**Weeks Later**

[Chris's POV]

"Alright, give me... A-G," I said, holding the chart to guide me.

I watched as Lily moves her hand, signing the letters she learned through sign language. She's really gifted and smart at this.

Sadly, Lily doesn't have friends. Nobody wants to be friends with the mute kid, which is sad, but she still copes. And a lot of parents won't let their kids near her because her "family is a bunch of freaks."

Fucking assholes should mind their own fucking business and fuck off. Honestly.

"Nice! You're getting good at this. Better than I am," i said, making a weird move with my hand that was like a puppet.

She giggled as I did, then there was a knock at the door.

"I'll get it. Practice a bit, alright," I said, handing her the chart and getting up to the door.

I saw it was my parents.

"Mom? Dad? Hey, what's up??" i said as I greeted them.

"Hey, honey. Just stopping by to visit you and Lily," my mom said as they walked in.

"Ahh, tere she is! Come to Grandpa!!" My dad said as Lily ran up into his arms. "Ohh, she's getting big!!"

"Lily giggled as she hugged my dad.

I can remember telling my parents about Ashley being pregnant.

They weren't so happy about it. Though I can't blame them. I was, like, 19 years old and about to be a parents. Its not something to be so proud of.

In fact, I was basically already starting the band with Angelo, Frank, and our friend, Kyle. 

But then they met Lily and relaxed a bit. They were furious when they heard what Ashley was doing, but proud I took responsibility for my kid.

My dad was playing in the living room with Lily while I cooked with my mom, who then decided I should call the band for a big Sunday dinner.

My mom considers my band as a family.

My dad then walked in with no Lily.

"Hey, where's Lily??" I asked.

"The girls took her upstairs with Ghost," my dad said as Ryan handed him a beer.

"Ooh, shit," i said.

"Language, Christopher," my mother scowlded.

"Yea, language, Christopher," Ricky mocked as the guys laughed.

I smacked him upside the head as the guys contiued laughing.

Soon we ate our dinner. I swear, that's what's cool about all fo us: We're a family.

Lily sat on my lap as she ate her chicken dinner.

"So, what were you and the girls planning upstairs??" I asked her.

'Hey!!" Ghost exclaimed, making everyone burst out laughing.

"Fine, you, the girls, and Uncle Devin," i asked.

Lily stuck her singer over her lips and shook her head.

"Huh, fine,. I won't tell you my secret anyway," i pouted, makign ehr giggle.

"What, you have bunny slippers??" Angelo smirked.

We all burst into laughter as I pushed his face tot eh side.

It wasn't until after dinner that Ghost, Lily, and the girls went back upstairs.

"What are they planning??" i asked, as we all were watching football.

It was then Allie came downstairs.

"Presenting, Princess Lily White!" Allie said, and Lily came downstairs, wearing the Snow White costume Frank got her, and her make up done nicely.

We all cooed and cheered  as she walked around showing off.

"What a beautiful princess," I said as she ran up to my arms.

We took some pics of her posing and smiling.

"HEY! We should take her to DisneyLand this week!!" Kylie suggested.

"Chris, that's a good idea!! There's no stuio work on Friday, so let's go that day," Ricky said.

I look at Lily. She nodded enthusiastically and I laugh.

"Alright, let's do it!" I said, and the band cheered on.

It wasn't long until everyone went home and I tucked Lily into bed to go to school tomorrow, and then I crashed in bed.
