Hello there, readers.

This next one will be based from my previous One-Shot "You're Not Worthy" as well as an inspiration from the Invasion arc of "Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes" animated series that I mentioned in previous one. The Battle of Avengers in the Airport in "Captain America: Civil War" goes differently when an unexpected happen.

~Leizpig Airport, Germany~

As the Vision enters, the splitted Avengers, Team Cap & Team Iron Man were stare each other, ready to fight.

Bucky: Now what, Cap?
Steve: We--Ah!!

Steve suddenly fall down on the ground when a dart on his neck. Everyone including Tony Stark were shock to see this happen but before anyone react, Natasha Romanoff aka Black Widow was also shot by another dart and she too was fell on the ground.

Tony: *shock tone* What the hell just happened?
???: They're not real, Stark.

They turned around and their eyes widened more. Standing there was Steve Rogers in a stealth version of Cap suit and beside him was Natasha Romanoff in a Black Widow suit(the one she use in Age of Ultron) as her right hand holding a dart gun.

Bucky & Sam: Steve/Natasha???
Clint: Tasha?
Tony: Cap? Romanoff? Who & what is this?
Natasha: *points to the unconcious doppelgangers* See for yourself.

When they turned around back to the fallen ones, they saw their skin turns into green, a razor teeth and a horn-like ears.

Peter/Spider-Man: *does a famous Shock reaction* Aliens? They're aliens?!
Rhodey: What the hell are those things?

Suddenly, an orange yellow blast appears and hits behind Rhodey. He turn around and saw another alien like them holding an alien tech gun as hole appears in the chest as he falls down on the ground, dead.

???: Those things are called "Skrulls".

A blonde long hair woman appears, wearing a red, blue & dark blue suit with some kind of star on the center of her suit and landed on the ground.

Tony: Who are you supposed to be?
Woman: The name is Carol Danvers. You can call me "Captain Marvel".
Peter: Hi. I'm Peter Parker.
Carol: *smiles* Nice to meet you, kid.
Tony: Okay. Could you please tell me what is Skrulls and how the heck those guys disguise as Capsicle & Red here?
Steve: The Skrulls are shape shifting aliens from another planet. They were at war with another alien race called "Kree", a warrior-like aliens. Their war in many years until it reach in Earth secretly in disguise as humans.
Tony: Wait! You mean aliens are now among us?

Steve nods.

Bucky: How the heck just happened?
Natasha: Skrulls are intelligent but manipulative beings that can shape shift anyone of us. That's what happened to me & Steve.
Clint: What do you mean?
Steve: It means that Nat & I during Ultron were NOT us but Skrulls.

This revelation widened Tony & others.

Tony: You mean all this time that Cap and Romanoff during Ultron incident are not you?
Steve: That's right. The Skrulls already know about us after the battle in New York and began their plans to manipulated & separate us because they felt we are the ones are threaten for their invasion.
Natasha: It happened a few days after SHIELD/Hydra fiasco where Steve & I kidnapped by the Skrulls.

This is getting weirder but more shocking.

Scott Lang/Ant-Man: This is getting weird.
Clint: *To Natasha* Then you & Bruce...
Natasha:..were not together. The Skrull that disguised me was also manipulated him by making me a monster that I don't have children. That was proven wrong.
(Note: I finally admit that Joss Whedon was f#©€ing bastard! Not just turning Black Widow into a damsel in distress but turning her into monster and have no children! This controversial moment began his downfall as few years to the present day, many allegations & abuses by him were exposed by popular actors & actresses ranging from Buffyverse to DCEU such as Ray Fisher & Gal Gadot.)

Clint: Wait! Are you saying...?
Natasha: I'm pregnant with Steve's child.

This led everyone caught in surprise.

Bucky: Are you serious, Steve?
Steve: *sigh* We actually DID in relationship before the Skrulls kidnapped us. I found out the result when we escaped from the Skrulls.
Wanda: *looks happy* They did telling truth. I can feel the baby's heart beating in Natasha's womb.
Vision: Congratulations, Captain Rogers and Agent Romanoff.

