Jisoo extends her hand which Irene shakes half-heartedly. "I heard so much about you!"

"Good things I hope." She fake-smiles at the latter.

"Why? Is there anything bad that I should know of?"

"Uh, nothing of course."

"Jennie told me you two were really good friends." Jisoo smiles at her and somehow that insulted Irene's pride. "I'm happy she had you as one of them."

"Friends?" She silently scoffs and looked at Jennie who didn't even bother to look at her way as she was busy eyeing her girlfriend. "Sure."

"This is an awesome party." Jisoo says as she observes the place. "You must be pretty well-off to pull something like this."

"She's a lawyer." Jennie interjects, finally being brought back to reality half-assed.

"Oh! Which Firm?"

"Kang and Son Firm."

"Oh! That's Wendy's family law firm." She smiles. "Judging by the place you booked, I assume that you're one of their partners?"

"No, actually I'm an associate."

"Ohhh... I see just an associate." Jisoo eyes her up and down. "For how many years have you been an associate?"

"Five years."

Jisoo shifts her look at her with sympathy. "Guess some things never change..."

"What did you-"

"Don't worry, Wendy's dad is a softie for everyone who's struggling so I'm sure you're going to make it as their partner. Junior Partner though, but I'm sure it's the word 'partner' that counts right?" Jennie's went wide at how Jisoo bluntly shaded Irene right there and noticed that Irene's veins were about to pop so she decides to hold Jisoo's hand. "Right, well I'm sure you have other guests to entertain so we'll be on our way." The doctor smiles at her. "Congratulations on getting married. I mean, that is if your girlfriend doesn't change her mind."

She even shoots Irene a playful wink before giving into Jennie's tug on her as they walk away from the host. "Jisoo what the hell was that?"

"What do you mean what the hell was that?" She questions back. "I was just having a conversation with the host."

"Yeah, but you were pretty aggressive don't you think?"

Jisoo scoffs. "Believe me I wasn't even aggressive earlier. I was even friendly to her."

"What? Friendly?"

The latter hums in agreement and looks at Irene who busying herself at the bar. "Compared to what she did to you it was nothing."

"What she did to me? Wait, you were there?"

"I was already inside after a few minutes of your arrival." She says. "I even saw you talking with Yeri earlier." Jisoo smirks. "I guess you showed her the surprise?"

Jennie immediately blushes as soon as she remembers what happened earlier. "Why didn't you tell me about it?"

"Oh come on, that would literally ruin the element of surprise for you and besides, I'm pretty sure Yeri wouldn't waste any time and spill news to Irene."

"You really had this all planned out did you?"

"Well, I was thinking that Irene would discover the underwear surprise but that would obviously pass her out. After what she did to you the level of my determination to crush her stepped up in a whole new level."

Jisoo looks at Jennie and eyes her girlfriend's outfit. "W-what are you looking at?"

"I'm starting to regret giving this outfit to you."

"Why?"

"Don't give me that crap Jennie; you know very well what I'm talking about." Jennie was surprised to hear that from Jisoo, and she was caught off-guard just how pissed the latter sound. "Still don't have a clue? Well, take a good look around you Lieutenant."

Jennie decides to look around and saw that all eyes were on her and even though she was considered to be dense sometimes, she knows for sure that all of those eyes were obviously checking her out. Turning back to her girlfriend who was now crossing her arms and raising her eyebrow at her, Jennie chuckles and rubs the back of her neck as she tries to figure out how make her calm down. Jisoo on the other hand eventually runs out of patience and pulls Jennie close by gripping onto Jennie's leather jacket.

"We may be fake dating Jennie and I know some of these girls are freaking hot but don't you-"

Jennie smiles and holds onto Jisoo's jaw. "I don't care if they're hot or whatever. I'm only focusing on you tonight."

The doctor smiles back, fully satisfied with how confident Jennie sounds right now. "Looks like the alcohol did the work already."

"It's... kicking in."

