Shenron is seen on screen with his eyes closed, before he opened them, allowing his bright red eyes to envelop the screen. We then see Quasar walking forward with a determined look on his face, before gritting his teeth, as we also see Captain Marvel, doing the same thing. Then both of them ran towards each other and threw a punch, their fists creating a clash that blinded the screen as the title card comes in.

Hyperdimension Neptunia Z [What-If] Quasar Kaze vs Captain Marvel

Quasar is seen standing on a cliff, his arms crossed as he remembered all the people he went up against over the years, before opening his eyes, revealing them to be teal green, before we cut to Captain Marvel flying through the endless vacuum of space.

Julia and Olive are seen in their house, with Julia looking worried about her son facing someone unknown, while Neptune and the others are sitting down, each of them wondering how Quasar is doing. Said Quasar is seen crossing his arms, his body covered in a golden aura, before he lowers them, revealing his teal green eyes.

As we then see Quasar, in Super Saiyan, flying towards Captain Marvel, throwing multiple punches and kicks, all of which she dodges with ease, even after he went Super Saiyan 2. The tables quickly turned when he went Super Saiyan God, sledgehammering her down to the ground, making her crash and leaving a massive crater, though she quickly flew back at him and threw a punch of her own, making him go Blue in order to dodge.

After a while, we see both of them appear to be heavily damaged while breathing heavily, their fight already taking a toll on them. With one final glare, the two of them flew at each other one last time, their clash creating a massive explosion that blinded the screen. When it died down, Captain Marvel looks up to see Quasar in Hyper Instinct starring her down, as the screen fades to black.

Sitting in between the middle

Both Quasar's and Captain Marvel's home are seen joined together, with a line separating them, as a bright flash happens. We see both Quasar and Captain Marvel standing in a dark void, before we see them surrounded by their respective friends, before we get a glimpse of the dragon balls.

The choices that I'm facing right now
Destroy everything or simply myself?
Yelling all night long and I don't what's right or wrong
Is there really no way to answer this, right now?!

Quasar is seen walking through the city with his friends by his side, as Captain Marvel is seen laughing and talking with the avengers, before a bright light covers the screen as we see the two of them glaring at each other. Quasar then goes Super Saiyan, then 2, then God, then blue, then finally, Blue Azure Heart, as Captain Marvel's hair, eyes, and hands began to glow.

Hidden with their masks of light
Demons pose as angels out sight

They say with all their might!!

Quasar rushes at Captain Marvel, who moved to the side and jabbed her fist in his stomach, making him cough up blood, before he snarled by punching her in the face, sending her flying. He then appears behind her and fired a Kamehameha, with her recovering quickly, then firing her own attack from her hands, both attacks colliding.

For the sake of good you see
Vanquish evil from its tyranny
The world is waiting just for me
I know I will succeed!

Both Quasar and Captain Marvel are both seen in their respective worlds, back-to-back, with their eyes closed, as Hyper Shenron roars and lunges at the screen, creating a red flash.

Quasar, in Hyper Instinct, and Captain Marvel, in her full-power, are both seen staring each other down, before we cut to the title screen, before fading to black
