"You look like shit."

"Trust me, I feel way worse than that."

Chaeyoung sits down in front of her. "So, how did the party go?"

"Well... it went pretty well. Jisoo's colleagues were pretty interesting. A little bit too honest for me, but I think it's because I am not accustomed to their terms."

"Why? What were the questions thrown at you?"

Jennie blushes as she plays with the ball pen in her hand. "They asked if it was love at two finger insertion." Chaeyoung nearly blurts out her freshly brewed tea. "Yep, I know."

"They're pretty interesting." She says in agreement. "And were you able to convince them that you two were really dating?"

"Lisa thanked me for loving her." She looks at her. "I think that says a lot."

Her friend nods in agreement and takes another sip of the hot beverage in her hand. "What happened after the party? Did you two had some alone time together?"

"Do you want more?"

"Is... is it bad to want more?"

"If it's from me, then you can always want more but- only if you ask for it."

"H-how do I ask?"

"What do you say when you really want something?"

"Please."

"Ah, ah- I need a complete thought."

"I want more... Please give me more."

"Jennie."

"H-huh?"

Chaeyoung furrows her eyebrows. "You're blushing." Jennie widens her eyes. "Something definitely happened."

"N-no! N-nothing happened."

Chaeyoung eyed her friend very well. "Something happened." Jennie immediately dismisses her friend's claim with her waving hands but Chaeyoung wasn't buying any shit. "Yeah right, Lisa told me you guys left the party a little too early."

"Th-That's because Jisoo said we had to leave early because we couldn't risk running into Irene."

"And did avoiding Irene included having Jisoo's car moving like it was some kind of child's arcade ride?"

"How did you-"

"Yeri boasted it like it was some kind of advocacy of hers." She says. "Lisa told me, don't worry she said Yeri was only talking about Jisoo."

"Huh."

"Irene was interested in meeting Jisoo though," Chaeyoung adds. "Do me a favor and take a video of it when they meet which reminds me... are you ready for tonight?"

"To be honest? No, I'm not ready."

"Were Jisoo's pointers not that effective?"

"They are... it's just that I doubt myself too much, and it's not helping that I haven't received a text from her."

"It's still six o'clock in the morning Jennie, give the girl some rest."

"But she always sends me texts about what should be my focus today or what kind of practice we're going to have."

"Hmmm, did she tell you anything last night?"

"We talked last night and she asked me if what time would be best for me to pick her up."

"You're such a needy girlfriend, Jen, I can't."

"I-I'm not!"

"Yeah keep telling that and maybe someone will believe you." Chaeyoung chuckles and shakes her head.

"Who will believe Jennie Kim?" Sooyoung says as she announces her arrival in Jennie's office with Dahyun following suit. "Wow Lieutenant, you look like shit."

"That's what I told her earlier."

"I just didn't have enough sleep."

"Oh, you and Jisoo decided to get things moving already?" Dahyun asks with a surprised face. "Wow, that was quick."

"Hahaha, you owe me fifty bucks midget." Sooyoung smirks arrogantly.

"What?" Jennie looked at her friends. "Guys, you didn't bet-"

"It was Chaeyoung's idea!!!"

"Indeed it was but I never encouraged you guys to push through with it." Chaeyoung defends. "And it's not like you weren't going to make a bet anyway, knowing you two- you'd even bet on the most random things.

"Ah yes, I remember when we made a bet what color of undies you were wearing." Sooyoung smirks at the other officer. "Never took you for a yellow undies lover but go flex Spongebob Chaeyoungie." The latter rolls her eyes at her. "Anyway, what's going on? Why does it look like you lost to the Cobras?"

"I'm not, I just lack sleep okay."

"Jennie hasn't gotten any message from Jisoo yet that's why." Jennie glares at her best friend. "She's still in denial by the way."

"Awe, that's so sweet! It's not even an entire yet since you guys separated but here you are getting all pouty." Dahyun skips her way towards Jennie and pinches her fluffy cheek. "Does the mandu miss her girlfriend already?"

