THIRD PERSON POV

A long time ago there were two kingdoms, one run by King Hermes and the other run by Queen Demeter, both had a child. Princess Katie was the child of Queen Demeter while Prince Travis was the child of King Hermes. The King and Queen hatched a plan to make their children spend their summers together so they could Wed.

*Present Day*

Today was the day Katie and Travis meets for the first time. Travis was travelling with his father toward the castle owned by Queen Demeter.

"Ah, Demeter! Such a pleasure to see you," Hermes stated, getting off his horse, "And this must be young Princess Katie,"

"Hermes, so good to see you too and this strapping young fellow must be Prince Travis," Demeter stated. she then slightly shoved her daughter towards Travis, urging her forward. Hermes was doing the same to Travis.

"Mother, must I?" Katie hissed. Her Mother gave her a stern look before sending her forward. Little did they know the same argument was going on between King Hermes and his son.

Once both were together gave each other tight but polite smiles.

"Hello Princess Katie, it is such a pleasure to finally meet you," Travis said grumpily.

"Pleasure to meet you Prince Travis," Katie said politely smiling. As she did a courtesy, Travis ran back to his father. Katie glanced at her mother questioningly.

After a stern look from his father Travis turned back to Katie before stumbling over to her. What happened next neither child enjoyed as Prince Travis kissed Katie's hand.

I can't believe I'm stuck with her all summer

I'll be she doesn't wrestle, hunt or box

(Katie)

He looks conceited

(Travis)

What a total bummer

If I get lucky I'll get chicken pox

Later that day in the castle Demeter and Hermes were talking to each other about the arrangement. Meanwhile Katie and Travis were fighting in the background.

The children seem to get along quite nicely

We'll join our lands if this arrangement clicks

My dear King Hermes, that's my point precisely

It's such good parenting

And politics

A few summers later the summer visits were still going on and Hermes was trying to get Travis ready to leave.

We can't keep Katie waiting

He soon will be arriving

I swear I'm gonna be sick

King Hermes and Queen Demeter were writing to make sure that their children will wed.

One day prince Travis will be her intended

We've tried all summer but we just can't lose her

Connor held up a sign as the two boys climbed up to the treehouse. The sign read 'No Girls Allowed'

Katie kicked the foundation of the treehouse and it all came falling down on to of her. Leading to all three of them having serious injuries.
