pheebs, back me up here, ok? You believe in that karma crap, don't you?"

"Yeah, by the way, good luck in your next life as a dung beetle." Phoebe scoffed, as Lily laughed.

"C'mon I'm bored now, let's go see how Rachel is," Lily turned to Chandler. "And let's hope we can fix the mess you made!" Though knowing Lily was mad at him, he still smiled at the thought of her wanting to help him, knowing deep down, she wasn't at all mad at him.

Walking into the apartment, the friends saw Ross outside on the fire escape, shouting towards Rachel, leaving the others confused.

"Number six: the way you smell," Ross shouted, as Lily looked at Chandler and Joey.

"I hope this isn't him shouting what he doesn't like about her," she joked to them as they chuckled.

"Hey, Ross! What are you doin'?" Joey asked, opening the drapes.

"Hey, Joey. You wanna open the window?" Ross asked,

"Oh, yeah, I do." Opening the window, Ross came into the apartment, soaked from the rain.

"What are you doing out there?"

"I am, uh, I am..." Ross stumbled over his words, as he made his way to Rachel's bedroom door.

"Oh, you must be freezing. Do you know what you need? How about a nice steaming cup of hot Mockolate?" Monica asked her brother, who didn't seem to hear her.

Instead, Ross knocked on Rachel's bedroom door. "Rach, come on, open up. Rach, come on, come on, Rach. You got to give me another chance."

"No," Rachel replied, opening her door.

"Look maybe we should leave," Chandler told them.

Rachel looked at them, "no, you guys, you don't have to go, we're done talking." She tried to close her door when Ross stopped her.

"Rach, come on, look, I know how you must feel."

Rachel quickly turned to Ross, tears threatening to spill. "No, you don't, Ross. Imagine the worst things you think about yourself. Now, how would you feel if the one person that you trusted the most in the world not only thinks them too but uses them as reasons not to be with you."

Lily looked down at her feet, knowing how Rachel had felt, since the fallout between her and Chandler. She felt Chandler's eyes on her, she sighed and looked back at Rachel and Ross arguing.

"No, but, but I wanna be with you despite all those things." Ross tried to tell her, but Rachel just laughed.

"Oh, well, that's, that's mighty big of you, Ross." It was then the others tried to leave, getting away from the awkward situation. "I said don't go!"

The others cringed at the sound of Rachel shouting and stood still.

"You know what? You know what? If things were the other way around, there's nothing you could put on a list that would ever make me not want to be with you." Ross told her,

"Well, then, I guess that's the difference between us. See, I'd never make a list." Rachel told him, closing her door in his face.

Joey turned to Lily, " I never know how long you're supposed to wait in this type of a situation before you can talk again, you know?" Ross stared blankly at him, "maybe a little longer."

Later on, when everyone had finally decided to go home, Chandler walked Lily to her apartment.

Opening her door with the keys in her hand, Lily turned to Chandler. "Hey, you want to come in?"

"Oh yeah, yeah sure."

Walking into Lily's apartment, Chandler, although being in the apartment many times he stood awkwardly by the door. Throwing her keys on the table and her coat on the couch, Lily looked at Chandler with one eyebrow raised.

"You alright?" She asked,

"I-i wanted to apologize, I was a huge jerk today and I know it hurt you badly what I said but you have to understand that... Crap, I'm not good at this, look Lily I-um, I like you, more than a friend. I'm not good at showing my feelings, but I'm falling in love with you." Chandler stuttered, professing him somewhat love for her.

"Holy crap," Lily muttered.

"Huh, not the reaction I was expec-" Chandler was cut off by Lily grabbing his coat, pulling him in for a kiss.
