You and Tauriel were the best of friends, closer than sisters; you had a bond so powerful, you could sometimes read each others' minds. So close were you that your good friend Legolas sometimes teased you were each others' Only, to which you would both shake your head and laugh at him. You were merely friends, is all... But then a surprising group of mysterious dwarves appeared in Mirkwood territory and were attacked by the giant spiders. You and Tauriel, who were (luckily) leading a patrol nearby, heard their cries and immediately rushed to help without a second thought. 

The first dwarf you encountered was weaponless and you hurried to his rescue, reaching out your hand once the beast was slain to help him up. He took it gratefully and you felt a feeling like lightning sweep through your veins and made your heart race. Hiding how flustered you were, you handed over the soon-to-be prisoner to Tauriel and headed to count his comrades. The dwarf watched you go, then turned to look at Tauriel, who immediately saw the lovestruck expression on his face and became furious.

Within an instant, she drew and nocked her bow, pointing it at the dwarf's head.

"If you dare break her heart, I will embed every arrow in this world in your head, dwarf."
