-Weeks Later-

[Chris's POV]

"And cut! Perfect! Let's take a break!" the director called out.

I laugh as I remove my arms from around Ashley, the fake needle in my hand.

"Good job," she said.

"You're not so bad yourself," I said.

"Thanks. I'm gonna get some water," she said.

I nodded as I spotted Lily texting and laughing down at her phone.

Probably texting Ian.

I keep being worried, but I still trust her.

I'm just not ready to watch her grow up. Its going to kill me when she's on her way to college, and then getting married and with kids.

Geez, I'm not ready to be a grandparent.

... What the hell am I thinking?

"Hey, Daddy," I hear and look, seeing Lily tried on a mask she found.

"Nice," I smiled. "I swear, if you were older, I would have had you in a nice dress with that mask, spewing blood from your mouth like Franccesca," I said.

She giggled and stuck her tongue out.

I then decided to snap a picture.

"Alright, we'll be making two more scenes for the day and we can go get fat at Checker's. Deal?" I asked.

She gasped in fake horror. "But then it will go to..... My thighs," she whispered.

We just burst out laughing. "Got it," she said.

I smiled as I then looked over at Ashley as they worked on her hair and make up.

"Hey, do it," Lily said.

"Huh?" I asked. "Do what?"

"Twerk on the pope as Slipknot plays in the background, doofus," She said sarcastically. "Ask her out!"

"What, me?" I asked.

"You obviously like her, Dad. And she looks like she likes you. Go on and ask her out," she encouraged.

I look back nervously. "I-I don't know," I said.

"Look, you're a good guy, and she won't regret going out with you. Now, go," she sais., giving me an encouraging shove.

Little did I know, I had bumped into Ash herself.

"Oh! Haha, hey," she laughed as we steadied ourselves.

"Hey, sorry, uuhh didn't see you," I said.

"Its cool," she sais.

"Umm, hey, uhhh, I wanted to ask you something," I said.

"What's up?" She asked.

"Well, umm... I was wondering if you were busy this weekend?" I asked.

Her eyes widen. "Well, actually, not really. I was just going to spend the night watching movies with Barnabus and Gremlin," she said.

"Uh, great! What's say you and I go have some dinner or watch a movie?" I asked, rubbing the back of my neck.

"Are you, asking me out?" She asked.

"Well, yeah," I said, smiling.

She looked like she was thinking, then smiled, leaned up, and kissed my cheek.

"I would love to," she said.

"Really? Great! So, I'll text you?" I asked.

"Yeah," she smiled.

[Lily's POV]

I smiled as I watched Dad with Ash as they smiled and they walked off, linking elbows.

I looked over at Uncle Ricky, hand held out and a cheeky grin on my face.

"UUUGGGHH!!" he groaned and slammed a $50 bill in my hand as I laughed.

Nonetheless, I'm really happy for my dad. He deserves a good woman in his life, and him and Ash are perfect.

So, I'm aware about Chris's girlfriend being this girl, Sabrina, and I just want to say if Chris doesn't ask for her hand in marriage, mark my words, I will!!

Sabrina is just amazing, nice, a Potterhead like me, and I just love her, and not to mention she has great pics of Chris and her together, and sometimes Chris looks like the biggest white girl who walked the planet. XD

I still ship Ash Costello & Chris Motionless, though, but I love Sabrina too. :)

Anywhore, sorry for taking forever to update. I will be updating a lot of this so I can get started on the upcoming book #3.
