Honey's POV
"All of you, I want you to meet Martin Jordon, son of Green Lantern and Star Sapphire. Your new teammate." Why do we keep getting new teammates? I wonder, I mean I do like getting them, but why ever- well, almost- every week?
"I'll be in the kitchen if any of you need me." Miss Martian says leaving us with Martin.
"Well, uh, hi, I'm Honey!" I say cheerfully putting out my hand. His arms are still crossed "hiding" in a brown leather jacket eyeing me like I'm some sort of weird kid who said I come from Mars. (It's a bad example I know🤦🏽‍♀️)
"Well... um... I'm Birdie." My cousin says trying to break the tension. He smiles at her and shakes her hand looking her up and down. I hear a grunt from behind me and turn to see Adam glaring at Martin with an uncomfortable stare. Wait? Is he... jealous? Ha! Oh! I love this superhero more, and more each day!

Scarlett's POV
We go into the other room and play cards. Martin tried to pick up the same card as Tula. He said it was an "accident". Yeah right! If it was an accident then David wouldn't be glaring at him so intensely. He later left and breathed out a sigh of relief. What a pompous (ex., Hermes, just cuz I can!)

Author's POV
This wasn't good either I know! I'm trying to get these out as soon as I can bc I don't want you guys to wait much longer. Also, he seems like a total jerk now but he won't later.
