Am I the only who has this as a pet peeve about HP/PJO crossovers?

   Reyna, Annabeth, and Percy were all yelling at Chiron, not quite believing that wizards are real. "That's not possible, Chiron. It just-- I mean honestly it doesn't make sense." "For one I don't get how wizards can be real. And for two I can't just leave Camp Jupiter for 9-10 months. I am praetor. Yes, we have Frank but..." "Wizards? I'm pretty sure when I was twelve the guy in the lobby of the empire state, was reading a book about wizards..." As you can probably guess, the old centaur was having a struggle with reeling the children's attention in. To be honest, Chiron actually started thinking he should go visit his relatives after this. As a... vacation so to say.

   Despite all this Nico just scoffed quietly and shook his head in disbelief, making everyone turn towards him. Nico blushed at the sudden attention. "And why Nico, my dear little brother, aren't you questioning any of this?" Reyna asked way too sweetly for her personality, but with real curiosity. "Because I don't get it. I don't get why you're all freaking out over this." Percy and Annabeth grew confused over this. They didn't understand how the younger, but technically older, boy understood the problem, but they themselves, who've probably seen more than the average demigod, didn't.

 Chiron furrowed his eyebrows. "What do you mean my boy?" Nico scrunched his eyebrows as he started to absentmindedly answer the question. "I don't get why you guys are in shock. I mean look at the Hecate cabin, they all can do magic. They just, er, do need a stick--wand, to perform it. As they come from the goddess of magic herself. Heck, look at Hazel, she's blessed by Hecate." Nico took a breath and looked at the shocked faces on Annabeth and Chiron's faces, and the proud looks on Reyna and Percy's faces and grew a tad bit proud at the fact that he made them proud himself. "Besides, has no one, minus you Reyna, noticed that at the beginning of every summer most of the Hecate cabin comes back with an accent?" 

  Percy had a look of defeat on his face, while Annabeth looked a little upset that the son of Hades noticed something before the daughter of Athena did. There were at least five minutes of silence before Nico started squirming around at the fact they were all still looking at him. Chiron cleared his throat as he continued explaining. "Now as you've all already agreed to the quest..."