"Get your hand off of me or else I'd turn you into Mapo Tofu." Right at the tone of Jennie's voice Dahyun immediately backs away. "Don't believe Chaeyoung."

"Honestly, we would rather believe in her rather than you." Jennie gasps. "No offense."

Chaeyoung shoots her with a shrug. "Like she said- no offense."

"Look, Jisoo and I are friends okay? We didn't have sex, we won't have sex, and we will never have sex." Jennie eyes the three who seem pretty skeptical about what she just said. "I'm serious. Jisoo is just helping me out."

"Since she's already at it, why don't she relieve the tension out of you too." Sooyoung says underneath her nose gaining a glare from her superior. "Right, kidding."

Dahyun goes back at Jennie's side and taps her head. "Maybe she had some errands to do or clients to meet. What's important is that you'll meet her tonight. Don't think about it too much."

But Jennie does think about it too much.

It was already afternoon yet no buzz coming from her phone. It has gotten to a point where her mood turns to sour and she sort of vented it out on the trainees and maybe some of her subordinates in their team. Even Dahyun and Sooyoung were wondering if the topic back in her office is still the reason why Jennie's mood turned that way, Chaeyoung only answers with a shrug while studying her friend's action throughout their hours spent inside the office.

Eventually, Jennie decides to screw it and shuts down her phone to allow her mind to focus on other things. She had this mindset of if Jisoo doesn't want to text me, then I am never going to text her first type of thinking which helped her in some sort of way as she was able to be focused on the team meeting that happened later that day.

"Congratulations on meeting the desired quota by the higher leaders. Keep up the good work team and I'm pretty sure that if we keep this one up, we might be heading for the Blue House to receive our honorable medal award." The man fixes his blonde hair and smiles at the rest of his subordinates. "That's all for today, dismissed."

At the order of dismissal, twenty officers wearing their office uniform stood up and saluted. "Thank you, Captain Song!"

Little by little officers flee outside of the meeting room while some of them remained and conversed with their fellow officers. "I cannot believe we can go to the Blue House and receive our medals." One of them gushes. "I think I need to get my hair some treatment already."

"Captain says we can only receive the award if we keep up the performance." Another one says as she fixes her blonde hair. "I think we just need another big break and then it's the Blue House awarding for sure."

"What do you think Jennie? Think we can land the Blue House thing?"

Jennie smirks and looks at her team members. "We're Saint Lucia; of course we'd land that award."

"Yeah, imagine having that turtle name squad go up and receive the awards." The rest of them crack up hearing their number one nemesis in the department.

They went on with the chit chat until the door makes a sound. "Lieutenant Kim?" A man suddenly interrupts their post-meeting talk. "Captain Song asks if you could lead the simulation training today."

"Oh, right the pups." Jennie replies. "Hold on, just let me check at- crap."

"Is there something wrong?"

"Hey Dahyun, can you take over the simulation for me?" She highly requests. "There's somewhere I have to be as of the moment."

"Sure, I'll cover up for you." On cue, Jennie grabs her coat and heads towards the exit leaving all of her colleagues behind and curious. "What was that all about?"

"Shit, shit, shit."

"Stupid, stupid, stupid."

"You're dead Jennie Kim... you're so dead."

As soon as the elevator doors opened for her, Jennie dashes through the long corridor in a high-end condominium building in Gangnam. With hasty steps, she finally reaches the end of the hallway where the door in this entire level was found. Jennie looks at the glass windows, checking if she looked presentable because she knows so well that the latter was all about physical appearance.

Some people won't even give you the chance to let you talk to judge you. If they can't judge you by personality, at least they can judge you by looks so make a good first impression. You can't meet everyone the second time around.

Jennie exhales out loud and even closed her eyes to do a mantra chant, one that she had inside instilled in her ever since the beginning of this bargain she had asked for.