"Don't drink too much now; I want you to remember everything that will happen tonight." Jennie nods like an obedient puppy. "Come along, I want to have some good time."

"Really? You know how to have fun?"

Jisoo lets out her signature smirk. "You have no idea Lieutenant."

Once inside the kitchen, Jisoo was immediately handed a shot of the house drink given by Yeri where they had a small chat before she and Jennie move to a corner where they played a little game of their own where they will try to decipher want kind of job a person has and then talk with them to finally, have their answer. Loser, of course, would have to take a shot of the bottle Jisoo managed to steal away from the counter.

While in the midst of their little guessing game, Jennie couldn't help but notice at how many women were staring at her girlfriend and for some unknown reason, she was feeling a bit uneasy and slightly annoyed at the amount of times that Jisoo got checked out; even though she couldn't blame them. The doctor was wearing a beautiful black top with flowery patterns that covers the bare minimum of her thighs that was very attractive if Jennie might add, matched with black denim shorts and boots with having her perfectly formed heart-shape lips covered in a luscious shade of red. Jisoo already looks beautiful and alluring even when she's wearing typical work clothes so to have her wearing this kind of outfit with her hair lose it was too hard to ignore the sex appeal.

Sometimes Jennie would scold herself for staring too much on Jisoo, most especially finds herself being unable to speak whenever Jisoo would flip her hair or would be staring right back at her and it would always happen when there were too many eyes lurking on them, specifically on Jisoo. It was as if she was taunting Jennie to do something about the people that were practically fucking her with their eyes. Of course having been given the order, she doesn't waste any longer to put her strong arm securely over Jisoo's slim waist and in return, Jisoo comfortably leans in as they went along with their game.

Jennie wasn't the only one having a hard time with her girlfriend's admirers. As observant as the Lieutenant could be when it comes to her profession, she might be the one of the most dense people she have ever encounter and that Jennie is so dense that she is on a neck-on-neck race with Lisa. While she was shopping this morning she really thought about what would be the best fit for Jennie, something that would definitely make Irene sees the difference that Jennie had over the years of their separation but to have this kind of attention on the other women was something she hadn't anticipated.

She couldn't count how many time she was glaring at the women who were obviously fucking Jennie with their eyes and with their minds. Deep down in her mind, she was really hoping that the latter would do something- just something for them to stop day-dreaming about her in that way. So when she felt Jennie's arm pulling her close, she smirks in her mind and gave her arrogant stare at the women before leaning in comfortably in Jennie's arms as she takes a sip of her drink.

"Looks like our bottle is empty..." Jisoo says and looks at Jennie. "Wait for me."

"Sure."

"Keep your hands inside your pocket and eyes on me Kim."

Jennie smirks at her but then nods her head. "Copy that."

But then again, some women just fucking suck at reading signs because as soon as Jisoo grabs their second bottle, she turns around and sees her girlfriend getting hovered by someone else. Jennie being the dense Jennie Kim; pulled her hand out of her pocket and shook the latter's hand.

"Hi." A woman whose features were similar to an idol approaches them with a smile. "My name's Chaehee."

"Oh! The popular singer right?" The latter replies with a nod. "Wow, this is flattering. I never would've thought that someone like you would approach me."

Jisoo doesn't decide to walk back instantly and watches where this conversation heads to. "Why wouldn't I? I mean, we're in the same industry right?" She smiles. "So, which entertainment company do you work for?"

The doctor scoffs at the poorly-created pick-up line and got annoyed when Jennie even blushed. "O-oh no, I'm not. I'm not an idol or someone famous."

"Really? Then why are you the talk of the town as soon as I arrived?" She chuckles in a very cringy manner that Jisoo had this urge to meddle in with their talk. "So you came here all alone?"

"Uh no I'm actually with-"

"Here is our second bottle." Jisoo smiles as she acts like she didn't see what happened earlier and turns back to Chaehee. "Oh, you found yourself a friend."

