RAGHAV'S POV

And there she wanted to go Delhi. I clearly remember how last time I was so against her going away from palace.

Why to even say palace, from me!

I was not this before her right! Before nine months if someone would've said me that they wanted to go somewhere I won't have given a fuck!

Hell, I don't give now too. But she's the exception of my life.

Exception in every damn thing!

And honestly, who am I to stop her from visiting her parents. I've no rights to do that. No one has those rights.

But the thing was, I used to live for one reason before her.

My Princess!

I wouldn't have let Megha go away from in front of my eyes.

And now, now I live for two reasons.

And the both reasons were to head to Delhi in morning.

Moreover, I'm hell addicted to see her hopping around the palace everyday.

Two weeks! Damn two weeks!! That's half a month basically!

I looked at the small figure hugging me into sleep where as, I was just looking at her.

How you protected your self from the world Sunshine... Just for me.

I still can't imagine, what would've happened if she would've denied for the marriage.

There wasn't an option for me other then yes. I would've turned the world upside down, just to woo her, win her and well be hers.

That breath which was getting inhaled and exhaled just near me, was the reason of my sanity.

And I still had no idea that what I was going to do without her these two weeks.

It was half past three in the morning when I dozed off to sleep hugging her close to me and I had no intention of waking up for any exercises or run.

Three hours extra with her in my arms were worth loosing every single day of life in the world.

My sleep broke when I saw a soft hand grazing my face.

"If you don't want me to stop you from going Delhi, you shouldn't do that" I mumbled and her hand instantly went away from my face where as I opened my eyes looking at her.

"Good morning Rana sa" She wished

"Morning Sunshine" I mumbled

"Wake up fast. I'm leaving for Delhi" She grinned while I growled.

Wasn't she too excited to go!!

And my hold on her waist tightened unknowingly.

"Rana sa" She whispered and I sighed yet removed my hands.

She looked at me for a second and then left for restroom where as I just layed there

I stood up when I saw walk in door open hence, I went inside.

She was sitting on the couch near dressing and was wearing her shoes.

"Ready" I asked and she looked at me nodding .

"I'll join you downstairs" I mumbled

"Okay. " She replied and handed me my towel.

After bathing and getting ready in my formals, I went down stairs to see her talking with everyone.

"Here he's" I looked to find Aarav.

"What are you doing here" I asked

"See! Look at him aunty. He treats his best friend like this" The dramatic person again started which I chose to ignore.

"What happened" I asked as we all proceeded to dining table.

As we sat, I filled Janki's plate and  looked at Janki and then held her hand under table.

For once she looked at me and when I raised my brow questioning, she denied her head.

"I was telling Janki that I'll drop her to air.. " As dad was saying I spoke

"I'm going" I said and everyone looked at me.

"What" I growled looking at everyone when mom smiled.

"Nothing. I told him already that you're going. Pratap thought he'll tease you" Mom said and everyone chuckled

"I'm your son dad. I don't get teased. I answer" I smirked

"Of course. But Janki, look at the effect you've on him huh" Dad teased and this time I raised my brow.

"Breakfast dad" I said

"You're my son Raghav. Baap mai hu. Where did that I don't get teased man go" He mocked

"I don't deny the effect she has on me. I wanted to marry her that surely means that she had an effect on me" I said and Janki looked at me a bit taken aback and then blushed.

"Awe. Look at her. " Nivedita teased Janki

"Okay enough guys. Breakfast now" Mom said and I looked at Janki who looked at me.

"What" I asked

"Leave my hand. How I'll eat" She whispered

"Left hand" I smirked

"Not funny. I'm hungry" She huffed

"I'll feed you" I said and was about to fill a spoon full of Poha.

"Everyone's here Raghav" She mumbled

"As if I give a damn" I spoke and took a spoonful near her when I saw everyone's spoon stopping near their mouth.

"He's holding her hand under table" That bastard spoke and I glared him when he still grinned where as Janki shut her eyes .

"Dad...mom isn't a kid like me. She can eat herself" That little devil of mine spoke

"She's" I said and Aarav was again to speak when I spoke.

"And if you utter a word till you're sitting here Aarav, I'll kick you out of the palace" I stated looking at everyone too when they started eating again.

"Sunshine" I mumbled and she sighed eating that.

"I just remembered Nivi's first day at palace after wedding" Mom giggled

"Oh! That! Thanks" Yash smirked where as Nivedita glared him.

