Hello there.

After reading some comments regarding some concerns about Season 4 of Miraculous Ladybug, I was skeptical how the creator, Thomas Astruc and the writers are trying to ruin with nonsense crap.

Look what they did to Chloe's redemption in Season 3 and they broke Marinette in Ladybug episode. And now, some rumors that Astruc and the writers are trying to ruin Adrien Agreste/Chat Noir. He's one of my favorite MLB characters, second from Marinette/Ladybug.

So I decide to give this One-Shot and I don't care what fate for MLB in the future. This sets during Ladybug episode. Please enjoy.

Today is another typical day in Francois Duphont School in Paris, France. While the students of Miss Bustier were waiting for an Exams, one student look skeptical about this.

Oh! It's not that liar but a new kid in the class. His name was Rodri Falco, an exchange student in the Philippines. He was born a Fil-Am with humble beginnings with a good, middle class family(his father was an American while his mother was a Filipina). He had his mother's natural black hair & a mixed light tan brown skin and had his father 5'9-10 and half  height, semi muscular built and Sapphire blue eyes.

He was schooled in the Philippines and his smartness & inner experience in both books and socializing towards others exceeds some expectations. Because of that, an exchange offer to study in France which he accepted.

When he arrived in Paris and schooled in Francois Duphont School, he learned some new things. A superhero duo known as Ladybug and Chat Noir, a masked villain called Hawkmoth using Akumas to turn negative emotional people into villains and others. Rodri even met the superhero duo by himself and had a selfie photo of him and the two on his smartphone served as home wallpaper.

As for other things, he made friends with Miss Bustier including Marinette and Adrien. He is only person knows Marinette has crush on Adrien but due of their oblivious dense attitude, he can be facepalm when he heard Adrien saying: "Marinette just a Friend." But still, he supports them(and the ship).

Everything was great....until Lila Rossi came.

From the start, Rodri felt like he did NOT trust her. He heard Lila's claims like she saved rockstar Jagged Stone's cat from an airplane, met Prince Ali during a charity tour for saving Earth, had a song dedicated to her and had tinnitus that she can't hear after she saved a cat. However while the class(except an upset Marinette, a confused Adrien and an annoyed Chloe) believed her, Rodri knew that it wasn't true. He search about her claims in one app: Google.

And surprised, Jagged Stone DOESN'T have a cat due of his allergy of animal fur and had a pet crocodile named Fang, Prince Ali only had charity tour to help children not environmental and had several security guards since he is a royal prince and people suffered like Jagged Stone a tinnitus due of an excessive loud sound. However, since when did Lila went to the air field and saved Jagged Stone's cat while it was guarded by security? Also, there is no song dedicated to her.

Rodri sigh. He saw Marinette convinced the class that Lila's claims were false but none(except himself, Adrien & Chloe) of them believe her. What's more surprise that he is the only person had Google while the rest did not have one.

He even watched Alya interviewed Lila as the latter claims she & Ladybug were best friends which he knew that Lila HATED Ladybug in the first place after she kept the book that owned by Adrien's father, the famous fashion designer Gabriel Agreste from the young Agreste. He disgustedly frowned. If Lila expose Ladybug's identity, Hawkmoth would know this and target her or worse---akumatize her.

Speaking of akumatize, Rodri witnessed Lila grab the black Akuma and able to talk Hawkmoth which Rodri secretly video recorded this moment while hiding in shadowy places as Lila akumatize into Chameleon.

After that incident, the class is never been the same because of Lila. Rodri grits his teeth in anger. He thought Chloe is a bad person but turns out, Lila is far worse. At least, Chloe has still morals and discovered that she try to copy her mother Audrey Bourgeois, who is an arrogant, strict person and a fashion model like Gabriel. Sometimes, she never cared her daughter which Rodri felt pitied to Chloe.

But to Lila, he never felt so sick about this girl. Her mother was an Italian ambassador and a diplomat. Her overwork may have affected Lila that she became a liar in the first place. But it was too late. According to Marinette, she told him that Lila threaten her in the bathroom before the Chameleon incident as she said she will take her friends and Adrien will be hers. Her lying and bullying has gone too far.

Rodri sigh as today will be normal, typical day in Francois Duphont School. But he was wrong.

A chain of events is followed when someone turn on an emergency switch that the class were evacuated during an Exam. After that, Lila told Miss Bustier that Marinette stole the answer sheets as she showed the papers inside Marinette's bag. Rodri looked shock in disbelief.

Rodri's Thought: Marinette never do that, including cheating during Exams.