Chaehee, who just arrived at the party looked at Jisoo with a pissed-off attitude. "Excuse me but who are you?"

"She's my girlfriend." Jennie finishes her cut-off sentence earlier. "Jisoo this is Chaehee but you probably know that."

"Chaehee?" Jisoo furrows her eyebrows. "Like the cheap meat shop in Hongdae? You own that shop?"

The idol seems furiously pissed. "Chaehee as in of one the top idols."

"Ah, sorry I don't watch many entertainment shows, I think it's boring sorry." She apologetically smiles and then turns to meet her girlfriend's eyes. "Look at you bagging at all women in different kinds of industry." Jisoo smiles and then turns back to the idol. "Good thing I was able to bag her first right?"

The idol, who was a firm believer of non-committal relationships took this one as a challenge. "You sound so confident there Jisoo-sshi."

"Why shouldn't I be confident?" She asks innocently. "You think Jennie's like the women you meet at the clubs? Those... low-class one night stands?"

Jennie gulps and feels the unspoken tension that's happening between the two women in front of her. "Hey Jisoo, I think we should leave-"

"No Jen, I don't think we should leave when this idol straight-up called you as someone who's cheap. As your girlfriend, I shouldn't let anyone call you that." Jisoo says as she kept her eyes daggering through Chaehee's skull.

Instead of being offended, the idol liked the challenge. "And how do you suggest we do that?"

"Simple, we play strip beer pong. As we lose the cups, we drink and strip something of our clothes. Loser of course has to give everything she stripped to the winner." Jisoo says. "Your outfit is something I wouldn't find in my closet but sure, why don't I give that image a shot."

"Fine, let's have some beer pong then."

"Jisoo are you crazy? You don't even know the girl and her capabilities."

"And she doesn't know me either." She says. "Why? Are you doubting my beer pong skills?"

"It's not that-"

"Tell you what- if I win, I get to receive a prize from you."

"W-what? P-prize?"

She looked around their vicinity and smirks when she found the reward she would be having after this mini-game. "You'll find out later."

"And if you lose?"

Jisoo pulls Jennie by her neck and mumbles. "Let's just say you get to do whatever it is that you want from me."

"So are we playing or not?" Chaehee interrupts their intimate conversation.

Instead of answering, Jisoo picks up the ping-pong ball and shoots it and everyone watched as it flawlessly lands on the first cup. The crowd inside the kitchen was completely surprised at how it lands on the cup that even Chaehee couldn't hide their amazement towards the latter. Jisoo turns to Jennie, who has a similar expression as most of the crowd before turning back to the woman standing on the other end of the table.

"Looks like you're going to strip Chaehee-sshi." She says with her confident smile.

It was a complete no-brainer that the game between Chaehee and Jisoo earned a lot of audiences. By the time that Jisoo shoots the ball at the third cup, nearly all of Irene's invited guests were in the kitchen, trying to cheer for their own bet. So far, Jisoo lost a cup and stripped off her earrings while Chaehee had to strip herself out from her earrings, her necklace, and her bracelet.

But far from the crowd and Jisoo's determination was Irene with her glass of Martini, eyeing every move of the doctor who shoots her successful sixth cup, leaving Chaehee without any heels on.

"You know if you're going to keep looking at her like that you're going to melt Jennie's girlfriend." Irene turns to her right and finds Yeri walking towards her. "May I?" She shrugs and takes a swig of her drink. "Looks like you really want to have fun tonight."

"I deserve to have fun, it's my party after all."

"Makes sense..." She hops on the high chair and orders her own Rum and Coke drink from the bar. "Aha, I see she has caught your attention as well."

"Were they at your party?"

"They were but they decided to leave early... or not."

"Or not? What do you mean- don't tell me-" Yeri just chuckles at Irene's surprised face. "They were the ones inside the car?!"

"Don't act too surprised Irene, if you would either look at Jennie or at Jisoo, you wouldn't keep your hands to yourself too." She snickers. "I perfectly understand their hormones toward each other."

