[Ricky's POV]

While Chris got Lily's lunch ready, Jessica and I got her ready. 

Today was her first day in preschool.

Jessica got her bathed and I picked out her clothes: A purple Batman tshirt with black and purple leggings, a black tutu skirt, and sparkly dark purple high tops.I shit you not, nothing is bright colors for this kid. Which is fucking cool and in my opinion is good parenting.

Jessica brushed Lily's hair and then we went downstairs where she sat to eat her mini pancakes.

"Hey, you ready??" Chris asked.

She nodded enthusiastically.

Chris seems nervous but pretty determined. He told us that Lily might get a sign language tutor so communication can be easy, and the tutor can teach us to understand it.

I understand what she tries to tell me now, but knowing sign language seems cool, too.

Soon Lily was done and went to brush her teeth as we got some coats on.

She then came back downstairs where Jessica pulled on a black cardigan on Lily, Chris holding her purple Hello Kitty bag, and we were off.

[Chris's POV]

Lily wouldn't let go of my hand as we walked in.

"Baby, I promise I will be here soon, okay??" i told her.

"Hello, welcome to-OH!" the woman -teacher, I presume- said in a British voice,as she saw me, Ricky, and Jessica walk up.

"Umm, can I help you??" she said, a bit surprised.

Well, better than the glare other parents were giving us.

"Hey, yeah, Lily Cerulli," Chris said, and the teacher looked through the list.

"Ah, yes, she's in my class. I'm Miss Helena. I must say, you are different from most parents," she said.

"I'm the parent. These are her uncle and aunt. And yeah, we get that a lot," Chris said.

"A pleasure to meet you Mr. Cerulli. Now, are you her pick up??" she asked, writing something down on the clipboard.

"Yeah. Or my band mates. Everything's in her emergency contact card," Chris said.

"Excellent. Now, coem with me, dear," Miss Helena said to a shy Lily.

Lily meekly walked up, but then hugged me.

"First day," i laughed as i knelt down.

"Its the same, don't worry," Miss Helena said with a small smile.

"Look, Lily, it'll be okay. Whatever happens, I will come and get you, alright??" I said.

She gulped and nodded before hugging me.

I hugged her back and then she hugs Ricky and Jessica.

"Good luck, kiddo," Ricky said as Lily took Miss Helena's hand and they entered the classroom.

After all teh kids were in classes, we left.

I just hope Lily will be okay.
