SkyIsBlue: I don't have a really high IQ but I'd like to think I have enough brain cells to say that Ashley isn't at fault for what happened. I know it was her car that hit him but what kind of person, who is capable of thinking straight enough to know he'd need to book a cab if he was planning on drinking, isn't at fault? Everything is just so messed up.