Irene scrunches her face in disgust. "Well, then they need to be pretty low when it comes to their sex life."

"Why? Jealous they get to have kinky public sex while you -"

"This isn't about me." She glares and looks back at Jisoo who currently lost her third cup and removes her second pair of earrings. "So, you and Jisoo have known each other well?"

"I really didn't have a choice, she's my boss."

"What?" Irene connects her eyebrows. "Your boss?"

"She's the head of our department." Yeri looks at her friend's surprise expression and gives her a look of understanding. "Well, I wasn't really shocked or anything. I already know that woman from Med School."

"She's your senior?" The latter nods her head. "How is she like?"

"One word; amazing." She replies. "She's was just junior in Med School but she was already better than the professors. She received perfect marks on her internship that our hospital just hired her. Her recognition didn't stop there though, she kept on training and attending seminars.

"Well, she looks that type of person to me." Irene comments. "She seems to be that kind of Med Student who doesn't even know how to have fun." After saying that, she hears Yeri's laughter through the glass. "Why? Did I say something wrong?"

"Hold on, you think that she's that student that got hated by everybody for being too smart and always aced the exam because she didn't have any kind of social life?"

"Why? Isn't she that type?"

"Oh unnie, stop with the stereotyping..." Yeri shakes her head. "The reason why she keeps on attending various seminars and lectures, traveling from one country to another isn't that she is that over-achiever that everyone hates- that's just because she's merely curious." She answers. "Jisoo-unnie was one of the most famous people in our Med School... She was approachable, none-judgmental, and believe me, she was hella friendly. She also got some high alcohol tolerance that whenever we go out to a party or to a club; she always ends up being the sober driver."

"S-s-she is?"

Yeri just smirks. "I remember she told me that she likes it when people portray her as the 'innocent' one of the weakest link because of her facial and physical features. Like a spider, she lures in her prey with her pretty web making them think that she's vulnerable..."

"Holy shit! It's a tie game now!"

"Wow, who do you think will win?"

"My bet's on Chaehee, Jisoo seems to be like all-talk."

"I know, she seems pretty weak for me."

"But when she sees the perfect timing- she attacks. And trust me, Irene, Jisoo can be merciless when she wants to be."

Irene and Yeri look over at the kitchen where the people were rejoicing hyping Chaehee up while Jisoo's side of the table had zero cups. Seeing that the idol won over the doctor made Irene scoff and shakes her head, wondering why she even bothers to listen to Yeri's stories. "Well, it seems to me that Jisoo's lethal attack was no match for Chaehee's skills." She looks at Jisoo still with a blank expression on her face with Jennie by her side. "She lost the game."

"Did she?"

"Well duh, Chaehee managed to catch up and turn the tables around to her advantage. Of course, she lost." She says. "At least her clothes would look good on Chaehee."

"What was really on the line? Was it the clothes? Their egos...?" Yeri helps Irene think about the situation. "Or was it something else?"

Irene looks back at Jisoo and instead of witnessing a pissed of face, she was confused as to why Jisoo was smirking. With furrowed eyebrows she observes and watches as Jisoo takes off her top, earning howls and cheers coming from the audience as she reveals her toned stomach with perfectly sculptured abs and a black lacy bra that was even barely covering her nipples. Even she was surprised at the kind of lingerie that the doctor decided to wear, even more so when she walked towards Chaehee and gave her the top. She was wondering what Yeri meant by what was really on the line, but when she saw Jennie hurried to remove her leather jacket and covers Jisoo with it, making the crowd even cheer for them more.

She looks at Chaehee with her clothes and accessories. "I think that they would look good on you. Your wardrobe needs some upgrading anyway, maybe you'll gain some inspiration from it."

Chaehee on the other hand just smirks at her. "Say all you want but the results will never be changed. I still won."

