Bio: Roxanne grew up in Star City but moved to Gotham to study Psychology in college. She met Dick Grayson one night at a party after unceremoniously throwing up on his shoes. It was clear she had an alcohol problem and it often caused a strain in their relationship and they tended to be on and off. This also caused a rift with Dick's family but later on everything was resolved and Roxanne got help for her issues.

Trivia:

Roxanne is an alcoholic and party girl but in the finale she sobers up and goes to AA meetings to get help.
