The Quidditch World Cup was meant to be a happy escape from the terrible atrocities of your world but even that couldn't be enjoyed for longer than a moment. No one expected the death eaters to attack, luckily there were some preparations in case the worst occurred like it did. You had come to the sporting event with your husband Bill, along with the rest of his family and when all hell broke loose, you all had to be prepared to fight.

Bill insisted that you head back to the tent with his younger siblings and although you wanted to stay with him and do what you could to help, you couldn't bear the thought of the children getting hurt. You had already lost sight of Ron and his friends, but you rushed off with the twins and Ginny back to the tent where you could only wait patiently for everyone else to return.

You kept peering out at the destruction, looking for your husband or anyone else but it took far too long before someone you cared about came into your view. Bill came stumbling towards the tent, clutching onto his shoulder. You supported him into the tent and got him to sit down, gaining the attention from his siblings.

"What happened?" You panicked as he pulled off his shirt to reveal his wound.

Grabbing a sheet from the closest bed, you took it back to your husband to hold onto his wound and keep pressure on it. You didn't care whose bed it had come from or that the white sheet was becoming soaked red, all you cared about was making sure he was okay.

"It's a mess out there but they're fleeing. I think they just wanted to cause a panic rather than anything else," he explained. "Don't worry about me, Love, make sure they're alright."

Bill gestured to his younger siblings who were all watching what was going on but still bickering between the three of them as they always did.

"They're fine," you assured him. "They're shaken up, but they aren't physically hurt, you however are, so I will continue to take care of you."

He narrowed his eyes at you, not wanting to be a burden on you and wishing to be back out there but was too busy making sure that you and the others were okay than to continue fighting.

"Thank you," he sighed.

"I'm always here to take care of you."