"Do idols really think of themselves that high or is it just you?" Jisoo asks curiously. "Maybe you've forgotten that it was never about winning the beer pong or the clothes... You may have won the game Chaehee..." She returns the smirk and linked her arms with Jennie who was also surprised with what she said. "But my girlfriend is still by my side so, between you and me, you're the real loser."

From afar, Irene who was also surprised at how Jisoo managed to sweep everything to her side and won the real bet of their game. She looks at Yeri who shoots her with an I-told-you-so look. "Since the game is over, better get over and pick over Saeron. I'm really not in the mood for some beer pong game." She stands up and lightly taps Irene's shoulder. "Happy Bachelorette unnie."

"Are you just going to give me the silent treatment?"

"S-sorry I just-" Jennie looks up at Jisoo and remembers at how alluring the latter looked underneath that leather jacket of hers. "Why did you allow her to win?"

"She won the game but I never said she won the bet." Jisoo smiles at her. "She's an idol Jennie, she needs to save her face."

"Are you meaning to say that you were going easy on her?"

"Of course!" She chuckles as she sits on the edge of the kitchen counter. "Can you imagine the shame she would have to go through if I decided to be a bitch to her? I even might have to return her heels just so she could walk the aisle of shame with ample pride."

Jennie couldn't help but chuckle. "You can be really mean when you want to huh." The doctor smiles in return and all of a sudden pulls her closer to her that Jennie ends up standing in between Jisoo's legs. "J-J-J-Jisoo."

"I can also be pretty territorial if you ask me." She says in her husky tone.

Jennie, who promised that she would improve, looks back at Jisoo with dark orbs. "Why would you be, you do know I'm all yours." She smiles. "As I said- I'll focus on you."

"Then why don't we convey that message to these other women who wouldn't stop flirting on you? Otherwise, Chaeyoung and the others might be needed here after I cause a mass murder crime."

"Alright, what do you have in mind?"

"Hmm, since you said I lost the game, why won't you decide?" She says rather seductively. "Think of anything, I'm all yours anyway."

Jennie looks around and saw that there were a few women enjoying their time together and so an idea sparks in her mind and before Jisoo could process what was going on with Jennie's mind, the officer returns with a glass of tequila. "What's this?"

"This?" Jennie smiles as she also shows her some salt and lemon. "You're gonna give me a body shot." Now it was Jisoo's turn to be flustered. "Why? Too much tongue for you?"

Jisoo looks at Jennie who had this proud smirk imprinted on her face. "You're never too much for me Kim."

"Good." She hands Jisoo the lemon and Jisoo places it in between her mouth. She watches as Jennie places down the shot glass down on the free space found on the counter and then pushing Jisoo's locks away and places the salt evenly on her broad shoulders. "Are you ready?"

"Bring it on." She muffles.

"Remember when you told me that I should man up and act like my rank?" Jisoo nods her head as a reply since there's a wedge of lime stuck in her mouth. "Well, did you know that drinking Tequila with lime and salt are called training wheels?" The latter shakes her head. "They say the salt hides the bad taste of the drink while the sour taste enhances the flavor." She looks up and looks at Jisoo's confused stare. "Oh yeah, I'm telling you that I am drinking this shot neat." She throws the salt away; drinks the full shot of Tequila in one go and immediately feels the extreme burning sensation she has on her throat.

Jisoo removes the lemon on her mouth. "Then why bring some salt and lemon?"

"To come up with an excuse to do something."

"And what would that something be Lieutenant?"

"This." Out of nowhere, Jennie pulls Jisoo closer by the neck and smashes their lips together.

Jisoo was frozen for a second as she feels Jennie's lips against hers but when her brain started rebooting and it was a full-go, she also locks Jennie with the use of her legs. She also wraps her arms around the Lieutenant's neck as they share a steaming kiss right there. The kiss itself was rough like it was more of the alcohol does the trick rather than the mind.

Eyes closed.

Hands roaming around.

And the sounds that their lips would make in between their kisses.

