Diablis: Another very human like chaos being.

 This time taking the form of a somewhat ragged half-demonic cowboy, with the left side of his face being comprised of fire and seeming like it is made of bone.

His left eye is smoldering and also glowing orange, he speaks in a fairly cowboy-ish fashion, but is known to be ruthless, ironically some may call him a simp as he just knows how to treat others (especially women) with respect.

He never forgets an insult, but tends to ignore most of them, he's also an expert in tracking others as well as traps, and is armed with a pair of massive revolvers, a lever-action marksmen rifle, and often carries massive beartraps.

His per-shot accuracy is arguably greater then even hunting gods such as Artemis from Greek myths, one of his aspects is foresight, which allows him to easily predict other's actions, on top of the usual chaos being abilities.

He wasn't particularly known in our past but was stated to exist a few times as a wondering loner during the wild west era.

He is known to actually be kinda fond of humans, and he enjoys drinking-how he gets drunk despite being a being more powerful than gods is currently unknown.

The few times he's been fully spotted during the time period above, he has been stated to be a devil or possessed human.

Currently his whereabouts are unknown, but it is rumored he wanders the American deserts such as Death Valley as a nomad, helping those who he feels deserves it, and then vanishes to continue on.

He seems to be waiting for something or someone to arrive.
