Ethan was always an excitable child. He was interested in just about anything, always going around examining everything no matter what. He just had to learn about everything. Most days Ray was proud of his little boy, but sometimes Ethan got into more trouble than he could handle. Like the time he got a hold of Ray's Atom suit.

It had been a tiring Tuesday afternoon, (because of course it just had to be Tuesday didn't it?) and the Snarts were preparing to leave after their twins' playdate with Ethan.

Little Laurel and Kaleb were by the door, putting their coats on, as Sara and Leonard held the jackets out for them. Ethan was in the other room, as Mick and Ray bid the Snarts goodbye.

Just as the Snarts were opening the door to leave, two year old Ethan came into the room, holding what looked like a small action figure in his tiny fist. It only took a second for Ray to recognize the action figure wasn't a toy but actually the suit he used on missions with the Legends. He'd shrunken it earlier for easy storage, but apparently he'd forgotten to place it somewhere out of the toddler's reach.

Ray gasped. "Is that -- oh no..."

Mick let out a short laugh, looking amusedly at their son clutching on to the Atom suit like he owned it. "I knew he was a thief."

Sara snorted, as she looked back at the two year old boy. Leonard watched the scene unfold, smirking with amusement in his eyes. Ray bent down in front of the toddler. "Uh, Ethan. I need to take this back now, okay? It's really tiny so it's probably a huge choking hazard." He reached out for the Atom suit, but the toddler pulled it away instantly. "No! Mine!"

Ray stared at him, completely flabbergasted. He had not been prepared for this at all. "But...it's actually --"

"Mine!" Ethan said again. He turned and trotted away, taking the Atom suit with him.

Ray stood up, not sure how to take that. Mick was chuckling, like the scene was the most hilarious thing he'd ever seen. 

"Well..." Sara said, looking at the Rory-Palmers.

"Good luck with that," Leonard finished his wife's sentence. With that, the Snarts were gone.

It took an hour and a half to get the suit back from the little boy. He refused to part with it, no matter how many times Ray asked for it back. Ethan didn't seem to understand that the suit wasn't a toy. The issue was starting to seriously stress Ray out. He was worried Ethan might accidentally set off one of the ion blasters and hurt himself or choke on it or...something.

Mick and Ray chased the toddler around the house, trying desperately to get the suit back from him. They only managed to do so when the boy got distracted by a ball Mick tossed in his general direction. Ethan dropped the Atom suit and chased after the ball, as it rolled down the hall. Ray quickly grabbed the Atom suit and placed it in his pocket before Ethan could steal it again.

I was gonna do this thing forever ago, but I was just too lazy to, you know, actually write something. But... Finally got it done!
