Nyo form: Her male name is Lyn, and is taller only a bit shorter than France, with hair styled in a quiff, she has a slim but muscly build a sleek red suit with his code of arms on the pocket and has black gloves and short snow boots.
Looks: Silver hair (white/light grey) in a short wavy bob. Very pale with soft pink cheeks. Lavender eyes. She's short only standing at 5'4. She has a soft, friendly, slender looking face. She's slim with a small chest and average hip size. (I drew and own the picture below)

She has short dark brown hair and grey eyes. She wheres a short light blue dress and long boots. She's into extreme snowboarding and always has her black goggles on her head s she's ready.
Nekotalia: She's a Serrade Petit with lavender eyes, a red collar which has a bow with her flag on it. She has black front paws like gloves and a light blue ribbon on her tail.
Outfit: A long red dress with her flag going around the bottom of it, its form fitting but puffs out at the hips. She has short heeled snow boots, a light blue bow in her hair and long black gloves.
Pet: She owns an albino crow named Varis, he only has his left eye but is still sends messages for her. He's very smart but likes to make a little when his owner isn't paying attention or no one's paying attention to her or him.
Family: France and Switzerland raised her, she looks up to both but is very upset with France for not recognizing her and seeing her as a joke. She sees Lili as a sister and she looks up to Canada and Monaco as an example.
Personality: She's very shy and self-conscious, she is opened and friendly trying to make a lot of allies so she can be noticed by France. She is a bit old fashioned and hates conflict tho she tries often to help. She's great at anything medical or cooking. She loves to play in the snow, like skating, snowboarding, etc. She also likes Cards and Chess, she has rarely lost a game, she often plays with her presidents or sibling. She is very determined but due to putting her heart on her sleeve she often gets burned. She once fell in love with a human, her second president but was heartbroken when he died, she's sensitive and isn't very used to being independent but tries to be.
