The days passed which mostly consisted of me studying and riding. We were so close to ending the school year so I was full of exams and I had plenty of work to give in. Even though I had home school, I still was full of things to do. I spent the day at the barn and most of the night studying for my exams.

I know what you are going to ask, how is North, well he hasn't improved that much. He had his days, some were better than others but he wasn't back to his usual self yet which was quite disappointing.

This morning I was kind of in a rush as I had to finish my exams and I was rushing to finish the last work. If you haven't caught on, today was the last day of school and I was so excited to say the least. I stared blankly at the screen where my teacher rambled on about whatever, I just wanted to be officially on summer break.

"Goodbye Eleanor, I hope you enjoy your summer vacations!" My teacher said through the screen. I couldn't be happier at this moment.

"Thank you so much for everything, I hope you have a good break as well" I said politely before hanging up. The second the call ended, I pressed Graces contact waiting for her to pick up. The phone rings twice before I hear Grace pick it up.

"We are done!" She screeched into the phone

"Finally!" I was beaming with excitement, a smile on my face, I was so happy to be on break. These past weeks had been stressful and I was glad school ended because it meant I had one less thing to worry about.

After a few minutes of practically yelling excitedly into the phone, there was a moment of silence before I spoke up, my time changed into a serious one.

"Isn't it crazy that we will be moving to university to do our A Levels" I breathed out.

"Yeah" She said softly compared to her usually bubbly tone. I knew that Grace wouldn't admit it, but I was sure that she was as scared as I was. None of us have ever gone to a real school as we've been homeschooled all our lives, so to suddenly have to go to university was pretty daunting. I had applied to two universities, the same ones as Grace; and no, it wasn't a coincidence, we planned it, but we were still waiting for the approval letter to come through.

"El, stop thinking." Grace started "You know what? Get ready, I'll be at your place in ten minutes, we are going shopping." Grace said, her cheery and excited voice returning. I let my worries wash away as I agreed and went to get ready to head out.

Walking into my closet I picked out my outfit. I paired a simple black bodycon dress with a cropped denim jacket that complimented my slim body figure. I added some white platform shoes and some jewelry to complete the look. I was just about done when I got a text from Grace and I practically ran out of my house and onto the driveway where Grace was parked.

She exited her car and ran over to me and we both embraced letting out excited squeals of happiness and not long after, we were driving down the streets of London making our way to Oxford Street for our shopping day. Pulling up to a parking lot, we got out and started walking the street to the shops we wanted to enter.

"Zara?" I asked even though I knew the answer. I just earned a grin from Grace as we walked a bit  more before making our way in the shop. We walked around eying the clothes slowly, taking our time along the isles. We talked about whatever crossed our minds at the moment.

I ran my hand along a cute blush pink denim skirt with gold buttons that made their way down through the front of it. I was the type of person to have my style which mostly consisted of neutral color trousers and a colorful top to add to it, so for me to pick a skirt, and for it to be pink was a first.

"Hey Grace? What do you think of this skirt?" I asked her as she tore her eyes away from the jacket she was looking at to look at me.

"I like it alot actually, but you with a pink skirt? Where did my best friends go?" She joked. I rolled my eyes at her but pressed on with the topic.

"I mean I really like it and it would be interesting to step out of my comfort zone, so the real question is, do you like it?

"Go try it on, but after my first glance, I love it" She said with a pretty smile.

We continued through the shop, I gave my opinion on some of the clothes Grace picked up and vice-versa.

"This top is actually so cute!" Grace said as she picked out a black short sleeve shirt with a deep v-neck that had some weird straps that tied at the back.

"Wait-what?" I said confused, eying the piece looking at how it went, clearly confused about the strapps. After looking at it for a few more seconds, I understood that it was a tie top, so the straps came to the back and tied leaving a nice fitting slit through the middle of the back.

"This would actually look so good with that skirt" Grace started.

"You know what? It actually would!" I said a bit excitedly. Grace without asking, grabbed in my size and added it to my shopping bag for me to try on later.