"The extended families were here. And this man, lost his shame" She huffed and Janki giggled where as I fed her some more.

"Janki, will my son just feed you" It was mom who spoke and we all looked at her.

"Feed him too. I mean, his hand is also occupied down the table" Mom smirked and Janki looked at me and looked away

"Stop teasing her mom. She's already red" I said

"Nine months of seeing Raghav speaking on dining table, is one of the best thing of my life" Mom whispered and I looked at her.

"I'm so good na" Janki grinned and mom chuckled wiping that small tear.

"You're the Best" She said and I looked at Janki who smirked

"Bas, logon ko samjh ni aata Maa. Ki mai best hu (People don't understand that I'm the best) " Janki spoke looking at me

Ask me!

I'll answer!!

As we finished the breakfast, I literally saw dad for the first time seeing anyone off till main gates.

Come back soon okay. Home will be so incomplete" Dad patted her cheek and she nodded and was bending to touch his feet when he stopped her.

"Daughters give hugs to their father" He said hugging Janki.

"Bhabhi sa, is there any chance that bhai will let you go today" Yash asked

"What! Why" Janki asked

"No because, since breakfast, this man hasn't left your hand" He smirked and I and Janki both looked at our intertwined hands.

Was it so obvious thing that we didn't even realize!

And Janki instantly removed her hand blushing.

"You know what Yash, Your dear bhabhi sa won't be here now to protect you" I said and he looked at me shocked then ran towards Janki.

"Save me" He whined

"Oh come on. He won't do anything. " Janki said

"He would!! I'm with you Raghav Bhaiya" Nivedita smirked

"You Won't" Janki narrowed her eyes to which I raised a brow.

"Bhabhi sa, how about you give him a good ki.. " That another Dog Aarav was about to speak when I slapped his head from behind.

"Okay okay sorry. But yes, come soon bhabhi sa. May be bring Ra..Friends too" He said and Janki hugged him and Yash too giggling.

Why is she hugging them!!

Okay stop being jealous Raghav!!

"Okay now you all.  Stop being senty. Or else I'll cry and sit here only" Janki whined and everyone chuckled.

"No one's saying me bye" Megha frowned and everyone looked at her and literally sang bye for her.

The family has gone mad living with  Janki!!

But this is also the truth that living with Janki, this family has learnt to laugh more.

As they bid bye, I opened the door of the car and made Megha sit and then Janki.

Taking the passanger seat, I gestured driver to proceed.

The whole ride Megha was the one to speak. Telling about how she wants to eat this or that. How she wants to meet family and all .

Where as I was stealing glances at both of them from the mirror.

As we reached the private terminal and stepped out of the car, I looked at Janki.

She looked at me for a second and then gave me a small smile.

"Well, that was a fake one" I said and she chuckled shaking her head.

I looked at Megha and picked her up in my arms.

"Miss dad" I mumbled when she grinned yet denied.

"Devil kid" I said when she giggled kissing my cheek.

"I love you dad" She spoke and I smiled looking at her.

"Dad loves you more" I whispered kissing her nose.

"Don't trouble Sunshine. Be a good girl. And don't eat junk" I said

"I'll be a good kid. But I'll eat junk" She grinned again and I sighed.

Like Mother, like daughter!!

"Ms. Wagh.. " I gestured and she nodded as she took Megha inside.

And without a wait, the security too knew they needed to leave.

As it was me and Janki alone, I held her hand pulling her close to me and engulfed her into a hug.

"I'm not a hug person" She mimicked me.

"Exceptions Sunshine" I mumbled and felt her wrapping her arms around me.

I repeat again, Home is a person !!

"You're giving a surprise that's all okay. But you'll not hamper with your and Megha's security. Promise me" I said keeping my palm in front of her and she looked at me and then put her palm on mine.

"Promise" She whispered and I kissed that palm.

"I thought I won't say that but.. Miss me" She winked and I sighed shaking my head.

"You've no idea" I replied and she looked at me confused.

"Stop hurting your pea sized brain" I smirked when she narrowed her eyes at me.

"You won't like me extending my super duper holiday" She warned when I pulled her near by waist.

"Try that" I challenged when she raised a brow

"What will you even do" She asked

"Delhi isn't too far Sunshine" I smirked kissing her cheek when she looked at me

"I'm leav.. " She was saying when I put my finger on her lips.

"Sush.. " I whispered and she looked at me her lips parting

"Be back soon" I mumbled and she looked at me for a second and then as I bent more towards her,her eyes closed as our lips touched.

