It has been a few days since I'd last seen Amori or the two following her. My connection with Lea seems to have been severed somehow. I'm not sure how they managed it. Maybe that was part of amoris magic? Or maybe Lea had died? Either way it's inconvenient. Now I have no idea where she is. Or what max is doing to her.

     This chase was fun to start with. The slight look of fear in amoris eyes when she looked at me sparked a sick sense of satisfaction in me. But now, it's gone on too long. I want my princess. And it's starting to look like I need to be rid of the stable boy that's preventing me from having her.

     I gather some of my men and start heading into the forest. Hopefully the next time I return to the palace I'll have Amori. Or at least a dead stable boy.

    I spend more time thinking about amoris possible powers. Were there any other incidents of her magic that I've witnessed? Maybe when she saved my life? How else could she have seen that coming? But then again, maybe she just had good instincts. Maybe it was a more subtle power. Whatever it is, I'll be watching her actions more closely. Maybe even she's unaware of her magic.

     One of the search dogs I brought seemed to pick up a scent and took off, snapping me out of my thoughts. We chased it all the way  to what looked like an abandoned castle. The perfect place to hide if you were a run away princess.

     I smirk to myself knowing I've caught them. They couldn't get away this time. I ordered my men to surround the building as i got off my horse.

    No one but Amori is leaving this castle alive.