Tony felt like he was going to faint(😆).

Sam: *clear throats* About the Skrulls, they kidnapped you both right?
Steve: That's right. They kidnapped us at the same time while they send 2 of them to take our places. We were imprisoned inside the Skrull facility where they tried to torture us both physically & mentally but we cannot submit or break our will while the 2 Skrulls were watching your movements especially Ultron.
Vision: So Ultron declared war against the Avengers because...
Steve:...he knew that the Skrulls are here and that's why it happened.
Natasha: And Sokovia? Some of the people were Skrull refugees but unlike them, they want to live peacefully with humans. That's why Ultron tried to destroy the city because he knew the Skrulls are there and poses as threat against Earth.

This was really shocking revelation about Ultron's plan. He did not want to destroy Earth but he was trying the prevent the Skrulls invasion.

Wanda: *look shock and disbelief* I can't believe it. Those people...Sokovia....
Natasha: It's okay, Wanda. You are human being too.
Tony: And the Sokovia Accords?
Steve: It also one of the Skrulls' plans to separate our team. Some politicians who created & supported the Accords were Skrulls in disguise. Also, that woman talked to you earlier about losing her son in Sokovia was actually a Skrull who trying to manipulated you to convince by signing the Accords.
(Note: That scene where a woman confronted Tony after the presentation about losing her son in Sokovia was one of the reasons he was signing the Accords.)

Tony was bit of shock, remembering that woman who losed her son in Sokovia and blame the Avengers was actually a Skrull tried to manipulated him to sign the Accords.

Tony: I kinda messed up.
Bucky: But how did you guys escaped?
Steve: The Skrulls attempted a new plan by sending the others disguised as you to get inside the facility. I learned their deception when I lift Thor's hammer since it was lightweight, not the same Mjolnir that he carried so I knock them all of them before I freed Nat, Carol & other prisoners which a few of them were humans here.
Carol: What's more shocking that I've met a Skrull disguise as me, did meet Nick Fury when he was still an agent of SHIELD years ago. The only difference was a doppelganger has different face and a self-righteous arrogant person than I am.
Tony: Wait! Fury???
Carol: Eyup. I never met him. I just saw one of Skrulls' archives that another Skrull disguise as a female woman who claims to be Mar-vell, a Kree warrior in which in reality, Mar-vell was a male and I did met him back in Area 51 when a Skrull spy try to blow up what appears to be an exploding device. Mar-vell shielded me, revealing his true form but because of the explosion, accidentally transfer his powers to mine. But Mar-vell was killed in action as they captured me and imprisoned while they send one of them as me and the rest of events were manipulated by the Skrulls. Thank goodness that I beat the crap out of that arrogant doppelganger.[1]

Everyone were fascinating or shock in disbelief about these chain of events.

Steve: After the prison breakout, we escaped via one of Skrulls' gunship and send the others back to their home planets before heading back here. When we arrived, we learned what about Ultron, the Sokovia incident and Lagos.

Wanda felt ashamed after a tragic moment she witnessed after she threw up the villain trying to suicide bombing but ended up blowing him and the building that killed some people inside.

Steve: *looks at Black Panther* And who are you?
T'Challa: I am T'Challa, the new king of Wakanda.
Steve: I'm sorry what happened to your father in Vienna.
T'Challa: Your friend(Bucky) commit a crime by bombing the UN embassy that killed my father.
Natasha: Actually, it wasn't Barnes did. It was Baron Zemo.
T'Challa: Zemo???
Natasha: He was Sokovian. Like the Skrulls, he manipulated us or you in shadows to have revenge what our did to Sokovia. He never knew that Ultron were the one responsible for the death of some people including his family.
T'Challa: If he is the one responsible, I will give him what he deserves.
Steve: Yes but killing won't help your father's peace.
T'Challa: *sigh* You're right. It's not a Wakandan way but he will face the punishment for what he did.

