Hitchhikers is a story that is quite dark.  Before you begin reading, take note of a few warnings:

- Lots of gore, murder, violence, and quasi-cannibalism (wolves attacking and eating people)

- Suicide attempt (beginning in chapter 36)

- Incest (this is not an incest romance, but it is present)
