Which you gladly accepted. A fresh start is exactly what you needed. But your mind certainly can't just forget everything that has gone down in your past. "(Y/N)....? You look..... beautiful." You jumped a little in your seat, your drink almost spilling all over the place, your heart picking up the pace from the sound of Oswald's soft voice. And your eyes locked with one another, and it felt like you two were those teens that used to do anything and everything together.

"Os....? My god. You look fantastic!" You suddenly jumped up from your seat, surprising Oswald with a huge hug, having missed him something terrible Growing up and moving on in Gotham separated you two so badly that it kind of damaged the relationship you had.

And you hated that. Oswald is your best friend. And you've always loved him. And as you pulled away from one another and you saw that cute, little smile upon his face, you knew those feelings haven't faded one bit. Oswald Cobblepot still has your heart.