Though Yeri had already announced that she is one of the people with such high alcohol intake, somehow, having Jennie's lips being rubbed repeatedly on hers and allowing her to taste the drinks Jennie already had before meeting her at the party kind of makes her head goes dizzy. She was sure that she wasn't going to give in to the temptation brought by the alcohol but to the temptation of Jennie's lips? That is what she's unsure of. Jennie's lips were plump and even though she only had a chaste taste of it when Jennie kissed her in front of Yeri when she visited her at the hospital, she knew from there that the Lieutenant's lips were one of the things she might get addicted to as this façade goes further.

It was like tasting something fantastic for the first time. Like your first bite of the Wagyu steak that's cooked to medium perfection that every bite becomes juicy and flavorful. And to Jisoo, Jennie's lips are her Wagyu steak. Obviously, the two of them gained attention as the people started cheering for them with endless howls and cheers with the mix of the roaring applauds by the crowd. Somehow, being reminded that they have an audience watching caused Jisoo to open her eyes and boy did she like what she sees.

From afar, she sees Irene clenching onto her Martini glass while she was shooting daggers at the two of them.

Instead of being shy, Jisoo took this opportunity to be braver and make the host even more annoyed. Like a light bulb flashing above her head, she slides her tongue on Jennie's bottom lip, catching the Lieutenant by surprise and slightly opening her mouth, which Jisoo uses as an opportunity to angle her head proper and push her tongue inside Jennie's mouth. She flicks Jennie's tongue a few times, teasing it seductively as if asking for the latter to make it move as well. When Jennie was about to do what she asked, Jisoo abruptly cuts their making out short, leaving her girlfriend chasing for her heart-shaped lips.

"W-why? Did I do something wrong?" Jennie asks worriedly. "Why did we need to stop?"

"This is a party and not some kind of orgy stupid." She chuckles. "We gave them a good show and I think that's enough."

"R-right." Jennie pulls away from her and somehow, Jisoo ignores the tug in her heart as soon as her body wasn't able to feel Jennie's warmth. "W-well, shall we get going?"

"Wait, let me put on some make-up first." She hops down on the counter and grabs her pouch bag. "I'll be back, wait for me."

Jisoo enters the common powder room and looks herself in front of the mirror. As she was staring at her reflection her mind slowly drifts from the kiss that she recently just shared with Jennie and then feels her heart beating in a swift motion against her chest. She starts to breathe in and breathe out- trying to catch up the air that she had lost from the making out before trying to calm down the beating of her heart. However, her meditation was cut short when she hears the door unlock with the matching stilettos pacing forward towards her.

From her own reflection, her eyes shift onto the woman standing right beside her who was wearing a red suit with a black spaghetti-strap top. Her jet black hair locks were all the way down to her chest and the colors that she used today only enhanced her white skin color. There was no doubt that the woman who's putting back her red lipstick on was perfection- even beyond perfection if that was possible. And if Jisoo was being honest- it made her insanely mad.

"Take a picture it lasts longer." Irene teases and Jisoo was pulled away from her thoughts. "Sorry, it's just that I don't know how to start a conversation with you."

"Usually it starts with hi right?"

"You were pretty zoned out so..."

"It's kind of hard not to zone out with a beauty like yours." She smiles. "Your wife to be is lucky to have you."

"I wish I could say the same to Jennie." She mutters under her nose but it was enough to let Jisoo know.

Jisoo doesn't back down and fixes her hair. "It sure is hot." Irene doesn't miss the exposed hickey spot that makes her eyes wide. "I was supposed to hide with my choker but Chaehee won the game."

"Jennie gave that?"

"Who else would give this to me attorney?"

"Hmm, I don't know. Base on Yeri's stories, you seem pretty adventurous back in the days so I wouldn't be surprised if you got it from one of your crazy night outs with your colleagues." She smiles. "But who am I to judge you? That's your relationship with Jennie, not mine."

