While I like Anime and Fanfics, one of my biggest problems was Harem genre. The reason why I don't like this genre because it's overrated, overused and annoying.

The MC(Main Character) is oblivious, Girls like him(and obsessed him), too much fanservice and the storyline doesn't make sense.

Whenever you open a Fanfiction, Harem stories are everywhere like a virus(Pun intended!)! Their OC characters could interact with so many girls especially older women(married or not) and Lollis(FBI! OPEN UP!) to make other male characters jealous and lots of disgusting parts for fun purposes. Not cool!

Examples of these are Jaune Arc(from RWBY), Naruto Uzumaki & Izuku Midoriya(BNHA) as they so many fics starring them as MC along with Harem girls. Another big problem is Male Abused/Bullied/Neglected OC Reader. This is much WORSE than OC x Harem girls because the story doesn't make sense, their OCs is way OP and ended up got so many girls especially older women and Lolli girls! It pisses me off!

Even good shows can be ruin in Fanfics because of this genre. Naruto, RWBY, My Hero Academia and Star Wars are examples of these.

So if you create a fanfic, do a better storyline with a sense. Ignore the people who comment like these: "Do a Harem!", "Harem please." and "Please do a Harem." Just ignore them. Simple but effective.