As he saw Marinette and Lila went to Principal Damocles' office, a loud shout was heard and they saw Lila on the ground, screaming. She accused Marinette pushing her on the stairs. While this is happening, Rodri notices Lila still standing a normal position. A person should go to the clinic to check if the bone is broken or sprain. But why Lila never went to the clinic to check her leg is broken or not?

Then, the next thing will shock him. Lila yet again accused Marinette by stealing her grandmother's necklace and she showed them, Marinette's parents & Mr. Damocles to Marinette's locker where the fox necklace was. Marinette tried to explained and protest her innocence but Mr. Damocles declared her to be expelled.

This shocked everyone but Rodri was the most shocked expression. Marinette was a good person and she never do some bad things like stealing. He notice Lila's evil smirk and he realized what's happening. He remembered that Marinette almost akumatized by Hawkmoth after Lila threatened her in the bathroom before the Chameleon incident. Marinette managed to control her emotions which led to the Akuma pass to Lila, which the latter accepted it.

Rodri found out the conclusion. Lila is planning to expell Marinette with these current events. Marinette will suffer her emotions that Hawkmoth is targeting and turn her into Akuma. Which means that Lila is secretly working with that villain. Horrified about this revelation, Rodri finally knows why Lila is trying to ruin Marinette so she can take her friends against her and Adrien will be hers through lies, manipulation & deception.

Now, Rodri decide to stand up not just Marinette but Adrien & others who were now victims of this liar.

Rodri: Bullsh*t!

Everyone gasped in shock when Rodri cursed a word.

Miss Bustier: Language, Mr. Falco!
Rodri: *To Mr. Damocles* You can't expell Marinette like that, Mr. Damocles. If Marinette did this, should you check your CCTV cameras?
Mr. Damocles: Wait! What cameras?

Rodri facepalm. What kind of an old man never knew that the school had  some CCTV cameras to check of something day and night?

Rodri: I mean you check the CCTV cameras to prove whether or not Marinette did these things. Come on! Use your common sense. You expell her without checking the cameras first. You had computer connected to the cameras right?
Mr. Damocles: *look shock & realize* Oh! I forgot that! I should check the cameras. I'll be back for a moment.

Mr. Damocles leaves and went back to his room while everyone was confused.

Nino: What was that, dude?
Alya: Yeah. This school already had a cameras right?
Rodri: True. Mr. Damocles sometimes never check the cameras in the first place. I wonder if he saw a different person in the camera did these. *glares to Lila*
Lila: What are you looking at me like that?
Rodri: Don't act innocent, liar. I know your secret.

This led some of the class defended Lila.

Alya: What are you talking about, Rodri?!
Nino: Dude, you can't talk to her like that!
Rose: Lila is not liar!
Kim: Yeah!
Max: True.

Chloe scoffed while Adrien looked confuse.

Rodri: *laughs* Oh really? You believe her stories? Give me a break! You know that Jagged Stone never had a cat because he had an allergy to animal fur when he was a child and had Fang the Crocodile already.
Lila: That was before Jagged Stone found out he had an allergy!

Marinette and her parents rolled their eyes because they believed Rodri was speaking the truth.

Rodri: And how come you rescued a cat in air field which it was too dangerous a normal civilian to walk throughout a heavily guarded security place like that?

Some of the class looked shock & disbelief.

Lila: I did that because no one trying to save that cat which I had a tinnitus.
Rodri: *rolled his eyes* I know about tinnitus. Some people suffered that due of excessive loud sound that nearly damage the ears. Jagged Stone nearly suffered the same due of his years of Rock 'N Roll career. Also, the time you met Prince Ali during charity tour for environment did not happen. I checked the photos and newspapers and what I've found is just him during a charity tour for children in Achu with his bodyguards. There is no single photo of you.
Lila: I was late on that time Prince Ali began his charity tour.

Rodri groans. This girl is crazy.

Rodri: I checked the music about the song called "Lila" and the result, nothing.
Lila: How dare you!!
Rodri: How dare I? Do you know how did I found out? Simple. Use Google.

The class blink in confusion.

Rodri: Oh come on! You guys knew about Google. You can search about everything. Back to the topic, you claimed that you were best friends with Ladybug, right?
Lila: Yes.
Rodri: What if you found out Ladybug's identity?

Everyone gasped in shock. Marinette is looked shock too and little shaking but someone touch her hand that calm her down. She looked around and saw Adrien smiling and was the one touch her hand. She blushed nervously and tried not to look at him.

