Over the years, it is believed that parents are the biggest influence on their children during children's formative years. Many people assume that a success of a child is determined by how their parents raise them. From my perspective, parents play a major role in the way that their child develops more than the external factors.

On the one hand, there are external environmental impacts on a child's development, especially the environment of education. Firstly, the fellow can make a great effect on children's behavior. At school, youngster who have the same interest, personalities may be formed in a group, and kids will often copy peers that they like and admire. Secondly, school is the place to exert kids knowledge which can lead to success in the future. By learning academic subjects children can develop their imagination and critical thinking.

On the other hand, the most significant influence on a child is exerted by family. First, parents are role models for morals and ethics. A good illustration of this is children coming from a criminal background often have tendency to end up being criminals. Secondly, parents with high economic conditions or high social status can exert an impact on children's potential ability. Kids from prosperous families have better education opportunities, and socialization skills more than kids from dysfunctional families.
