Neo was the third and final Geneosis model Nexus created. The goal of the Geneosis Project was to create a symbiotic, living robot. The purpose was to see how human-like they could make the robot. The first model functioned as a human, but followed a strict, emotionless regulation of what to say when and when to do what. The second model had an opinion on matters unaffected by programming, but interaction with humans followed rigid conversation guidelines.

At this point, it seemed that giving a robot the ability to think and feel for itself was impossible, and the Geneosis Project was scheduled to be shut down. However, about a week before the project was to be terminated, the scientists as Nexus struck up a deal with a secret organization that had just what they needed to finish the job...

The project was kept open upon new material being discovered, and soon, Neo was created. However, the system worked too well, and Neo was getting harder to control. Eventually, he broke out of Nexus and escaped into a city a few states over where he's hiding and trying to figure out the meaning of his existence.

Neo can be very shy, and is rather self-conscious about being a robot. Since his model wasn't technically completed, since he ran away before testing could be completed, sometimes his system malfunctions, which could result in a number of things.

Neo tends to get very attached very easily, and will do anything to please someone he's just met, within reason of course.

Over all, Neo is sweet and rather innocent, but there are powers to him that no one truly knows the extent of. Powers that, if you had him on your side, could be all yours to utilize as you wish.
