"He did what?" I winced as Two-Face screamed at three remaining people of seven he hired to get Harley. But apparently, a new man showed up and killed four of the guys without a scratch on his own skin.

I carefully listened through the door, trying to figure out what happened to Harley. 'I hope she's alright. That stranger seems awfully brutal.'

"What happened to Quinn? Did he kill her, too?" Two-Face asked outraged, obviously trying not to lose complete control over his anger.

"Hey, what are you doing here?" A voice behind me asked and I almost screamed in surprise and fear but relaxed a bit as I turned around, looking at Nygma.

"Edward! You frightened me!" I kept my voice on a lower level, hoping not to alert someone inside the room. "You know you're not supposed to be here, Ivy. If Two-Face finds out that--"

I had no time for his advice so I simply put my finger on his mouth and geastured him to listen. He nodded and we both pushed our ears against the door.

"...broke her back and paralyzed her. After that, we have no idea what happened because this weirdo gave us the chance to run. And we didn't want to end up like the rest." One of the people explained and I stared at Nygma, feeling as if someone ripped my heart out.

"Let's go!" He said after we heard three shots from inside, Two-Face obviously shot the men and we didn't want to end up like them. So I followed Eddie as we ran away into my room down the hall, quickly closing the door.

"He paralyzed her?" I sunk down on a chair, my eyes becoming wet and my hands starting to shake. "I will rip his arms off!" I quickly stood up, grabbing Nygma's arm and dragging him out the room.

"Whoa, where are we going?" He asked, sounding like he wasn't sure if he should come with me.

"Getting Harley, what were you thinking?" I spoke through my teeth, quickly but quietly walking through the hall, passing Two-Face's room with Eddie right behind me when suddenly the door opened and Dent stared at us.

"Pamela, Edward, I have a job for you two." He didn't look like he knew that Nygma and I listened to his conversation a view minutes ago so I acted innocent. "Sure, what is it?"

Two-Face ran his hand through his hairs and looked even more furious than usual. "There's some guy running around who's causing nothing but trouble. I want him dead. And when I say dead, I mean beaten, broken, his head mounted on my wall kinda dead!" He slammed the door in our faces and I stared at Nygma. "Well, you heard him. Let's go."

'Oh dear god!' I gasped as we reached the rooftop where a slight whimpering made me and Red curious. We expected everything. But this.

Three dead people were laying on the roof and one was still alive. All of the bodies were horribly injured, one's head was nothing more than a bunch of bines and blood. 'Who does something like that?' I followed Pam as she ran over to the guy who suddenly turned around, making me almost drop my cane.

His eyes had bug holes and the skin around them was completely gone, showing the bone and part of the skull. His face was full of blood and he was shaking in pain. "W-who's there?" He whimpered. Moving away on the ground since he wasn't going to stand up.

"Just me and a friend." Pamela answered, looking like she wasn't shocked about the man's look at all. "Where's he?" She asked, stopping right in front of him.

"G-gone. T-to his h-hideout. I don't know where that is." He stuttered, rubbing his hands on his pants while trying to get his blood off them.

"Thanks." Red turned around and walked away but I stopped her. "We should really get us some help, don't you think?"

"Why?" She asked and I pointed at the man on the roof. "Because the man we are about to kill has done this to seven people. By himself. He obviously has some fighting skills."

"You forget that he only killed three and injured one. And none of these guys is on my level when it comes to getting the insane idiots." She kept walking and I slowly followed. "Do you even know where to start searching?" I waited for her answer but she just ignored me, staring at some point far away.

Since neither of us was up for a conversation, I kept thinking about Harley and the mysterious man because I had some questions. Why did he hurt her and didn't kill Harley? Why did he murder the men in the first place but let three of them run? Judging from the position of the bodies, the men must've been standing around something or someone.

They either had something he wanted...or he was the one trapped. Both ways would at least explain why he killed four of the seven people. If this man would've wanted to kill all of Two-Face's people.

And why were they even out again? Red said Dent hired them to get Harley. And from what I know, her back was broken. What if the man saved her? And if he wasn't the one who paralyzed her?

"You see this?" Pamela asked and pointed towards a theater where Joker used to have one of his hideouts, only a view people knew that.

"What makes you think we'll find her there?" I asked, playing with my cane. "Because my gut feeling says so." She roughly answered, starting to run towards the building and I followed, trying not to over think this. Because if I ever learned something in my life, than that not everything is what it looks like.

We reached the old theater and Ivy jumped up at a window, peeking through one of the small windows and I remained on the ground. "Can you see something?" I whispered, keeping an eye around in case Batman or the police was around.

"Not much. Just a light somewhere back in a smaller room. There seems to be a whole lot of them but...wait, now someone walks out of there." Pamela narrowed her eyes as more lights were turned on, shining through the windows and almost making her fall down of surprise.

She quickly got used to the light and started to describe the persons looks. "Well, it's a man with a black coat. He carries something, looks like a gun. Wait. That-that's Harley's gun! That must be him!"

Without losing another second, Ivy smashed the window, jumping inside and I wasn't able to say anything other than: "Pam, that's a bad idea!" But I didn't get anything else than her screaming as an answer.