I found a couple of cute items for Grace and we ended up both having a full outfit and a couple of random pieces before we headed to the fitting rooms. We took turns changing into the clothes we had seen earlier and decided what we liked and what not. I actually ended up really liking the outfit of the shirt and the black strappy top, so I ended up getting that while Grace got a new pair of jeans and a pretty sweater.

We completed our purchase and made our way out of the store, paper bags in our hands with the Zara logo printed on them.

I felt my phone buzz in my pocket and picked up to see my mothers name flashing on the screen. I picked up and spoke into the phone.

"Hello Mum!"

"Hello, love! Congratulations on finishing the school year and your exams, I'm so proud of you" She gushed. A smile spread on my face and I blushed slightly. I was pretty sure parents didn't know how much it meant to know that they were proud of you, those words could mean so much coming from them.

"I'm sorry I didn't call earlier, I was in a meeting" She apologised and I brushed off before she continued. "Your father and I wanted to take you to Tom Simmons for dinner tonight to celebrate," She said.

"Really? That would be amazing, thank you mum" I said, genuinely happy and grateful. Tom Simmons was probably one of my favorite restaurants so I was excited to be dining there again.

"No problem darling, you deserve it" She said sweetly "We made a reservation for 7:30 so be ready by then. I have to work till late today so i'll be home shortly after 7 but your father should be there sooner if you want to know." She ind¡formed me.

"Okay, that sounds good," I said.

"I'm going to make a wild guess and I say that you are in Oxford street with Grace, so I'll leave you to it." My mother said

"Really? How did you know?" I said trying to act surprised but failing miserably.

"I know you two so well" My mother chuckled " I have to go, so bye. I love you so much Elenor"

"Bye Mum, I love you too" I said in a loving tone. I hung up and was greeted by Grace's questioning face.

"We are going out to dinner in Tom Simmons" I said simply

"Ohhh that's lovely" She said and I agreed before returning to our conversation that was interrupted by my mother's phone call.

We made our way down the street, walking past the big and lit windows,  us eying each and one of them. We took an abrupt turn and entered the well lot store with the unique fresh smell of Selfridges.

Thanks to both of us shopping here quite often, we knew our way around the store pretty well, so we immediately went up to the women's section. We walked around the isles filled with designer clothes and bags.

We didn't like to brag about our wealth, it was pretty nice to have the resources to be able to go out and treat ourselves to some more expensive clothes every so often. We trailed around the Valenciaga collection, running our hands through the pieces, the faint music coming from the store filling the occasional silence.

We walked through some aisles and eventually we found ourselves roaming through the Burberry collection. Burberry was definitely my favorite luxurious brand, so I made my way carefully around it, taking in each piece.

"El look!" Grace called with her usual cheery voice "aren't these the shoes you wanted?" She said picking up some Air Force 1 shoes that had the Burberry pattern on them in some spots.

"Oh my god! Yes they are!" I squealed happily. I had been wearing those shoes for the last couple of months and they were always out of stock or not in my size. I went over to Grace, and looked through the few pairs of shoes and I eventually found a pair in my size.

"Try them on" Grace told me and that's what I did. I slipped the heiress shoes on and they fit me perfectly.

"I'm getting them" I said with a smile spreading on my face that mirrored Graces.

We continued making our way through the store and Grace picked up a nice perfume to replace hers and soon enough we found yourself in the cashier ready to pay.

I handed the woman my credit card and she slid it through the dataphone completing my purchase. We left the store, each of us with a couple of bags with all our buys of the day.

"Starbucks?" I asked even though I knew the answer. Without missing a beat, we walked through the London streets making our way to Starbucks where we entered and we were greeted by the familiar coffee smell.

We took our orders, me getting an iced latte and a matcha tea, and we sat down on a table sipping our drinks looking out of the window at London's busy streets.

We talked about whatever we could find, not getting bored for a second. Time passed and eventually we were heading home again. Grace dropped me off right in front of my house where I said goodbye to her and exited the car.

I walked up the small steps to my house and unlocked the door, Dali immediately pronounced on me. Ruffling my dog's dark fur, I made my way through the house dropping my bags and went up to my room to get my sketchbook.

