Personality- Adelheidis (or Alicia for short), is levelheaded and down to Earth. She's clever, and patient - so she'll never be the one to run ahead with no further planning. She's very sensible and mature, and a good leader. She has a very no-nonsense attitude and doesn't tolerate messing around. She's a very good planner and is capable of quick thought.
Weaknesses- Adelheidis has a strong dislike of violence. She hates people fighting. She can sometimes be seen as a stick in the mud, because she sticks to rules - unless she thinks the rules are stupid, in which case she's seen as rebellious, because she breaks them. She can get bossy or get caught up in thinking that she's right.
Strengths- Adelheidis is a quick thinker and can formulate plans on her feet. She's fair and sensible and generally has the right ideas. She's very good at strategy and she's never had a problem with patience.