Commit to the process and follow what she says.

Sometimes, when the tasks get her overwhelmed she would repeat it five times.

However, even when her hand reaches for the doorbell, there was a small 'beep' sound and soon enough the twelve-foot double doors automatically opened its doors for her. Jennie swallows the invincible lump inside her throat and enters one of the biggest apartments she has ever seen in her life.

Deep down, something in Jennie Kim's gut tells her that she would have to repeat the mantra thirty times more today.

Entering the vast open living room, she finds the latter sitting beautifully on her accent chairs facing the fifteen-foot glass windows with the view of the entire neighborhood of Gangnam. Jennie lets her eyes travel through the latter's slender figure, from her smooth and soft legs up to her perfect guitar-shaped hips and waist and those beautiful, long and rich black hair that travels down through her chest and oh God- those lips...

Those perfect, seductive and well-sculptured heart-shaped lips.

Suddenly a thought comes into her mind, a very, very dangerous thought.

Wonder what kind of perfection hidden underneath the bathrobe.

"You're late." The latter's sultry voice interrupts Jennie's dirty thinking. "Thirty minutes to be exact."

"S-s-orry." Jennie closes her eyes for a bit, mentally cursing herself for stuttering. "I had a team meeting."

"I let you decide what time should we meet up and still you're late." The woman places her wine glass down near the table and looks at her in the eyes. "Is this what your SWAT Academy taught you?"

"No ma'am." Jennie could feel the hairs in her arms slowly rising by the way the other woman was looking through her. Not at her, through her. Like her eyes were looking directly into Jennie's soul, and if that was possible, she would probably see what Jennie was thinking of earlier. "I promise it won't happen again."

"Hmm." She shortly replies and waits for the light echo of her voice to fade away. "Let's make sure it won't happen again." Fixing her sitting position, she motions for Jennie to come closer to her. The latter does, quite briskly if she may add. "Sit on my lap."

Jennie's eyes widen at the sudden order. "W-w-s-sit on you-r lap?"

"Did I stutter?"

"No, ma'am."

"Then why are you still standing there?" Jennie was quick to her feet and immediately follows her orders. Putting the latter's body in between her legs, she rests her hands on the edge of the chair, holding onto her body for support. Right as she was about to relax, Jennie lets out a light squeal when she finds the latter's hands roaming around her back. "Hmm... still jumpy I see."

"Y-your hands... cold." She manages to respond, making the girl underneath her smile.

She leans in and lands her lips on Jennie's ear. "Give me a hickey."

Jennie could feel her soul slowly detaching from her physical body. "H-hickey?" The other woman nods her head. "B-b-but why?"

"Because I know how uncomfortable you are when you give hickeys. And that's my punishment to you."

The Special Ops Unit Lieutenant swallows the now visible lump in her throat. "Jisoo I think-"

"Should I make it two hickeys then?"

"No!" She raises her voice. "O-one hickey is e-e-nough." Goddammit, why the hell do I keep stuttering?!

"I see your lips have not found my neck yet." The doctor halts her train of thoughts again. "What is the only thing I want from you?"

"To fo-fo-."

"Jennie, look at me." Slowly she pulls away and looks at Jisoo's straight face. When they finally locked eyes with one another, Jisoo cups her face and despite the lack of dim lighting throughout the room, Jennie could feel that Jisoo knows about her flustered and heated cheeks. "Say it one more time. No stuttering, just look at me in the eyes, do you understand?"

She closes her eyes for a minute and repeats the mantra over and over again inside her mind.

Commit to the process and follow what she says.

Commit to the process and follow what she says.

Commit to the process and follow what she says.

Opening her eyes and looks back at Jisoo straight at her face, the doctor lets out a small and brief smirk, seeing how the officer's orbs look different this time. "What is the only thing I want from you?"

Returning the favor, Jennie leans in closer towards the latter and lands her lips right against Jisoo's ear. "To focus on you, and only on you."

