Adrien's POV

Eventually, Marinette had calmed down and had fallen asleep. I slowly started to stand up and  wrapped her arms around my neck. I started to carry her bridal style towards our hotel room. I managed to open the door and slowly laid her on the bed. I texted in our group chat saying that I've found Marinette and that she's ok. After a few seconds, Mari woke up groaning in pain. I quickly rushed towards her and sat beside her.

"Princess, are you ok?" I asked worriedly.

"Yeah just a headache, I'm fine." She answered.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, no need to worry." She smiled.

"Of course I have to worry. You're my Princess and I need to make sure you're always safe and happy." I replied. Her cheeks turned a bright pink. 

"Really?" She asked.

"I wouldn't lie about protecting the people I love." I responded. I felt my cheeks heat up as I realized what I've said. Did I just say that out loud? I could feel my heart beating out of my chest. Great job Agreste you've already dropped the L word before the first date.

"Y-You l-love me?" She stuttered.

"Yes." I answered softly while looking down. She grabbed my cheeks and crashed her lips onto mine. Her soft pink lips pressed perfectly against mine. The sweet taste of her strawberry lip balm. Every time we kissed I always feel this special spark and it grew with each kiss. After some seconds we pulled away for air.

"I love you too, Adrien." She responded breathlessly.

Alya's POV

I felt my phone buzz in my pocket.

The Fam Group Chat

Adrien- I found Marinette and she's ok.

Oh thank god she's safe. 

Me- Where are you guys?

Adrien- We're in the hotel room.

Me- K meet you there in a few.

I quickly searched for Nino and found him near the dining room. "Nino, Adrien found Marinette lets go." I said while grabbing his hand rushing towards the elevator. Once the elevator doors opened, I rushed to the hotel room, quickly opening the door. When I got inside the room Mari and Adrien were sitting on the bed talking. I rushed over to her and hugged her tightly. "Thank god, you're safe." I said in relief. I felt her arms wrap around me. "You're not hurt are you." I asked worriedly. 

"I'm ok, thanks to Adrien," She glanced at Adrien, "Just a few bruises, nothing to big." She reassured me.

"I'm glad," I responded while pulling away from the hug, "Whoever did this to you, is going to pay." I growled.

"It was Chloe but, I think someone helped her do the dirty work." Adrien spoke.

"Oh that spoiled little brat, when I get my hands on her..." I stated angrily.

"I think we should report her to Mrs. Bustier first." Nino suggested.

"Yeah agreed." Mari responded.

"Alright so, Nino and I will go report Chloe you guys stay here."

"Ok thanks guys." Mari answered.

"Anything for you girl, come on Nino, lets go." I intertwined my hand in Nino's as we made our way to report Chloe.

Marinette's POV 

 After Alya and Nino left, I turned to face Adrien. "So who do you think is helping Chloe?" I asked.

"Not sure maybe Sabrina?" Adrien responded.

"Maybe hmm...anyway do you think she has anything else planned?" I questioned.

"Not sure, but knowing Chloe she won't stop till she gets what she wants."

"What if she plans to do something worse to me?" I whimpered. He pulled me into his embrace. 

"Don't worry, Princess I won't let anyone hurt you." He kissed the top of my head while brushing his fingers through my hair soothingly. I felt myself drifting into deep slumber in Adrien's comforting embrace.
