[Chris's POV]

We all chatted for a bit before Angelo got up, his eyes wide in horror.

"What the fuck?!" he shouted, and we all look, seeing Ghost was clutching to Lily in his arms, backing up as a familiar head of blonde hair walked towards him and Lily.

Oh fucking hell no.

"Come on," i said and we all got up, approaching the swing set.

"Get out of here!! You have no right seeing her, and you know it!!" Ghost snapped.

"But she's still my daughter," Ashley sneered.

"HEY!!!" I shouted and the three of them looked at me.

"Chris," Ashley smirked.

"Why are you here, Ashley??" I sneered.

"I'm here for my daughter," she said, crossing her arms.

"You mean the daughter you used to beat for being mute?!" I snapped. 

"I wanted a smart daughter, and I now think I can provide her with the proper aid she needs for her muteness," she said.

"Bullshit. You know it'll last her a long time. And you're not taking her. You signed the contract saying you'll never get close to her," i said, then motioned to Ghost to get over to where we are.

He ran over, handing Lily to me, and she coiled her arms around my neck and buried her face into my shoulder.

"You can even see she's terrified of you," Allie snapped at Ashley.

"Just give me my daughter!" she spat.

"Over my dead body," i sneered. "Now leave."

She grunted.

"You know I won't stop, Chris. She's my daughter, too. And not even a contract will stop me from seeing her, too. You'll see," she snapped.

"Then you should have treated her like a daughter, not some animal," I snapped.

"Hmph. Just watch your back, Chris," Ashley sneered, then walked off.

[Kylie's POV]

I watched as Lily looked back at her mother in fear.

"Chris, how about Lily stay with me and Ghost for tonight? I could tell you need to blow some steam off," I suggested.

He let out a sigh and looked at the still terrified Lily. "Yeah. I need to make a call to my lawyer anyway, I need someone to watch her," he said, kissing her forehead before giving her to me.

"Be good for Ghost and Kylie, okay?? I'm going to fix this," he said to Lily, who nodded, then leaned up, kissing Chris's nose.

We then all started leaving back to the band house, I helped pack some of Lily's things while Chris called his lawyer, then me and Ghost left back to our apartment.

I look at Ghost to see he looked a bit upset.

"You alright??" i asked.

"Why would she want her back??" he asked.

"I dont know. But we can't let her," i said. We don't know much but we do know she's bad news," I said.

"You know, I knew nothing until Lily clung to me, all scared and stuff, and I realized what was happening I was about to grab Lily and run," he said.

"Well, Lily's safe now," i assured him. "We'll do whatever it takes."
