Her heart unharmed, his own deathly injured. She tries again, then and there, reaching for another shard, and he stops her as he always does. Is he selfish for stopping her? Is she selfish for wanting to end it all? Is this how it'll always be? Yes, to all three. The cut deepens, on her palm, on his heart and both of them are bleeding. She says what she shouldn't have, "You have no right to stop me."

YUMI SPEAKS !⠀⠀⠀⠀So. . . Hi? Welcome to ISLE OF SORROW! Here we are with an AOT (Levi) fic, in all its glory. I hope that I'm able to get Levi's characterisation right 🤞🏻

But NEWAYS, I'm super excited for this story & developing Lune over the course of it! And will I progress past the 5 chapter mark and finish this? I hope so. & am I going to desperately try? I undoubtedly will. This fic will be oc-centric(?) for the majority of it bc my girl needs to figure out a lot of things. & despite having the urge to pronounce her name fancily like Lu-neh or Lu-ni, her name is pronounced like rune; Loon See-on.

Levi & Lune (LuVi™) are. . . well simply but not simply; complicated. But at the end of the day, they are tied by that red thread and deeply love & care for one another (and many other things but NEWAYS). While the relationship between L&L is complicated, Lune is quite complex / complicated as an individual as well so even though she's my baby, my child, that I love sm, she does some questionable things and I will treat it as such.

Regarding Levi & Lune's ages throughout the course of the anime, okay, so, I've aged Levi down to be 28 during s1 - 3 while Lune is 25 during then, giving them around a 3-year difference. During season four; Levi's 32 & Lune's 29! During the No Regrets OVA, I'm placing it around the year 844 (all I know is that it occurs before the Fall of Wall Maria in 845, so ...) Levi is 22 & Lune is 19 during then.

& as for the timeline of this fic, it starts before canon events before following the anime through to the remaining manga chapters! (There will be times when this story follows a non-linear narrative (just make sure to read the time-stamps!), but for the most(?) part, this story has a linear narrative.)