Lila: What???
Rodri: That's the problem right there. If you found out Ladybug's identity and expose to everyone, Hawkmoth will attack her or worse, akumatize her.

This led some of the class look shock & disbelief while Alya looked down in shame. Then, the class(except Marinette, Adrien & Chloe) pulls out their phones and search about.

Nino: Jagged Stone doesn't have a cat?
Alya: He never had a cat in real life!
Kim: The only thing I saw is Jagged Stone and Chat Noir memes!
Alix: Duh! He had a pet crocodile already!
Max: Based on my calculations, it is impossible to cross the air field due of heavily guarded security. As for tinnitus, well it's true.
Rose: Prince Ali is in charity tour but there's no Lila.
Juleka: I thought she was late.
Chloe: Tsk! You guys in one second believe her after she told some stupid tales! This is ridiculous! Utterly ridiculous!
Rodri: For once, I agree with you.
Lila: Grrr!! How dare you!!

Then, Marinette take a stand towards the liar.

Marinette: I knew everything about you! You tried to threatened me in the bathroom and told me that you will take my friends away and Adrien will be yours! Now I know why you did all of this to expell me!
Everyone(except Rodri): What?!
Adrien: *cold tone* She did what?!
Lila: Oh puh-please! You are nothing but goody two shoes who had some credit about everything! So I did this so no one will help or bother you again! Not even Adrien because I made a deal to his father that he will remove from this school because you and your friends are bad influence towards him!

Everyone yet again received another shock about this revelation. Adrien's hands clench into fists.

Meanwhile in Hawkmoth's Lair,

Hawkmoth: Ah yes. So much emotions. A perfect prey for my Akuma.

Back to them,

Adrien: *cold tone* You...you made a deal with my father?!
Lila: *evil smile* Why yes, Adrien. After this, your father will made me a muse for your modeling after you are remove from this wretched school.
Adrien: Why you...!

It was that moment that a black butterfly appears.

Chloe: HEY! How dare you to talk Adrikins like that huh! As a childhood friend of him, I suggest you leave him alone!
Lila: *sarcastic tone* And why should I?
Chloe: Because I'm the mayor's daughter and me & my daddy had a power to remove you!
Rodri: She's right. She & her father had a power to remove a liar like you!
Lila: Shut up! *To Rodri* You just like Marinette, Mr. Falco! You're a goody two shoes idiot living a country full of idiots, drug addicts and corrupted people! You should be dead like those idiots!

The class including Miss Bustier and Marinette's parents gasped in shock. Surely, they knew about the War on Drugs happened which result controversially over hundred people mainly drug addicts were killed. They felt bad for those family lose their loved ones but this has gone too far as Rodri cannot control his emotions.

Rodri: What the heck are you saying, you liar?! How dare you mock my country like that, huh?! It's true there's a War on Drugs happened but it was that president's fault. And you dare to called them as idiots?! There's some people are good while trying to help others. Others lived poorly due of the fact they don't have enough money to live or living on the streets! I maybe a half Filipino & half American but you don't have a right to call them like that!

His emotions so high that the Akuma headed towards Rodri which Marinette and Adrien saw it and horrified.

Marinette & Adrien: Oh no.

Rodri: *point to Lila*

The Akuma almost headed towards the next victim.

Hawkmoth: Yes. Just one more and you will be akumatize.

Rodri: Oh. Speaking of Hawkmoth....

Rodri pulls out his phone and showed a video footage of Lila grabs the Akuma and able to see Hawkmoth's symbol appears on Lila's eyes, communicate to Hawkmoth before akumatized into Chameleon to everyone.

Marinette: Wait a minute. Is that...?
Adrien: *eyes widened* The Chameleon incident.
Rodri: And this right here is the secret I'm gonna tell you.

Everyone look shock & disbelief as they realized one thing.

Alya: *To Lila* You traitor!! You're working with Hawkmoth all along!
Lila: I can explain!
Nino: You're a spy! Hawkmoth send you to akumatize us! Or worse.
Kim: Dude, not cool!!
Alix: So that's means she tried to expell Marinette so Hawkmoth can akumatize her into worst Akuma!
Max: This is a worst case scenario!

Rose hugs Juleka's arm because she was scared while Juleka hug her back while glaring Lila. Nathaniel look confuse about this but still, he hated Lila anyway.

Chloe: I knew it!! You are here to ruined not just Mari-trash but to Adrikins and others here in this school for Hawkmoth! That means you're a terrorist!!
Lila: Why you...!!
Rodri: Face it, Lila! Your deception & lies is over!

Lila grits her teeth in anger and saw an Akuma flying around. Meanwhile, Hawkmoth is having a bad situation.

