"Hey what's that?" Pidge looked ahead of everyone.

"I made a little mouse with my origami-" "no not that, that!" Pidge waved Lance off as he held his paper shape in his hands. They all looked ahead confused what she was talking about.

"My scanners aren't picking anything up," she frowned as in the distance of the space there was what seemed like thunder clouds but that would be impossible in space, but light flashed coming closer and closer to them like a storm rolling in. Suddenly the light storm crashed into them with little to no warning sending the lions flying back.

"What the hell?!" Pidge grunted.

"We gotta move!" Keith commanded as they boosted forward trying to fight it off.

But the lions trembled against the storm with lightning flashing around them until a blinding light took over and everyone lost control.

The lions floated in the empty space with no storm or anything by them, like it never happened.

"Is everyone okay?" Keith grunted.

"I'm here," Pidge breathed getting up.

"Still alive," Lance floated in his lion, they lost gravity.

"That was crazy," hunk floated down to check on Lotor knowing it was a rough ride.

"I'm fine," Allura sighed.

Hunk gasped seeing Lotor was frozen as he was mid air covering his head from being banged around almost falling out of the bed.

"Uh.. guys? Is everyone else frozen?" Hunk asked pushing Lotor back in the bed in case they unfroze.

"Shiro is frozen too but his vitals are strong," Pidge nodded scanning Shiro next to her.

"So everyone's okay otherwise? What's going on?" Lance asked confused.

"Our Paladin armor is what must've protected us from that shock," Allura explained as she looked at Coran and Romelle behind her. "The lions are incapacitated,"

"So we're all alone in space, no power, no way to call for help, nothing within several thousand light years.." hunk sweater as he looked at Lotor like he was a corpse.

"So now what?" Lance asked looking out the window seeing the team floating.

"Pidge, is there any way of getting the lions back up and running?" Keith asked as he floated over to his wolf to see if he was frozen too.

"Maybe, but I don't know how long it'll take," Pidge was already on her computer that was apart of her armor. "I don't know if you've noticed but we're all drifting  in opposite directions after the blast,"

"We might lose each other if we don't get the power back on," hunk panicked.

"Okay so the powers going to have to wait, we need to tether the lions together," Keith agreed but kept calm.

"I think I have an idea how we can do it," Allura had a hand on her chin.

"Did you learn a magical power from oriande?" Lance flipped upside down bored as he kept his hands behind his head.

"No," she said flatly. "I have left over zip line in my hull,"

"Oh she can put Shiros soul into a clone body but can't pull the lions together with magic?" He mumbled sarcastically.

"Let's get out of the lions and start pushing," Keith rolled his eyes at the two and flew down to the cockpit to exit the lion.

"Do we have to get out of the lions?" Hunk groaned.

"Let's go hunk," Pidge called and he whined loudly but did so.

Everyone exited the lions as they saw they were even farther apart, needing to move faster they started to push at full force on their own.

"Ugh, so many lions, all spinning," hunk looked disgusted and felt his stomach getting sick.

"Don't you dare throw up hunk, you've been through worse," Lance grunted as he was trying to push the red lion but there was barely a budge.

"Okay, okay Yea, let me just..." his cheek puffed up with a small gag. "Nope nope, don't throw up in your helmet hunk, don't do it,"

"You're going to need to push your lions to my location, my zip line won't reach all of you," Allura flew around her lion trying to see how far everyone was.

"By ourselves? I don't think that possible," hunk told her.

"Yea definitely going to need more help," he called over and Lance was already on his way over to help his friend knowing his lion wasn't moving. Might as well start with the two bigger lions but everyone went to the yellow lion.

"Oh fuck..." Lance looked behind them seeing the light coming back.

"What?" Hunk looked back and squealed a little.

"Everyone hold on!" Keith grabbed onto the yellow lion quickly just as the light storm came down on them with a force pushing them back.

"I'm losing my grip!" Pidge yelled but screamed when she couldn't hold on anymore and went flying back. Keith gasped as he saw his teammate going down but screamed when hunk lost his grip and crash into all of them and they lost their hold on the lion. Flying back into the darkness.

"I'm losing sight of the lions!" Pidge trying fighting against the winds with her jet pack.

"Stay together!" Lance grabbed Alluras arm as they all spun around. He huffed trying to focus and reached for hunks hand, clasping their hands around each other's wrists tightly.

"I got Allura and hunk!" Lance called to Keith.

"I got Pidge!" Keith grabbed her ankle.

"Fire your jet packs to stabilize!" He yelled back to Lance as he trying throwing Pidge over for her and Allura to grab each other, pulling together to form a circle as everyone had one hand in each of their own.

"We good?" Lance panted.

"I can't see the lions," Pidge looked around.

"At this point I don't even know what direction they're in," hunk tried catching his breath as Keith held his leg to keep them all together.

"Okay, let's run through our checklist, does anyone have supplies?" Keith gulped not moving.

"Nope,"

"Nothing,"

"No food, no water,"

"Our suits will recycle enough moisture to keep us hydrated for a little while," Keith sighed closing his eyes. He didn't know what to do.

"We just need to hang tight, we have each other," he nodded.