Jisoo makes Jennie look at her and for the first time today, Jennie sees Jisoo's soft smile on her. "Good girl." She says as she brushes her hand through Jennie's hair. "Now, shall we begin with the punishment?"

"O-okay." Returning to her old position, Jennie pops out a question. "W-where would you like to p-put the h-hickey?"

"Your choice." Jennie wanted to curse loudly at Jisoo's stubbornness of giving her a direct answer. She closes her eyes for a moment and tries to remember what the latter did to her yesterday.

Jennie leans in and gives her a light kiss on the spot right under her chin on the left side of her face. She stays there for a moment before kissing downwards and then moving sideways again until she reaches Jisoo's jaw. She opens her eyes for a moment and when she sees Jisoo hardly biting her lower lip it gave her a boost of confidence, telling her that she was doing the right thing.

Going back to the task at hand Jennie kisses the centerline of her Jisoo's neck before moving to the right side of her neck, still giving those feathery movements of her lips, getting a little impatient with finding Jisoo's sweet spot and then she finally does it.

She finally finds the doctor's sweet spot, and boy it was indeed a sweet spot.

Sure, she might have heard Jisoo moan a little or two from their sessions but boy, she has never heard the brunette sound like that. It was sultry, on a very low-register tone that she was sure that Jisoo did her best to suppress it down her throat. Now Jennie gets it why Jisoo had this smile on her face when she found her sweet spot too... it was similar to finding a treasure chest and finding out the huge 'X' mark where the treasure was hidden.

Jennie reconnects her lips to that specific spot again, only this time she lets the tip of her come, and move up and down as if she was marking that very location of Jisoo's neck allowing her to have a taste of Jisoo's skin for the very first time. She knew that Jisoo smells good despite the fact of not having any kind of perfume around her, but who knew that she would be this naturally delightful in taste. It send her onto a different kind of pleasure and the desire to taste Jisoo- even if it was just on the neck part got the best of her so she parts her lips and started sucking on the 'X' mark of her treasure hunting and she started digging real fast. It earned her a very rewarding reaction from Jisoo as the latter moans again and her hands begin to wander around her body.

"Jennie." Jisoo moans a little bit louder this time. "Shit Jen."

"Oh my God..."

"Fuck, Jennie."

From holding onto Jennie's collar for her dear life into securing the Lieutenant to stay in that place by wrapping her arms around Jennie's neck, pulling her closer than ever. Everything that Jisoo says or does only brings Jennie onto a kind of frenzy that she was convinced that she might have a kink of Jisoo's neck. Her mind was like on haywire, and all she wanted to do was to hear those words over and over again.

It was only until she feels Jisoo's nails dug into her neck and the pain outwitted the pleasure, causing her to pull away with a slight grimace on her face. She was kind of pissed on how Jisoo broke her momentum of giving her a hickey.

Underneath her was Jisoo- lips parted, breathing in all the air she could possibly intake, chest heaving up and down in a very deep motion. As Jisoo recollects herself, Jennie widens her eyes when she saw the result of her frenzy and she really couldn't blame Jisoo for digging her nails.

The once perfect skin of the doctor is now tainted with not only a dark red shade but a mixture of light purple and red.

"Holy shit." Jennie utters. "Shit, Jisoo I'm-"

"It's okay." The latter answers and she even looks at Jennie with a smile. "You sure are a fast learner." Now with her full-conscious is back on track, Jennie looks away, quite guilty for placing that mark onto her friend. "Jennie it's okay really. I don't mind, they're not permanent."

"S-still... I shouldn't be that harsh."

"I actually take this as a compliment. It means I am quite tasty." She smirks and Jennie just blushes like a high school student. "Do you want more?"

"W-w-what?"

Jisoo just chuckles at Jennie's nervousness. "I'm kidding, if I gave you one more we would probably end up ditching the party." She says. "Jennie?"

