When I woke up, it was the afternoon. I sat up in bed and stretched. I looked around, but Icess was nowhere to be seen. Typical.

"There is an intruder!" the statue called. "There is an intruder on the premises!"

I sprang up into the air and darted outside. "Who is it!?" I called back. "Did they get past the door!?"

"No, he didn't." The statue flew in my direction. "This one does not look familiar."

"Not familiar?" I questioned. I pushed past the mannequin. "Let me see."

We went over to the door, and I started sensing outside of it. Barians.

"Gather your buddies and make sure the doors don't budge, got it?" I instructed.

The statue saluted and went to Kraven's bedroom and into the secret room to retrieve the other statues. Finally, a good use for them!

Icess came running to the door. "What happened?" she cried as the door is shoved. It doesn't open, though.

"Barians," I said simply. "Help me bar the door."

Icess and I covered the door with reinforced ooze together in order to strengthen the mahogany door. Seriously, old Kraven must have been rich as fuck.

"Will this do?" Icess wondered after we finished.

"Most likely." I studied the door closely. "Let's just keep the door from opening until the statue and his friends come back. They're not made of bronze for nothing. They're incredibly strong."

This seemed to relax Icess a bit, and a whole army of mannequins soon arrive. I take Icess's hand and lead her to the white room.

"It's a maze down there," I said. "If you don't know the layout, you'll get lost."

Icess gripped my hand tighter and ran with me. "Are you sure? I seemed to be able to navigate this place well."

"That's because I made sure you would be able to. I'm pretty sure sure that the Barians won't be able to. There are lots of twists, turns, and trap doors."

"Okay."

We accelerated through the white labyrinth, and I heard Galaxy Eyes Tachyon Dragon roar. I growled and summoned my own beast.

"Keep that dragon busy!" I commanded. My beast nodded and took off. The sounds of monsters screeching filled the entire Manor. I grinned as my beast's victorious roars resonated around the place.

"It's winning!" Icess exclaimed.

"Too bad half that dragon's attack power will be drained." I grinned. "Plus more if my beast is able to."

Suddenly, a huge flash of light blinded me. I covered my eyes, and everything went white.
