The gathered Narnians shuffled on their feet- or hooves, or paws, etc -and looked at each other. You understood their reactions- what was a Telmarine girl like you doing, addressing them as if you were their ally. You dearly wanted to help their cause and so had followed Trufflehunter, Reepicheep, and the young man you soon learned was Caspian X, heir to the Telmarine throne, into the woods, never looking back to the horrid life you knew.

Now, as you stood before the Narnians, trying to persuade them that you were truly not an enemy, that Caspian was here to bring peace between them and the Telmarines, and that you two were not enemies, you tried to ignore your jittery nerves and spoke.

"I believe our answer matters more than anything they say."

"We stand and listen."

You turned and gave a grateful nod at the centaur who'd spoken for his support.

"I believe if there is still a will, then there is still a way.
I believe there is a way.
I believe in us together, more than anyone alone.
I believe that with each other, we are stronger than we know."

Your eye caught on Caspian's and in his gaze, you saw your words were not only inspiring the Narnians, but him as well, and a small smile came to your face.

"I believe we're stronger than they know."