"Y-yes?"

"You can get off of me right now."

"Oh! Right!" Jennie jumps out of Jisoo's lap and stood there shyly.

"Take a bath and the clothes you're going to wear are in the guest room."

"Clothes?" Jennie asks with furrowed eyebrows.

"Jennie, the party's theme is a high school party. Don't tell me you're planning to wear that." She eyes her casual outfit.

"What's wrong with this?"

"That really looks like you in high school."

"Yeah, so?"

Jisoo just sighs. "If you want to convince Irene that you're a changed woman then you have to start with the clothes you're wearing. Sure that monochromatic band shirt looks nice on you with the faded jeans and the rusty old pair of sneakers but tonight is different." She says.

"Okay... I suppose you're right."

The latter smiles at her. "Good girl, now go get change."

While waiting for Jennie to be done, Jisoo finished drinking wine and enjoying her book when she could hear the footsteps approaching her. She didn't even look yet but her attention was already pried away when her nose smelled the vanilla scent that seems to match perfectly with Jennie. Closing her book and placing it onto the table, she looks up and for the first time, Jisoo was taken aback.

It was already given that Jennie is a human with amazing sex appeal that even if she tries to hide it on her casual fashion wear or her office uniform, she was indeed a head-turner. Now, having her wear a sleeveless white shirt, black ripped jeans and boots, matched with the leather jacket to finally complete the look was totally on another level. She stands up and pulls Jennie's hair tie, letting her locks fall freely on the sides of her face.

"Does this look okay?" Jennie unsurely asks and Jisoo answers first with a nod. "Are you sure? You're not just nodding because you're the one who bought the outfit?"

"Jennie you look pretty amazing and hot." She eyes the officer from head to foot. "I already imagined you in this outfit earlier but damn- I never imagined you would look this good." Jisoo smirks and whispers to Jennie's ear. "You make me want to use a handcuff on you." Sensing Jennie froze again on the spot she pulls away and lightens the atmosphere. "But yeah, this looks good on you."

"You didn't have to buy this for me though."

"It's alright, you deserve them." She says. "I have one more news to say to you though. You need to head to the party first."

"What?" Jennie was confused. "Why?"

"The Chairman would like to meet me for a while but don't worry, I won't be too long."

"B-b-but..."

"Don't be discouraged. I know you're in for all that coming inside the party where you're going to be the attention immediately, seeing how you have me by your side but trust me, if you want to make an impact on Irene, you follow my rules." Cupping Jennie's cheeks, she stares at her as if she was trying to hypnotize Jennie to abide by her regulations. "Do you understand me Jennie?"

"Yes." She answers immediately like she was under the spell of the doctor. "I understand."

"That's more like it." She smiles. "When you arrive there, grab a drink or two and allow yourself to relax and gain confidence. I'll see you at the party."

"Okay."

"And Jennie?"

"Huh?"

"You need to be careful with that outfit." Jisoo smirks. "I placed a little surprise there for you."

"Jennie!" Lisa pushes through the big crowd, bass-boosted music and welcomes the officer with a hug. "What are you doing here?"

"I got invited by the bride-to-be."

"You know Irene?"

"We were... familiar with one another." She replies vaguely. "What about you?"

"Oh! That does because I'm friends with Irene's soon-to-be wife but I'm also friends with Irene so I decided why not attend both? You know?" She smiles. "You look freaking amazing by the way! Where's Jisoo?"

"She has some personal matters to attend."

"Oh, that's sad." She says. "I would like to keep you accompany for the rest of the night but I already promised to go to the other bachelorette party and uh- Chaeyoung's waiting for me to pick her up." She shyly admits.

"You better not keep her waiting she has this high standard about punctuality."

"Right!" Lisa nods. "I'll see you sometime again in the hospital okay?"

Jennie nods and Lisa leaves her all alone in the crowd. She pushes herself through the dance floor where her hand was immediately pulled by none other than- "Yeri?"

