-Felix is a Lightning character on the Path of Harmony. His skill allows him to apply the team with the 'Your Wish Is My Command' effect which boosts the Effect Hit Rate of all characters. His Ultimate lets him throw his daggers and deal AOE Lightning DMG which is guaranteed to apply at least one enemy with Shock and increase the DMG dealt by DoTs. Felix's Technique creates a Dagger Field which when entering combat will apply one random enemy with Shock.

Lore: Felix lived on his family's farm his whole life until one day Aquamarine arrived and revealed that Felix's dad had withdrawn from his account in the Azure Dragon Banking System and had missed his due date to deposit his credits back in. Felix's dad begged for more time but Aquamarine enforced his policy and took extreme action. Felix watched his family die that day. But Aquamarine spared Felix and brought him back to Lushaka where Aquamarine's men trained and reprogramed him and his brain to be a loyal servant of Aquamarine. Doing whatever the Stoneheart said. All because Aquamarine thought Felix was cute. And somehow that caused Felix to genuinely fall for Aquamarine. In some sick twisted way.