"Oh no, please do tell attorney." She stops the latter from having the final say in their conversation. "You're a friend of Jennie's and so your opinion of us is very important to me."

"Fine, you want my opinion? I think you're crazy." She spits out. "I think you're a bad influence and I honestly don't see what she sees in you. You're the complete opposite of her type because I know her okay? She's not some woman who wears leather jackets and boots or making out with her girlfriend in public let alone having some kind of public sex." She states. "She isn't that kind of woman. She knows how to act properly and not act like some hormonal crazy teenager. Stop trying to change her Jisoo, I mean it. Jennie is not some toy that you can throw away after some experimentation."

Again, instead of being offended, Jisoo smiles at her. "Attorney are we still talking about my relationship with Jennie or your relationship with her?"

"W-what are you talking about?"

"Oh come on Irene, you really bought that Jennie told me you're her friend crap?" She scoffs. "Of course Jennie told me who you are... You're the bitch who broke her heart."

"I'd be careful with how I speak if I were you, Doctor Kim."

"Please spare me with that threat of yours, Irene, if you think I'm gonna be scared of you well then you're wrong because I'm not scared, in fact- you should be scared of me."

"And why would I be scared of you?"

"Oho, it looks like someone didn't pull out the rabbit from the hat." She smirks. "Your fiancé didn't tell you? Well then allow me to introduce myself." She says as she removes the soft features on her face and turned serious. "I'm Seulgi's ex-girlfriend."

Irene couldn't believe what she just heard. "W-w-what?"

"You heard me, I'm your fiancé's ex." She scoffs. "Small world right?"

"H-how... how did this..."

"Oh, you don't remember that part too? Well, let me refresh you on that too. Seulgi and I were high school sweethearts onto college girlfriends. We were the ideal couple, a future doctor and lawyer in the making and everybody thought we were going to be each other's end game but when she headed to Law School and me to Med School things starts to fall apart."

"Long story short she decides to meet me before the summer break of my junior year and tells me that it was no longer working out between us. We were too busy to have time for one another and while I objected and fought for our relationship, one day I saw her enjoying another woman's company and guess who I saw with her on that fateful day..." She trails off as she eyes Irene with pure negative judgment. "It was you, Irene. You were laughing with something she had said and I know it was probably about some stupid pun about her being a bear because out of all the jokes she made that bear pun is worth the genuine laugh."

"I'm not the type of person who attends parties with cheap themes like these because this is totally not my type but when Jennie told me you invited her, I had to see it for myself. I had to see the woman Seulgi replaced me with. And honestly? You two suit each other."

"W-we do?"

"Oh my God, you really weren't thinking that I'm going to be a salty ex-girlfriend like how you're acting right now?" Jisoo laughs her heart out as she continues to make fun of Irene's assumptions. "Irene we're no longer in high school, grow up!" She continues with her laughter. "Why wouldn't you be the perfect couple? You're both boring, too stiff, too traditional and too... what's that word..." She taps her chin and snaps as soon as she finds the right word. "Ordinary! Yeah! That's right, you both suit each other because there's nothing extra-ordinary about you."

"So yeah, maybe you're right- you may not say that Jennie's lucky with me because she's not lucky- she's the luckiest woman breathing in this room." She lessens the distance between the two of them. "So keep your eyes on us throughout the entire night because I'm about to show my bachelorette gift to you." She whispers on Irene's ears. "I'm going to show you what it really feels like to be Jennie Kim's girlfriend, something that you will never ever feel. I'm going to show you how amazing woman she is only if you allowed her to explore. This hickey was just a teaser; you should've seen me making the bed rock as she licks me clean."

Jisoo looks at Irene who was unable to move from the spot and couldn't help but feel the accomplished arrogant smirk imprinted on her face. She was about to walk away but then she remembered something that would complete the slap towards Irene. "Oh, before leaving let me give you some sex advice since you probably think that Seulgi likes doing it on Missionary..." "

"Seulgi likes to be taken from behind. Even if you only use two fingers, that should do the trick. If not, then pulling her hair might do the trick. She's also a screamer by the way so if she doesn't scream- then it means she's not fully satisfied." She smirks. "Now you know how much you suck at the bed."

