As soon as you got out of the doors into the garden of the Burrow, you ran out into the snow, squealing at the sound of the snow crunching under your boots. You span around, letting the snowflakes fall onto you, embracing the joy that came with the first snowfall of the year, especially when it meant a white Christmas.

"I love the snow," you grinned.

"I know," George chuckled, taking your outstretched hands, and letting you lead him in your spinning and dancing in the falling snow.

You continued to spin and dance and feel pure joy, for once having peace at the burrow, something that never happened especially at Christmas.

"Do you want to build a snowman?" George asked, knowing that you would want to as you were always excited to do anything in the snow.

You excitedly nodded, hugging him in happiness. You quickly got to work with the help of George, the two of you working on your own large spheres of snow, before you joined teams to work on growing one bigger than you could on your own. Once you were satisfied with the size of the first ball, you moved the other on top of the first, making sure it was firmly placed and not likely to slide off before starting on a third smaller one.

With George's help, you got the last sizeable snowball on top of the tower and looked on proudly at the structure you had created. You told George to steal a carrot from the kitchen, whilst you rummaged through the snow near to the house, to find the pebbles that outlined the buried flower beds. With a little work, you found some pebbles that you like the look of and placed them on your snowman for his eyes, mouth and buttons down his front. George placed in the carrot into the middle of the face, the two of you taking a step back to look at the snowman and see what he looked like.

Something was missing. You turned to George and held out a hand to him.

"Give me your scarf. I don't want our snowman to be cold."

George rolled his eyes at you but removed his scarf, knowing it would make you happy. You wrapped the scarf around the snowman and returned to your boyfriend, chuffed with the early morning work you had completed.

"Merry Christmas, George," You smiled, wrapping an arm around his middle, pressing your head against his chest.

"Merry Christmas, Angel."