A silence was occur before it was broke by Peter.

Peter: Are we done?
???: No. There's still one left.

Before he reacts, a punch to the face knock on the ground so hard that he got unconscious. The one who punched him was an older version of Peter Parker but his Spider suit was different.[2]

Tony: Kid?! *turns to the attacker as he raised his repulsor arm* Who the hell are you and what have you done to him?
Man: I am Peter Parker. The real Peter Parker. That one you called 'Kid' is one of them.
Tony: Prove it.

The man or Peter grabs the head of an unconcious young man and removes the mask, revealing the Skrull identity.

Tony: Oh my gawd. So he and Aunt May....
Peter: That Aunt May you've met is also Skrull. My Aunt May is older in the early 50s and thankfully, Captain Rogers was able to save her before those aliens try to experimenting her.
Tony: *facepalm* Oh come on! I just flirting with May and I never thought I was flirting a shape shifting alien.

This led some including Scott chuckles towards Tony's embarrassment.

Tony: So now what, Cap?
Steve: We have to fix this mess. Tony, you better find more about the Accords.
Sam: What about them(Skrulls)?
Carol: Fury will take care of them. Before we arrived, we already met & informed him & Agent Maria Hill about everything. And boy, Fury was shock & upset about this.
Bucky: Steve, about Zemo. There's a hidden facility in Siberia about the other Winter Soldiers like me.
Steve: Then, let's go.

The battle was averted when a revelation of the Skrulls' "hidden" invasion of Earth. The two team were parted ways to fix the mess they encountered that will tear them apart. 

Tony announce he will not signed the Accords which angered Secretary Thaddeus Ross that he & the Avengers will imprison on the Raft and declared as "enemies of the state". But Tony being a genius, call a defense attorney named Matt Murdoch(aka Daredevil) about the Accords. After several debates, it ends with Matt declaring the Accords was illegal & unconstitutional against the citizens of humans, mutants or Inhumans and the Raft was criticized for being a maximum prison for those people against the Accords with no trial or warrant by the Court instead of a prison for most notorious criminals or terrorists.

This action was heard by other governments especially Wakanda and send the pressure about the problems of the Accords.

Meanwhile, Steve & others arrived in Siberia where Baron Zemo was waiting. Unknown to him, T'Challa was secretly hiding in shadows as Zemo reveals his involvement of the Vienna Bombing. He also reveal the footage of a brainwashed Bucky killed Tony's parents years ago. Thankfully, Tony wasn't here in Siberia. Zemo open the doors, releasing the surviving Winter Soldiers and attacked Steve & co. They managed to knock them out as they find Zemo, only to see him captured by T'Challa in choke hold.

Zemo was handed to the authorities to face his crimes while the Accords was deemed illegal and plan a new, improved and better version. As for Ross, he along with Everett, his conspirators & other who created & support the Accords were arrested due of violation of 2nd Amendment and ironically, they were imprisoned in the Raft.

Bucky was in rehabilitation in Wakanda thanks to T'Challa for a cooperation, in hopes that he & the Avengers maintain their relationship stronger. A few months later, a new & improved Accords was unveil and this time, the Avengers accepted and signed it, T'Challa being the last one to be signed. As for Peter Parker, he even knock out a Skrull-disguised May and returns back to his duty as Spider-Man with the new suit which was the Stark Spider suit used by Skrull Peter, marking him as officially the new Part-time member of New Avengers(plus he also signed the new & improved Accords as Spider-Man). His real Aunt May was fine and accept Peter's alter-ego after she found out his identity while they were captured by Skrulls.