As soon as she leaves the bathroom, Jisoo's mood turns sour and she was nearing her breaking point. She couldn't help but be angry at how superior Irene feels like thinking that having Seulgi was a total upgrade from Jennie. She was mad because that woman bad-mouthed Jennie earlier and talked shit about her too. Jisoo couldn't understand, but she felt like there were tons of words that she would've wanted to say to Irene, she wanted to tell that Jennie is an amazing person, one of a kind and it was a complete loss to her for giving up someone like Jennie. She wanted to physically hurt Irene and just give her a good jab to sum all the frustration she feels but that just wouldn't do her good nor would change the situation on their lives.

So instead she looks for Jennie in the crowd where she sees the latter being entertained by Yeri and Saeron. She breathes in a few more times before changing her composure and starts to make her way towards them.

"There you are!" Yeri says and smiles at Jisoo. "We kept your girlfriend company for a while. Sorry, we had to move here, I just can't leave her there with tons of predators waiting for her."

"Thanks, Yeri." She smiles softly at her friend.

"Since you're already well taken care of, Saeron and I will enjoy the night somewhere else." She gives Jisoo a wink as Saeron turns to a blushing mess. "I'll see you on Monday boss."

"Alright, you two take care and Saeron, please sore the fuck out of Yeri, I don't want to see her on Monday." The woman gives her an okay sign before leaving. Jisoo turns to Jennie, who was looking at her with furrowed eyebrows. "What's with the connected eyebrows? Are you trying to be Anthony Davis or something?" She chuckles.

"There's something you're not telling me."

"What?"

"Your eyes." Jennie simple answers. "You have angry eyes."

Jisoo was surprised at how well Jennie was good at reading her. "Of course I'm angry, there's a lot of women think that they have a chance with you." She lies. "It's starting to make me feel that I didn't dress up well for the party."

"We both know that other people's opinions are the last on your list. You're a free bird." She argues. "What happened inside the bathroom?"

Not wanting to answer the question nor to resurface her anger, Jisoo tries her best to divert the topic. "Jen, I'm going to ask you a favor tonight okay? Let's not talk about this or better yet just distract me."

"Distract you? Why would-" From afar, she sees Irene coming out of the same bathroom Jisoo went in earlier. She furrows her eyebrows once more and then looks back at Jisoo who was completely bothered. "Jisoo, let me ask you again-"

Jennie was startled when Jisoo interlocks their hands together. "Jennie please."

She looks at Jisoo and then looks back at Irene who was now looking at them. Suddenly, there was this sense of over-protectiveness that took over Jennie and all she wanted to do right there was to submit to Jisoo's request. Jennie thinks of ways on how to distract the latter and she scurries through the back of her brain until she figures out one thing. Shooting Irene a glare, the last look she would probably spare the latter for the rest of the night, she uses her free hand to lift up Jisoo's chin so that they would meet eye to eye.

"Then I'm going to ask you one thing." Jennie asks. "I'm going to ask you, what you always asked of me."

"What is that?"

"Focus on me Jisoo." She replies. "I want you to focus only on me... think you can do that for you girlfriend?"

Jisoo looks at Jennie and immediately found comfort in her eyes. "If you want me to focus only on you then that's what I'm gonna do." She says. "I'm going to focus only on you Jen."

"Good; Because I am going to take care of you."

"What are you-" Jisoo was caught off guard when Jennie pushes her over to the free couch all of a sudden in the midst of the partying crowd. "Jennie what the hell!?" She doesn't get an answer right away and watches as Jennie climbs on top of her, surprising both Jisoo and the crowd. "W-w-wh-what are you doing?"

"Me?" Jennie smirks and trails her index finger on Jisoo's face. "I'm gonna give you a lap dance."
