You looked around at all the people crowding out of the circus tent, your mind racing from all that has happened in the past hour. A fight broke out. Over a woman. Who could possibly be missing. What a great night. You only wanted to check out the circus with your brother Jim and his girlfriend Leslie. Not be in the middle of a investigation.

But something else may just keep your interest here after all. This ginger cutie standing in front of you, Jerome! He's the son of the missing woman. And he's so freakin cute! He hasn't taken his eyes off of you since the minute he stepped out of this little trailer.

You could barley register what was being said between him and Jim. You just kept smiling at Jerome, trying to keep him calm as you could see he was clearly a mixture of annoyed and frazzled by the questioning. Your cheeks were so red by now that you probably looked like a tomato. But you just couldn't help it.

And the way he keeps looking at you, like he has secrets hidden within his eyes. Every now and then when Jim or Leslie aren't looking, he looks right at you with this little half smile, clearly indicating something. But what is the question...?

"(Y/N)...? I'm going to talk to this man for a moment. Stay here with Jerome and I'll be back in a few." You shook your head with a little smile as they all walked off, turning your head back towards Jerome as he suddenly got a huge smile on his lips.

"Lovely evening huh...?" You laughed, finally releasing what you've been holding in all night.

"I'd say. I'm just sorry it's involving you. Your mother is clearly not a good topic for you." He merely shook his head as his smile seemed to be filled with a certain darkness, definitely getting your interest.

"Now that I can say is true. But that's alright! No need to worry about her anymore..... Why, I have such a beautiful girl standing right in front of me. I'd say I'm in good hands...." He smirked suddenly as he winked at you, making you giggle like a school girl. He really is a charmer.....