"Hello there Lieutenant, a bit late on attending the party aren't we?"

"Aren't high school parties usually starts this late?"

Yeri laughs. "I suppose so." She says. "Where's Jisoo?"

"She had to do something first and she'll see me here."

"Typical Doctor Kim always puts her career over everything else." She snickers. "Looks like you need a drink."

"That I do." Yeri immediately asks the bartender to give them two house drinks and hands one to Jennie. "Thank you." Taking a slow chug of it, she grimaces at just how strong the beverage was. "What the fuck is this?"

"This, my friend is my secret recipe way back in Med School. I even got this from my senior."

"You sound like it some kind of family inheritance."

"Because it is!" Yeri beams proudly. "Cheers!" She makes a toast with the woman and takes another gulp. "See? It's not so bad the second time right?"

"It kind of tastes good and light."

"HAHAHA! YES! FINALLY!" She screams and watches Jennie takes something out of her pocket as she wipes her sweat. "Oh my God Jennie..."

"What? Why?"

"Damn Lieutenant I've always known that Doctor Kim is a very intense and passionate woman but never in a million years would she be this kinky." She says totally confusing Jennie.

Jennie looks at where Yeri's lips were pointing and her eyeballs looked like they were about to fall at that moment. "This- I didn't-"

"Looks like your girlfriend gave you a reminder." Yeri smirks. "But damn, giving you her underwear sounds more like a threat rather than a reminder." Jennie was madly blushing at what Jisoo did. So this is the surprise she was telling me earlier. "Damn Kim Jisoo, who knew she had it in her."

"I- I swear I didn't know she was going to pull up something like this."

"Of course you wouldn't know, I mean where's the fun if she tells you right away?" She chuckles. "But I understand her completely you know? You look amazing tonight Lieutenant, if you came here all by yourself I would start flirting my way onto your pants but I'd really prefer if I can keep my job."

"Thank you, if it counts you look like you can land yourself a pretty lady tonight." She smiles at her.

"Then can you be my wingman for tonight? Since I'm pretty sure Jisoo won't be showing her ass here knowing how workaholic that woman can be." She shakes her head. "What do you say? You're up for it?" Jennie remembered Jisoo's words lingering on her mind.

"When you arrive there, grab a drink or two and allow yourself to relax and gain confidence. I'll see you at the party."

She turns to Yeri and makes another toast with her. "Sure." Jennie smiles.

They moved to the kitchen where most of the people are playing with different kinds of drinking game from seven shots of heaven to beer pong and the chugging game. The entire room smelled sweat and alcohol that it would make Jennie grimace in disgust from time to time but she decides to stick to her end of an agreement with Yeri and talked with a few girls for a moment who in her defense- approached her first and then carried on the role of being the 'wingman'. After a few tries, Jennie was able to seal the deal with a girl named Saeron who works at an entertainment company.

After making sure that they have bonded well, Jennie scurries away from the smell brought by the smell of the room. Ordering herself another drink, which she had lost count how many times did she have this already. Taking a giant swig, she pulls out her phone and still no sign of Jisoo and that made her worry.

What if Jisoo decided to back out?

What if she was taken aback about what happened earlier?

When will she send her a text message?

Sighing to herself, she types a quick 'where are u I'm starting to worry' text to the doctor before putting her cellular phone back in her pocket. "Finishing her drink after a full chug, she orders another house drink. "I'll have another please."

She feels the seat beside her gets occupied. Jennie ignores the latter's presence. "I'll be having what's she's having too." Jennie stops halfway and turns her head to the owner of the voice. After getting her own drink, she, too, also stops in the middle of putting the tip of the cup in her lips when she noticed Jennie's stare on her. "Hello Jennie."

Jennie's slight drunk state disappeared seeing her finally in flesh after years without any means of communication. "Hi, Irene."

Finally taking a sip, she places the cup down. "I thought you weren't going to show up."

