The roar of uprising flames was all you could really hear, aside from the explosions--a combination of fear and distress filled the area.

Lucy's eyes gazed upon her partner, her protector, her friend.

As if tears were to fall at his deadly look, he just stood there, with a hateful look in his eyes, as if all he saw was a pile of trash.

"Natsu..." Lucy whispered, her legs felt weak, and she dizzy. Tears began to invade her vision. That was it, Natsu was... END.

"Why if it isn't Lucy~" END smirked at Lucy, "whats the matter?" END laughed. "I can tell a lot just by looking at you," END walked over Lucy stood paralyzed, she couldn't move, bit even if she could--she wouldn't.

"You're in love with him aren't you..?" Lucy's eyes widen, how would he know? Then it hit her, in some ways, END was a part of Natsu "you're cute," Lucy couldn't help but blush, he had Natsu's voice, how could she not react?!

"You know, I am the true form of him." END smiled. "So tell him--me you love us." Lucy's eyes widen. Her heart beat fast, thats right, she thought, END knows my feelings not Natsu.

"I... Want to tell Natsu them."

"I am--"

"No." Lucy interrupted. "No you're not," she corrected. END looked down at her.

"Talk to me Lucy." Natsu gasped. Lucys eyes widen. He is letting me... "Luce?" Natsu smiled tilting his head.

"I..." Lucy paused--this wasn't Natsu. "No, you aren't him!" Lucy sobbed. "Natsu is kind and strong, he protects me and others, despite who you are he'll accept you, I love Natsu not you!"

A burst of energy left Lucys body, right after a wave of tiredness overcame her, falling forward onto her knees her blurry vision allowed her to notice the falling back of END right before her eyes shut.

Lucy's eyes felt sore and tired, but still she could open them. Lucy opened her eyes, she was in the guild--where they took the injured.

How did I get here? Lucy asked.

"Luce?" Lucys eyes widen, she turned her gaze to meet Natsu's, she thought it was Natsu, he had the gentile stare of Natsu.

"Natsu?" Lucy narrowed her eyes tightly. "Is that you?" She rubbed her eyes, the blurring going away, Natsu instantly sat by Lucy's side, holding her hand.

"Yeah," Natsu leaned in pressing his forehead to hers and pressing her palm against his bare chest, she could feel his human heart beat. "It's me Lucy, I promise." Lucy smiled, her vision back as she gazed blushing lightly at Natsu's closeness. "Lucy, I've been meaning to tell you, for..." Natsu paused hesitant. "A really long time," Natsu chuckled lightly.

"Yeah?" Lucy leaned forward, looking down at Natsu's lips before returning to his gaze, Natsu noticed that making his heart beat fast against Lucy's palm.

"I..." Natsu breathed "would you--I mean-- Cause I always thought about-- like..."Natsu blushed slightly, slowly turning a shade of pink.

"Natsu..?" Natsu looked at Lucy's gentile eyes. "I love you," his eyes widen as Lucy suddenly pressed her lips against Natsu, who grunted, only to relax and wrap his arms around Lucy's waist, pulling her on him, Lucy hovered over Natsu, caging him within her arms as the two continued te kiss, Lucy pulled up for air, straddling Natsu, both letting out a chuckle. Natsu sat up, Lucy on him.

"Natsu," he hummed tucking a loose hair strand, "what happened?" Lucy asked in a sigh. "I mean, back there. Why am I here?"

"After you stared crying a burst of energy-- almost like a wave came out of you, I see everything END see's. Instantly I felt overpowered, END couldn't take it." Natsu explained, "I regained my ability to control." Natsu added, "but instantly passed out, all I saw was Erza, Gray, Happy, and Wendy carrying us, andWendy healig us, after that, its a blur."

Lucy nodded, pressing her palm against Natsu's muscular chest. Natsu blushed slightly at the touch. She could feel Natsu's heart beat.

"Luce?" Natsu said. She only smiled.

"Is it over?" Lucy asked.

Natsu gazed at her, tears were in her eyes.

"Yeah, it's over," Natsu smiled. Lucy giggled cleaning off her tears attacking Natsu with a kiss.
