William Tavington POV
I saw the knife go in to her.It was a small kitchen knife.She fell down onto the hard pavement.I could tell it hit her in her side.I quickly leaned down to her seeing if she's losing any blood already.She was a little daisy sense she banged her head pretty hard.I slide my hand under her back and I put my other hand under her legs.I carried her with ease to a stage coch they were gonna ride in.She was so light the only hard part was her huge dress.I laid her down and then I got in.Cornwallis was mad at her entrance how this happened on such a "Glorious"day it was.I gave the signal to Captain Wilkins to start driving.I then started speaking to Cornwallis.Lord there is a plantation that you can stay near the mountains up north.We will have to get a look at her wound before we can do anything else.He looks down at his daughter then looks back at me and says "I'm leavening her in your care once we get her to this plantation I will be leaving for fort Carolina I will write to my commander Ohara.I nod.

We arrived at night maybe midnight I be leave .I carried her into the house and laid her down on a bed.I took of one layering of her dress still the knife in her.The cut wasn't deep but,it was still pretty bad.I took the knife out and cleaned the wound and wrapped her wound up.Then I sat and waited.Then Cornwallis walked to me and said "I'm leavening protect her".I nodded then he walked and left with the soldiers.He mounted onto his horse and then nodded to me.He then rode off with his soldiers behind him.
