Okay, so apparently today is Father's Day! Well, in Singapore, at least. In Singapore, Father's Day is celebrated on the third Sunday of June but is not a public holiday. But I think most countries celebrate Father's Day on the third Sunday of June so whatever.

I can't believe I actually thought it was already over. I thought it was yesterday; I thought today was Monday! Until I saw the date. When there's no school (like during school holidays), I don't really keep track of the date so that's that.

I'm wishing all my followers and readers a happy Father's Day even if you're a girl, or even if you're a guy but not a Dad. If you only read this book, please also read my other books. It would really make my day. Also, don't forget to vote, comment and share it with your friends ;))

Please go and give your Dad a hug and a kiss on a cheek and tell him "Happy Father's Day". It would really make his day. If you won't be seeing him today, give him a call or a text! You can also tell it to your grandfather because he's technically also a father, a grand one.

Now to a Nothing in Particular original :)

This conversation dates back to my days in OBS. In fact, it started on the first day of OBS, 7 January 2019, which is just 5 months ago. Even though it is only 5 months, it feels like 5 years. Okay, enough getting emotional...

The characters are Ben (my instructor), Omar (one of my watchmates) and me. By the way, Kurt is the name of my watch (it just means my group, but we call it a watch in OBS).

Ben: Please don't put the bow of the kayak in between your legs. Later the wave comes and the kayak moves and hit you, ah, it'll be very painful. To the boys, especially, you can say goodbye to father's day

Kurt: *laughs*

Omar: *said something which pissed me off*

Me: You don't piss me off later I kick your dick you can say goodbye to father's day

Now that's a funny story. Or not. To anyone who feels offended by this, I'm sorry. It was a joke in my watch lol after hanging out with my watchmates from other schools in OBS, I got a bit vulgar. Oh, I miss those days...
