The year is 1982, and Amanda "Mandy" Sonnenfeld's eighteenth birthday is nearing.

First of all, thank you so much for checking out this book. It's going to be a bit of a wild ride. I love the Fear Street Trilogy and the story that ties each movie together. It's very creative how the films are more than just slashers.

I wanted to write from the perspective of one of the victims of the curse as I thought it would be really interesting to see how a normal person can change in an instant. The killer change in Mandy is going to be a slow-burn (similar to Cyrus Miller and Tommy Slater), which means that it's going to be a while before she starts a murder spree.

Just want to warn you now that this part is going to be fucking depressing, so apologies for the PAIN. Mandy's going to go through a lot of mental torture in this part.

This was originally going to be a one-off story based on the Fear Street Trilogy that wouldn't focus on the other characters until I decided to add more OCs and interconnect Mandy's story with the rest of the trilogy. 

This book is going to be split into five separate parts (it used to be four until I decided to utilise the 1666 section of the last movie). I have a feeling that this might take a long time to write, but I hope it will be worth it. Not just for me, but for all of you as well.
