Being a Wayne has its perks. But at the same, it had so many downfalls. People constantly coming after you, wanting to kill you or steal your money or who knows what. You were constantly on alert, mainly just to keep your brother Bruce safe. Alfred wanted you two to be normal kids, or at least be able to have some kind of childhood. But to be honest, you two grew up so much to the point of where you didn't know what being a child meant. After losing your parents, it set it in motion for your fates in Gotham City. You didn't have time to be a child. Not when the world was constantly ending every day here. And you being the older sibling, you felt an obligation to watch out for Bruce more than anything. No one would mess with your family while you were around.

"Ya know Brucie, it sucks not having Selina around. You really need to go for it. Don't hold back." You smirked as you wrapped your arm around Bruce, knowing it was a difficult subject for him. Selina wasn't used to someone liking her. Let alone loving her. And Bruce did. Sure, they were just kids. But to be honest, these two were meant for each other. Like it was written in the stars. And you adored Selina. She was like the sister you never had.

"I swear, how have you guys not had insane people breaking into your house? It's too easy." You both jumped from the sudden voice of Selina behind you, like she knew you were talking about her. Perfect timing!

"Selina!" You instantly hugged her, bringing her and Bruce closer together on purpose.

"One big happy family, huh Brucie?" You ruffled his hair, seeing the slight smile on his lips from just seeing Selina.

"I'm glad you came back Selina." They looked at one another and you couldn't help but grin up at Alfred from his watchful gaze, knowing just how happy Bruce gets when she's around. Your job here was done.