Peter then encounter Ned Leeds who was shock to see another man with the same name. Peter then convince him that the Peter he befriends was a clone created by Thaddeus Ross, not to reveal him about the Skrulls as well as a young version of Aunt May was a spy working for Ross. This news shocks the Midtown High School as Peter reveals the horrifying truth, Eugene "Flash" Thompson being the most shocked fainted after he heard that(😆). This led a string of complaints & conspiracies about clones being as young teens in school that reach the government and ends with Ross declared guilty(despite his protests) and sentence in life imprisonment.

Peter managed to stop Adrian Toomes aka Vulture and his gang who tried to sell some alien weapons & tech used by the Chitauri Invasion back in 2012 to make money, with the help a feline cat-themed thief called "Black Cat" which Peter knew her as Felicia Hardy after the two are found out their identities and are now dating, ending with Peter move on after Gwen Stacy's death.

Together, they able to stop the Sinister Six led by his former friend-turned enemy Harry Osborn aka Green Goblin who got escape from his prison, along with Electro(who was alive again), Rhino(who also escape again), Doctor Octopus, Mister Negative & Tombstone with the help of the Avengers and a young African-American man named Miles Morales who had bitten by the radioactive spider and the same abilities like him. He took under his wing to become a new generation of Spider-Man.[3]

When Thanos arrived along with his Children as he successfully acquired 5 Infinity Stones(he fought Dr. Strange & other sorcerers before Strange give up the Time Stone to him), he was met with the combined forces of the Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy(minus Gamora when she was sacrificed by Thanos in Vormir for the Soul Stone) & the Wakandan army. Although he finally acquired the Mind Stone and destroy Vision, he was hit by Stormbreaker as an enraged Thor(after Thanos killed Loki in-front of him in the first act) successfully beheaded him. Thus, the Snap was averted...for good.

With Thanos' defeat, the world & universe was saved. A few months later, Steve & Natasha were married in the Catholic church as Tony & Pepper also announced their child and Peter & Felicia were engaged.

One year later, James Samuel Rogers & Morgan Stark were born.

The Avengers announced their retirement and lived a peaceful lives. The New Avengers that consist of Sam Wilson aka Falcon who was now the new Cap, Bucky Barnes aka White Wolf, Scott Lang aka Ant-Man and his girlfriend, Hope Van Dyne aka The Wasp, Wanda Maximoff aka Scarlet Witch(she finally move on after her grief over Vision's death and she & Bucky are together), Peter Parker aka Spider-Man, Felicia Hardy aka Black Cat & Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel were current Earth's Mightiest Heroes while trying to prevent the Kree-Skrulls War and Invasion.

Life is good 'till the end of the line.

AND DONE! So watching some clips in Civil War, it had some flaws and issues despite the great movie was. So I fixed some of these with adding the elements of Skrulls Invasion arc.

1 - Replacing the 2019 trash that is Captain Marvel movie with her origins from the animated series. The only difference was Mar-vell was killed which lead an ongoing Kree-Skrulls War. The real Carol Danvers played by Emilia Clarke(Daenerys Targaryen) beat the self-righteous & arrogant version of her that is Brie Larson.

2 - My version of what happened after "The Amazing Spider-Man" duology. Although it wasn't great like Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy and MCU Spider-Man, I put here because while I like Tom Holland & MCU Spider-Man, there some flaws especially the whole Irondad & Spiderson trend continues in every Fanfiction. Come on, people! This is Spider-Man, not Iron Man Jr!

3 - Speaking of TASM, I'm glad that I give him a happy ending. Originally, I'm going to add Mary Jane because I pair with them as #1 ship along with Peter/Felicia as #2 but then again, the filmmakers cut her out in TASM 2 which kinda disappointed while Felicity Jones made a cameo as Felicia Hardy which I want to see her in Black Cat suit and a love triangle between Peter, Gwen & Felicia but it didn't happen. So SpiderCat happen and I also adding the Sinister Six which Mister Negative from "Marvel's Spider-Man" game in PS4, replace the Vulture. Oh! Miles Morales finally appears and became Ultimate Spider-Man to watch the city while Peter was currently a New Avenger.