Hawkmoth: Ugh! Too much emotions! I don't know who I chose to be akumatize.

Mr. Damocles came back due of the loud noises he heard earlier.

Mr. Damocles: What the heck is going on?
Ms. Bustier: Mr. Damocles, you gonna believe this but Lila is working Hawkmoth.
Mr. Damocles: *shock* She what!?

Without thinking, Lila rushed to grab the Akuma but Rodri saw the Akuma flying and realized what's next, he grab the book from Marinette's locker and quickly slams the Akuma inside.

Lila: Nooo!!

Marinette & Adrien who try to back away from everyone to transform, saw that moment and literally shock.

Rodri: No more akumatize this time, Hawkmoth.

He opens the book and the Akuma return back to original white color butterfly as it flew away.

Mr. Damocles: Ms. Rossi, come to my office right now!

Mr. Damocles grabs Lila's hand and drag to his office. After that, the class went to Marinette to apologize after they found out Lila's true colors and Marinette forgives them. She went to Rodri.

Marinette: Thank you, Rodri. For helping to prove my innocence.
Rodri: You're welcome, Marinette. That's how friends for. Lila made a mistake when she messed with me and my country badly. Oh! Sorry about your book. *gives back the book*
Marinette: It's okay. You did save us from Akuma.

And so, the class cheered Rodri and had take a picture with him.

Moments later, it revealed that Lila did plan expell Marinette when some CCTV footage shows Lila put the answer sheets to Marinette's bag, walking to the steps outside Mr. Damocles' office and pretend to be scream in pain while accusing Marinette by pushing & she put a fox necklace to Marinette's locker to accused Marinette by stealing.

Ironically, Lila ended up getting expelled instead. Her mother was so mad that she confiscated her phone and other gadgets upon learning that Lila lied to her that the school was shut down due of Akuma attacks.

Because of that, Lila was akumatized more times than Mr. Pidgeon which led Hawkmoth decide to cut deal with that liar because she was targeting Rodri, the one who exposed Lila's lies but she ended up failed because of Ladybug & Chat Noir.

Chloe's father, Mayor Bourgeois issued a notice to Mrs. Rossi that Lila should send back to Italy or else, she will lost her license as diplomat. Mrs. Rossi decide to send Lila back to Italy where she was put a mental institution. Lila tried to escape several times but failed.

As for Rodri, life is good for him. The class went back to their old but normal happy lives. Then, he discovered Marinette & Adrien were Ladybug & Chat Noir but decide to hide their identities as a secret. It wasn't long when the two revealed themselves in the Eiffel Tower but despite their shocking and oblivious moment, Marinette & Adrien share their feelings each other and had their first kiss.

The next day, the class saw Marinette & Adrien holding hands together which they were cheer while Rodri gives them a thumbs-up.

Speaking of them, the two heroes recruited Alya as Rena Rogue, Nino as Carapace, Chloe as Queen Bee, Luka as Viperion & Kagami as Ryuko to form the Team Miraculous to fight Hawkmoth and his new ally, Mayura. They even made Rodri an unofficial member due of the fact he helped them several times from Akuma, despite he had no Miraculous.

When he was interviewed by Nadja, he said this.

Rodri: I may not have a power of Miraculous like them but it showed that anyone cane be a hero without capes & armor.

His line inspired to others that days later, Officer Roger(Sabrina's dad) and the police helped the Team Miraculous several times.

As for Lila when she saw Marinette & Adrien in one of Gabriel's fashion shows with Rodri and friends, she screamed so loud that it reaches into space.

In the end, Rodri Falco was the real hero of Paris.

AND DONE!

After Season 2 of MLB, the writers went to the wrong direction that the show went wrong. Not only ruining Chloe's redemption that the fans hoping for but also turn the 2 main characters into bland characters instead of improving character development.

Like Marinette turns into a creepy, stalker, Adrien still an idiot, Gabriel is insane, Lila is doing worse things and the Love Square is a mess when adding Luka & Kagami into their relationship(I prefer Luka x Kagami instead). Also, who the f*©€ ships Gaberinette, huh!?

I'm done watching in Season 3 after  Ladybug episode. Chat Blanc and Miracle Queen was final nail into the coffin to me that I give up watching MLB.

Season 4 would likely suffer the worse fate because some fans believe that Season 4 is a curse due of some of the great TV shows like MLB would likely ruined. Now, some rumors about writers especially Thomas Astruc is trying to ruin Adrien/Chat Noir character which led me into writing this One-Shot.