I got the book that held so much of me and a pencil to go with it before heading out to my favorite spot in my whole house; the porch. I sat down and got comfortable before playing some music and singing along while opening the sketchbook.

I opened the book and flipped the pages, stopping at each one of the pencil filled pages scanning them, all the memories of when I drew them flooding back. There were several of horses galloping, or just closeups of their sleek faces and their beautiful mane. I ran my fingers across the artworks I had created a while ago and continued flipping through.

I had several pages filled with human drawings and many lip or eye studies. Those pages were filled with several lips or eyes and each of them was different, yet each of them meant so much. I flipped more pages, coming across a drawing of a beautiful girl, and one of a stunning waterfront landscape with a lighthouse and the crashing waves.

Not many people knew of my sketchbook, and I wanted to keep it that way. Not giving the matter more thought, I grabbed my pencil and started drawing on the blank paper. Each stroke was placed carefully as I worked to my objective of painting a young girl.

I worked lost in thought, completely immersed in my drawing. I was torn away from the beginning of my beautiful sketch when I felt a key open the front door. Knowing it was my dad, I walked down the stairs to the middle of the hallway. When my father saw me, he opened his arms wide open and I ran to him like a little girl. A giggle escaped my mouth as he embraced me in his hug.

"My god Eleanor, you are so old!" he joked "Already finished your GCSEs and you are off to college!"

I tore away from our hug and stared into his light eyes.

"I'm so proud, darling. I'm so proud of who you've become. You are a wonderful young woman, you make me so happy" he said, his voice filled with love.

"Dad," I started but I was speechless. Instead of saying anything, I wrapped him in a hug again. "I love you" I whispered.

"I also love you Eleanor, I really do." he said back.

Pulling away, I followed him into the kitchen where he poured himself some water and sipped it slowly.

"What did you do today? We missed you at the barn" He said.

"Well when we were dismissed I met up with Grace and we went shopping to Oxford street and then I came back and I was drawing." I said simply.

"You have been drawing for the past three hours?" He asked, an amused smile spreading on his face.

"Maybe..."I said mysteriously although I had just noticed how much time had passed all of it that I spent drawing.

"Can I see?" He asked if he knew I would say no.

"Nope, sorry Dad, not this time" I said, the amused smile now on my face and not his. I climbed up the stairs happily, a laugh coming from my dad downstairs.

"We are leaving in forty minutes so go get ready!" My father called from below the stairs.

With that said, I got ready for the dinner I would be attending with my parents. I changed into a black fitted dress with loose sleeves which showcased a slit on the shoulders revealing a bit of my skin. It was a simple dress but it was a very pretty one and it flattered my body nicely. I curled my hair into soft waves and applied more makeup than usual, consisting in a dark slightly shimmery eyeshadow that really contrasted against my blue eyes. I buckled my heels that were some simple open toe chunky heels and I was done.

Grabbing my small clutch, I walked down the stairs to find my mother and father also dressed up.

"Ready?" My father asked me to which I nodded and we exited my house and took the car and made our way to the restaurant.

"Did you get anything when you were out with Grace?" My mother asked me.

"Yes I did! Remember those white sneakers with the Burberry pattern on them that I wanted so badly but were never in my size?" I spoke quickly. My mother replied with a yes and I told her that I had found them and promised to show her tomorrow because she wanted to see them.

Just as we were arriving, my phone rang and I quickly picked up after seeing Chris's name flash on the screen.

"Hello" I called into the phone

"Eleanor! I'm so proud of you!" Chris cheered

"Thank you Chrissy" I said using the nickname that he said he hated but I knew that deep down he loved it when I called him like that.

"Not trying to scare you, but A Levels are so hard so good luck hope you survive them" He exaggerated earning a laugh from me.

"I'll make sure to tell you if I survive, but if I don't, make sure to tell Tom Holland that I love him" I made reference to my favorite actor of all time. It was Chris's turn to laugh after I made my comment, but soon calmed down and returned to a more serious voice.

"But really, El, I'm super proud of you." he spoke genuinely.

"Thank you Chris, it means alot, really" I spoke in my thick british accent.

"Okay, I heard you were out for dinner with your parents so I'll leave you to it."

