Reasons why I, the Doctor's adopted daughter, don't attend school.

1. The excuses

"Why didn't you complete your homework assignment?" "I couldn't look down to work on it! Not with the Weeping Angels there!"

"Why are you late?" "Late? Aw, Dad! Come on! I said eight o'clock! Not two thirty! Really?"

"You can't leave the room without a pass!" "But ma'm! The Cybermen are tearing down the walls to get to me! If I could just..." "Not without a pass!"

2. Social Studies class would be a little complicated

"What was the cause of the Revolution?" "The Slitheen dressed up as RedCoats and killed some of the Founding Father's friends trying to get to me and my dad." "Diamond, maybe you should go to the nurse."

3. Science class....need I say more?

"We are the only living things in all of space!" "Well actually miss...."

"And that's how stars are formed!" "Miss? Why don't we take a field trip! My dad knows a really good place to watch the stars form!"

4. Lockers

"Diamond! What happened to your locker?" "I forgot the combination! So I borrowed my dad's sonic screwdriver. It kinda tore the door off."

"Why are lockers so small!? You know what this school needs? A little bit of Time Lord science! EVERYTHING SHOULD BE BIGGER ON THE INSIDE!!!!!"

5. Car line

"Will the owner of the blue police box please come to the front of the car line?" "Um..."

"WHO IN THE WORLD THOUGHT IT WOULD BE FUNNY TO PUT A BLUE BOX ON TOP OF MY CAR?!?!" "Oh, Dad..."

6. Calls Home

"Hello? The Doctor speaking." "Your daughter has broken the rules. You need to come to the principal's office right this instant to talk to her." "Oh, well I would love to but I happen to be uh, traveling at the moment." "Oh, really? Where?" "Um, Pompii." "....."

"Hey Dad? I left my ID on the TARDIS's control panel. Could you bring it to me?" "Sure thing!" "WHAT THE- WHY IS THERE A BIG BLUE BOX IN THE BATHROOM?!?!?!"

Need I give more reasons why I don't go to school? That and I couldn't imagine the mobs of fangirls and fanguys when the TARDIS shows up in the parking lot....