The soft,delicate kiss urging me to hold her and not let her go.

But I knew, we need to pull away.

"See you soon Sunshine" I mumbled kissing her forehead and she nodded her eyes glistening.

"Dare you cry. I'll not let you go" I warned and she chuckled .

"See you soon Rana sa" She said and then turned going into the check in.

And I was looking at her disappearing figure.

Come on Raghav!!

Two weeks!! We'll pass it !!

Will we?

As I went outside, I saw Walter and Robin.

"Walter, strictly don't leave their side at all. If there's minute mistake, consider yourself fired" I warned when he gave a brief nod and left.

"Where to Rana sa" Robin asked

"Raichand Office" I said and he nodded

As I reached the office, I went inside and everyone stood up greeting me.

And giving them a curt nod, I went to Aarav's office.

"Yes, and we're like sitting here fucking doing nothing right" He snapped at someone and I stood at the door.

"We're sorry sir. We're looking into the matters" The man apologized and I knocked.

He looked at me and then dismissed the staff when I went inside.

"Aarav Raichand pissed off! " I mocked

"Don't you start Raghav. These are morons" He growled

"What happened? " I asked

"Security breach at.. " He was saying but then stopped

"At? " I raised my brow.

"Radhika" He mumbled and I raised a brow.

"Who Radh... Shah. " I said and he raised a brow.

"Don't give me that look." He muttered

"How do you know" I asked

"Come on. I run India's largest security and investigation chains. And her dad's a politician " He said

"She knows you're a stalker" I asked

"Don't make it sound so bad" He whined like a kid

"And she knows, that I like her" He grinned and I looked at him annoyed.

"Marry her already" I told

"What" He asked a bit shocked

"Aarav Raichand getting serious and snapping without his personal interest, I know better" I shrugged

"I knew you're my best friend and you think about me" He grinned and was going to hug me when I stepped aside.

"Stop being clingy" I snapped and he huffed

"Okay see. I told you already, there's nothing like that. She's, yes you know. She's related to bhabhi and that's why.. " He tried to say while I gave him a bored look.

"Okay fine. Why the hell are you showing interest in it" He scowled

"Because my wife is close to her best friend and I don't want you to mess around with her. Because if my wife gets a little sad, I'll kick your ass" I warned

"As if I will mess around with Radhi" He muttered and I raised a brow at him calling her by her Nick name.

"You said you aren't interested in my personal life" He whined

"I said, till you keep changing girlfriends every next day. Right now, I see Aarav Raichand single since 5 months. That's highest. I'm highly interested " I mocked

"If I can't mock you, you too can't mock me" He whined again

"What are you Aarav? A teenage girl who's whining around" I snapped

"Fine man. What do you want? You Rana Raghav Singh Rathore, you don't come to my office till it's urgent" He said and I looked at him this time serious.

"Did you find out? Who was there" I asked

"We're trying. The thing is it was an illegal land. So whatever built on it, wasn't on papers. My team needs to dig more" He said

"Do it then Aarav. I need that bastard" I gritted my teeth

"I asked you to give me a sketch. I'll find that fucker and kill him" He spoke

"My wife shivers with that name Aarav. I'm not going to ask her to fucking describe the fucker's face" I snapped and he sighed

"I'll dig more by own" He said and I sighed

"Why are you sighing so much today. Bhabhi sa went therefore right" He mocked and I glared him when he zipped his mouth for a second but then grinned

"Stop being annoying" I gritted

"You know, my dear bhabhi sa can surely play cupid" He grinned back to his self

"Why don't you be a man and ask her hand for marriage " I asked

"Not everyone is you Raghav. Who goes straight to girl's home and say her parents to get her married to you" He mocked

"Mock once more, I'll break your face" I warned

"I'm going to Delhi. To my bhabhi" He grinned and I sighed

"Crack" I muttered

"I need to discuss some more business related investigations. Files out" I commanded and he nodded.

After two hours, I left for my office and focused on the state matters in hand.

After a tiresome day, as I went palace, I  stepped insid King's Abode & I felt it exactly same as I felt before Janki.

Honestly, the whole mansion felt like just a house without The soul of this mansion and of course the soul of my life.

And I had no idea, how was I going to leave without her for two weeks..

Fucking 14 days!!

Okay Raghav!!

Fucking 336 hours!!

Not bad Raghav!!

Fucking 20160 minutes!!

You're gone man!!