"Okay. Bye Chris, thank you for calling, i love you"

"Love you too" he said before he hung up.

Soon enough, we arrived at the restaurant and we walked through the french doors to be greeted by a dim lit room filled with tables where other families were dining.

"Hello and welcome" The hostess said politely.

"Hello. Reservation under Holloway?" My father said curtly

"Yes of course, follow me please."

With that, we walked past the other tables towards a smaller table for the three of us to have dinner. Just as we were going to sit down, I heard someone call my father's name.

"Louis!"

I turned around and so did my father and mother. There was a man with a wide grin on his face, behind him, a boy and a girl were standing up to politely say hello to us. When the boy turned around, my breath hitched when I was met with the same pair of green eyes as before. To say I was confused was an understatement. So, I wasn't imagining those jade green eyes, and my father knew who was the owner of the beautiful eyes...?

After shaking my father's hand, who I supposed was the boys and the girls father, came over to my mother and I, kissing both of our cheeks in a typical french style of greeting.

It was the first time I could actually study the  boy's face. He was about my age and had slightly tanned skin paired with some loose brown curls and let's not forget the smirk that was spread over the boys plump pink lips. He was a bit taller than me, and was dressed in a navy button up shirt and some dark pants.

He also came up to me and gave me a friendly hug, but it didn't help my wandering mind. Who I supposed was the boy's sister, said a polite hello as well. The girl also looked pretty much as the boy, with her long brown locks which were pretty wavy cascaded down her back, and her green eyes also stood out even though they were darker than the boys.

"Harrison! It's so good to see you again!" My father said, a smile now on his face.

"Tom, Sarah, you both have grown so much since I last saw you!" My mother said. Tom repeated in my head. At least I had his name now... Wait- what am I thinking? Why do I suddenly want his name?

"Tom and Sarah have grown, but let's talk about Eleanor! You have grown into a lovely young girl!" Harrison joined in the conversation cutting my train of thoughts.

"Thank you" I said with a slight blush.

"It was so nice seeing you again Harrison" my father said.

"It definitely was. Now I will leave you all to enjoy your dinner," Harrison excused himself from the conversation with a last smile before saying his goodbyes. Both Sarah and Tom followed, Tom sending me a dimpled smile after speaking.

I was left more confused than before.

We sat down to eat, and obviously my parents left me to sit right across the table where Tom was dining, and I was right in his view.

I ordered my food that was a delicious salmon and my parents ordered as well and soon enough we were eating the delicious food talking about whatever was going on.

I heard the scratching of chairs on the floor and I lifted my gaze to find Tom and his family standing up. His beautiful green eyes caught my clear blue ones and he sent me a cheeky smile before leaving with his arm wrapped around a smiling Sarah.

Returning to the conversation with my family, I changed the subject drastically with my question that came out of the blue.

"Who is Harrison and why do you know him?" I asked. It came out bluntly but in reality I was genuinely interested.

"Harrison Is an old mate of mine, I hadn't seen him for a long time, especially since the incident..." He trailed off for a bit before continuing. "He recently opened a new barn further down from ours if I'm not wrong. Lovely family" He finished off, my mother nodding in agreement.

What incident was he talking about? I was left with more questions than answers, but at least I knew that I wasn't imagining those beautiful green eyes and I finally knew the owner of them.

hellooooo!  I was actually so excited to write this chapter, it took long enough for Tom to appear haha.

This is my last chapter of backup, and to say the least i'm worried, I have been so busy in school, it's hard to find time to write. I am going to work as hard as possible to be able to get a chapter out for next week, but i can't promise anything, I hope you understand. I will keep you updated ;)

I would ask you for Netflix suggestions, but if i do, i will want to watch Netflix and not to homework, so consider this a Netflix suggestion for you lol. You HAVE to watch The Devil All The Time! It's so extremely good!! it's not the exact movie I would watch normally, but it's really good, the cast is amazing, the storyline and cast as well. I don't want to say too much, because i'll end up spoiling it, lol, but if you have watched or you end up watching it, tell me, i would love to hear your opinions on it!!!

I hope you enjoyed the chapter, vote comment and stay safe. I love youuuu xx
