Jercy -- Oneshot #74

Thalia's 1 AM carriage ride was quiet. The moonlight stone streets left alone. And no one was out at the hour.

Cicadas buzzed as the crickets chirped. And the clop-clop-clop of the horse pulling her was one of the clearest sounds the ex-Princess heard.

The driver of her ride was left unknown, and Thalia sighed to herself.

Her ripped dress exposed her legs throughly, her thighs containing goosebumps from the chilling weather.

You'd think it be warmer in the Moon kingdom. After all, it was technically summer.

"You're free to leave princess. Your destination is on your left." A gruff voice told her.

That must be the driver.

Thalia concluded as she opened her door. Carefully, she stepped out. Her blue eyes quickly clashing with the grey colored paths and the large castle in front of her.

The Castile was like a large dome in a way. Curved ceilings and made of sparkling glass. The glass arranged in an ombré affect.

The colors going from a pure, virgin white to a navy— almost storm like— blue.

The top domed glass area was breathtaking alone.

But then the main building always managed to dazzle her even more.

Large silvery small towers were at each side of the castle. Each corner containing a tower. The tower's roofs were made of black stone— resembling forged together coals. The cracks filled in with melted bronze colored material.

As you went downwards, a few windows could be found. The framed made of thick wood, and the shutters the same thick— black— wood.

The main castle part was made of the same coal-colored stones, forged together with melted silver.

The silver sparkled as Thalia noticed the small white and yellow gems engraved into the stones.

Smiling widely, she looked in front of her.

And what she saw was the prettiest sigh of all.

"Hello Princess Zoë." She said respectably.

Zoë let out a soft giggle, her royal blue shirt and long silver skirt blowing in the soft winds of the early hour.

"Hello Princess Thalia of Lundi." Zoë greeted, her small golden tiara placed crookedly on her head.

"It seems you've been mistaken. For I am no princess of Lundi. Nor shall I ever be again."

And with that, the two girls smiled.

I know it's short! But I'm slowly coming out of writers block!
