"Yay!" Shidō called, hugging her tighter as I looked over to see an annoyed looking Quarta and a smiling Pendragon-san "Come on Artoria and Xenovia! Chi-chan is going to get us some food!"

Shidō smiled at Hyōdō's forgiveness "Ah! I knew Chi-chan would be forgiving even now!"

Eventually, Pendragon-san chose to speak. "So, why did you come to us?"

Straight to business. I can respect that. I put on a serious expression "OK, to avoid beating around the bush, we want to help you destroy the [Excalibur] sword you were sent to find."

The 3 [Exorcists] seemed surprised, glancing at one another at my sudden proposal. I didn't tell them either of my reasons. I wanted to see their overall reactions first before I could even consider telling them.

"...Maybe it's okay leaving a sword to you guys, if you can destroy it. But make sure that your identities aren't revealed. We also don't want our higher-ups and enemies to think that we are connected to you guys."

Shidō nodded "Even so, we thought that the success rate was high enough to come to this country prepared to put our life on the line."

"Yeah. The high-ups also told us to continue with our mission as well and dispatched us to this country. It's almost self-sacrifice." Quart agreed.

"And isn't that what we, the followers, desire for?" Shidō questioned.

Quarta shook her head "I changed my mind. My beliefs are flexible. So I can act in the best way."

"You! I have been thinking about it for a long time, but your faith is a bit weird!" Shidō said surprised.

Quarta shrugging "I won't deny it. But I think that it's our duty to accomplish our mission and return safely. I'm going to live and continue fighting for God. Am I wrong?"

"Then think of it as getting help from a Dragon." I suddenly said, already having enough of their little argument on their beliefs "Hyōdō here has Ddraiq, as she holds the [Boosted Gear] and is the [Sekiryuutei] of our generation."

Quarta looking seriously between Hyōdō and I before settling on the former with a barely noticeable smile "He's right... I never thought that I would meet the [Sekiryuutei] in a distant country like this. Even if you turned into a Devil, I see the dragon power within you is rather strongly present. I nodded, trying to accept that answer "Well, since we've reached an agreement in our negotiation, we'll definitely lend you guys. I'm gonna call up a partner and let her know." I stood up from the table and took my cellphone outside.

I typed in a number into my phone and let it ring for a bit before a voice picked up (Hello?) I easily recognised the still somewhat angry voice as Kiba.

"...I'll be brief. We're at a restaurant with the [Exorcists], so you need to get your ass here if you want the chance you've been waiting for." I paused for a moment, thinking about something else to add "Also, I am not saying we're fighting with the [Exorcists] for their [Excalibur] swords. That is not what I meant. Just get here."

There was a brief pause and I thought Kiba was going to reject the offer, but eventually there was a sigh (I'll be there in a little bit.) There was a click as Kiba hung up. I shut my phone and put it back in my pocket.
