**A Year Later**

"Happy birthday to you!" we all sang as Lily blew the birthday candles on her cake and we cheered.

My baby girl turns 3 years old today. 

Right now, we were on tour and I wanted to bring her along, her birthday falling a few weeks after tour started.

Since Frank left, its now me, Ryan, Balz, Angelo, Balz, TJ, and our new guy, Ricky.

Lily gets along well with Ricky, I can tell.

Lily didn't get much for her birthday considering we were on tour and busy with shows and interviews and other shit, but she still seemed really happy no matter what.

I'm just glad I still got her birthday present, though. 

She only had four presents: mine, Angelo's, Balz's, and TJ's.

TJ got her a Invader Zim toy.

Balz got her a raccoon plushie.

Angelo got her some custom shirts.

and i got her a paint set and sketch pad, since she loves painting.

She was really happy with her presents and shrugged it off when everyone else said "Sorry we couldn't get you anything."

Soon Lily immediately got to trying her new paint set, Allie and Kelly, Angelo's girlfriend, watched her, me and the guys having an interview with BryanStars outside the bus.

After a story of us being stopped by border patrol and a bat moth attacking Angelo, Bryan asked the question I knew he would get to.

"So, Chris, you're a father, right?" he asked.

I nodded and smile. I'm actually not ashamed to say Lily Onyx Cerulli is my daughter.

"Yes, actually, I am," I said.

"Pretty young, actually, what's it like?" he asked.

"Well, its scary being 19 and starting out a band knowing you are going to be a dad. Her mother, let's just say, not really a nice person," I said.

"She's a crazy bitch, that's all we can say," TJ added, everyone nodding.

"Yeah. But, Lily's happy, she's smart, beautiful, the guys love her, I love her more than anything, I make sure she's okay and, woah," I said, looking down and seeing she was clutching to my belt loop.

"Hehe, hey you," I said, reaching down and picking her up. Allie and Kelly ran behind.

"Speaking of which, here she is, the birthday girl," TJ said.

"Ran off when we had our backs turned," Kelly panted out of breath.

"Aww, look at her. Hey, happy birthday," Bryan said as Lily waved at him, looking a but shy at first. "My name's Bryan, how are you, Lily?"

Lily held a thumbs up, Bryan laughing and scrunching his eyebrows.

"She can't talk. She's mute, sadly, but its least likely permanent," Ryan added.

"Aw, that sucks," Bryan said.

"But she's healthy and happy, and i couldn't be more thankful," i said, kissing her cheek as she hugged my neck. "And to add to your question about how it feels to be a dad, Bryan, I'm gonna be full honest. Its really life changing, makes you see the world differently, in a way. I don't want to screw it up. I sing for both my fans as well as my little girl right here," i said.

"As you can tell, Chris Motionless is part marshmallow, ladies and gents," TJ smirked, making us all laugh.

"Haha, very funny," i laughed.

Lily stuck around for the rest of the interview. She was a bit camera shy so she hid behind Ricky most of the time, or me or Angelo.

Soon Bryan and his crew left and we went back to the bus to leave for the venue for the show.
