[Chris's POV]

I woke up to a blood curdling scream.

I immediatly realzied it was a girl's scream, and it was coming from Lily's bunk.

I jumped out of my bunk and opened Lily's bunk to find her screaming and crying in her sleep.

"STOP!!! GET AWAY FROM ME!!!" she screamed.

"Lily!! Lily, wake up!!" I shouted as I grabbed her and shook her awake.

Her eyes shot open as she looked up me.

Everyone had woken up from her screaming.

Immediatly she lunged forward and clung to me as she cried into my shoulder.

"Lily, what happened?!" I asked as I pulled her out of her bunk and carried her to the lounge, Allie getting her some water as I sat on the couch with her on my lap.

She cried as she tried to catch her breath.

"I-It was horrible!" she sobbed.

I held her tightly as she cried,, Allie giving her some water, which Lily sipped before handing back the cup and crying a bit more. I soothed her until she finally calmed down.

"Better?" I asked as she sipped some more water.

She sniffled and nodded.

Everyone surrounded us, Balz on the ground, holding her hand.

"You had a bad dream, right?" I asked. "What was it about??"

She let out a final sob she was holding in before speaking.

"7 years a-after Ashley took me from you, when I was 11, one of her boyfriends c-came home drunk.... H-He saw me in the living room a-and he cornered me..." she cried.

I started to get angry, and LIly felt it and hugged me.

"Please tell me he didn't..." I said, trying to control my anger.

She shook her head. "I screamed loud enough for one of my foster siblings to save me," she whispered. "B-But he beat me, a-and he scared me so badly!!!" she cried.

I wrapped my arms tightly around my crying daughter as she sobbed.

Everyone looked both angry or sad.

"Sshh, its okay, baby girl. Nobody's gonna hurt you," I said, rocking her a bit.

She soon calmed down before she spoke. I then heard smashing in the back.

We looked up to see Allie with a worried look.

"Ryan lost it," she said.

I gave a yikes look before picking Lily up in my arms to tuck into my bunk.

"Daddy," she said worriedly.

I then pulled something I keep with me for good luck- her Cheshire.

Her eyes widen and she grabbed it before holding it close.

As soon as she did, I immediatly saw 4 year old Lily, with no voice, waking up from a bad dream, and looking for her Cheshire for comfort after I soothed her.

"You still have Cheshire?" she asked in a tiny voice.

I smiled and nodded. "I needed something to be close to you, to keep me going" I asid. "And Cheshire kept me going."

She smiled at me before I leaned in and kissed her forehead. "Good night."

"Good night," she said," and pulled the covers over her.

I closed the bunk and soon went to the bunk to see Allie wrapping Ryan's bloody knuckles up.

"I can see you need to release anger," I said, feeling my anger coming back.

He nodded.

"Yeah... my turn," i muttered, before my fist came flying and broke through the wall, which was a strong enough impact to get to the metal of the bus.

"Chris!!" Ryan Ashley exclaimed.

Ricky pulled my arm out and I saw my arm was bloodied and my knuckles weren't looking too good.

"Great, now we got to make a hospital stop," Korel said.

I sighed as I groaned in pain, Jessica holding a towel over my hand, sitting on the couch.

[Lily's POV]

I was afraid to fall asleep, so I kiked Ian for a bit.

Lily: Are you awake?

Ian: Yeah, just watching a movie late.

Lily: I'm sorry if I'm bothering, but I just needed someone to talk to.

Ian: It's cool. What's wrong?

Lily: Promise you won't laugh?

Ian: Why?

Lily: I had a bad dream.

Ian: Why would I laugh at that??

Ian: Are you okay?

Lily: My dad was here, thankfully, but it was pretty bad. Now I'm afraid to fall asleep.

Ian: Hmmm...

Ian: I have an idea. Can you do FaceTime?

Lily: Sure.

I then felt my phone vibrate saw him calling me, so I answered and saw his face. He held a guitar.

"Oh man, you was it that bad, you still have tears," he said worriedly. "What was the dream about?"

"I rather not talk about it right now," I muttered in a whisper.

"Well, if you're having problems sleeping, allow me, miss," he said, and tuned the guitar. "Hope you like Pierce the Veil."

I nodded then realized something.

"Wait.... Are you going to sing to me?" I asked with scrunched eyebrows.

He smirked a bit before playing a familiar song.

I smiled at him, feeling relaxed as he sanged.

"Well?" he asked.

"Thank you," I said sleepily, smiling.

He blew a kiss to the camera. "Sweet dreams, beautiful," he said.

I yawned. "Good night," I murmured as he hung up and I then dozed off to sleep.

[Allie's POV]

Me, Ryan Ashley, Kylie, and Jessica were quietly overhearing as a guy was singing Hold on Til May.

We aww'ed quietly.

"He's such a sweetheart!" Ryan Ashley whispered.

"Aww," Kylie whispered as she peeked into the bunk. "She's fast asleep, and smiling."

"I think I'm going to cry," Jessica said.

[Balz's POV]

I smileda s I overheard the girls talking.

"Aww, that's just cute," I said.

"What is?" Chris said, wrapping the towel around his fucked up hand.

"Well, according to the women crew, Lily had called Ian for someone to talk to, sicne she couldn't sleep, and he sung her to sleep, and the girls are going all girly wild," I said.

Chris groaned as we all laughed.

"Oh, come on, its actually a kind gesture. Its not like he's using Purdy pick-up lines or is going at it like Worsnop," Ryan said.

"I just don't want my little girl to be heartbroken by some jerk.

"He just acoustically sang Hold On Til May for her to sleep through FaceTime," Ricky said. "If that saids 'jerk' then the kid's a super douchefuck."

"Ugh, but what if I haveto give her the talk?!" he whined.

"I'm most positive living with Ashley had her learn a lot," Ryan said.

"She didn't even know a Nazi worshiper was her German language tutor," Chris said.

"Okay, a few bumps in the road," I said. "But Lily is still smart. Just give the kid a chance to get to know the kid and stop getting fits. You're still a dad and you could get heart problems. Or stress lines. Or other stuff that isn't good."

He sighed, leaning his head back.

"Fathering a teenager is hard work already," he whined, and we laughed.

"And she's not even giving you a hard time," Ryan said.

"She's meeting a guy!!" he protested.

"And its called 'being a teen.' We've all met people at her age, just relax, dude," Ghost laughed.

As ridiculous as it seem, its actually funny seeing Chris being an overprotective and worrying dad.

It was only a little bit to the hospital to get Ryan and Chris's fists looked at.