"That's because I had a late-night team meeting."

Irene just nods her head. "Where are you working right now?"

"I'm a member of the Special Ops Unit of the Police."

"Wow, so you finally got to realize your dream." She looks at her. "Congratulations."

"T-thanks." She coughs and sits up straight. "How about you?"

"I'm a lawyer now." Irene says with a smile. "And I'm getting married to another lawyer too."

"Talk about relationship goals." She chuckles dryly while internally panicking. Where the fuck is Jisoo? She thinks to herself.

"Speaking of relationships, I thought you were going to tag along with a beautiful doctor for tonight."

"About that." Jennie swallows the lump on her throat. "She had to meet someone important tonight. It's the head of their hospital so she really couldn't say no."

"Really?" Jennie nods her head. "That's a shame. I was looking forward to meeting her tonight." She says. "Well, there's always a next time right? Maybe we can go on a double date some time."

"I really don't think it's going to be necessary-"

"Is she really that good of a doctor that her schedule is always full?"

"Well-"

"Is she even real in the first place?"

"Are you saying that I lied to you?" The latter shot her with a look that says I-don't-know-you-tell-me type making Jennie scoff with great disbelief. "I will never go-"

"Then where is she, Jennie? Because until I see a face, that's all I can think of right now." She argues. "I get it, Jen, I get your move okay?"

"What are you even talking about?"

"You see my bachelorette invitation to you and somehow you're jealous because I met someone better than you so you try to save face and then replies. In those three days, you try to find some cheap skank who can fill in the role of this doctor but then you realize that nobody is going to be better than me because I am the best for you." She insults. "Looks like some people never change even if they already achieved their dreams."

Irene sighs. "Good thing that things really didn't work out between us or else imagine how miserable I would be with you." She chuckles while shaking her head as Jennie was slowly starting to get annoyed at her arrogance. "But it's good to see you Jennie, such a shame I wasn't able to see this doctor girlfriend of yours." Irene smiles and taps Jennie on the shoulder. "Don't worry, just keep acting that Special Ops has higher pay than regular police officers and then maybe someone would believe you along the way."

Just as when Irene thought that she already had her way and won the talk she had with Jennie a pair of stilettos were making a sound against the marbled flooring. Everyone turned their heads as soon as they were graced by her presence and even Yeri who had been obviously drunk and busy flirting with Saeron stopped for a moment to look at the guest who just arrived and smirked to herself. The sound continued until this so-called 'new guest' arrived at the bar where Irene and Jennie were as of the moment. As soon as Irene lands her eyes on her, the bride-to-be had this surprised expression on her face while the latter completely ignores her presence and walks past her. When she turns around, she was surprised when she sees the girl hugging Jennie tightly.

"Are you still mad at me?" She says at Jennie as soon as she pulls away from the hug. "I'm sorry; it's just that the chairman really wanted to talk with me about business at this hour." Jennie was still stunned and so the latter decides to kiss her on the cheek repetitively. "Babe, I said I was sorry already." She adorably pouts.

Jennie looks at her still in the midst of processing things while trying so hard not to blush. She looks at the eyes of the woman in front of her and right there and there she regained composure and wrapped her hand around her waist. "I already told you I understand. It's work."

"Why are you so perfect?" She leans in and was about to kiss Jennie on the lips but then turns her attention to the host of the party who was still standing there. "Uh, are you really going to stand there and watch us make-out?" That was enough to bring Irene back to her composure too. She blinks a few times and then looks at the new guest.

Irene looks at Jennie who ignores her stare and played along with Jisoo's act. "This is Irene Bae, the host of this party and the bride-to-be." She says. "Irene this is-"

"I'm Kim Jisoo."

And despite having a friendly voice and a smile plastered on her face- Jennie noticed there was something different in Jisoo's eyes. Honestly, it made her pretty nervous because that look only means one thing- she was ready for battle.

"I'm Jennie's girlfriend."
