"Why didn't I researched that earlier?" Jisung spoke to himself after climbing out of the black van. He fixed the mask and the cap on his head and looked at the school gates in front of him. "I could've seen her way earlier." He sighed at his own dumbness.

After Jisung broke down in front of the practice room, he caught a horrible flue and was bedbound for a few weeks. In the time being, he looked at the pictures Jaehyun-hyung had send him. He send him a folder full of pictures of Subin during her internship. Jaehyun had told him that Dahee-noona had kept all the pictures and that he had simply asked her to give them to her.

Dahee had given them to Jaehyun without a second thought and while being sick, Jisung had looked at every single picture until he stumbled over a picture of Subin standing next to Taeil. Subin had a pretty eye smile on her face and wore her uniform.

And after researching for a while, Jisung had found out which Highschool Subin was attending.

So once he was feeling better, he asked his bodyguard to drive him to the school. And here he was, standing in front of the gates, waiting to finally see Subin again. He sighed once the gate opened and the first few students started leaving the school, talking loudly.

Some students looked at him before continuing to walk away, but Jisung didn't care for that. He looked into the distance until he found a familiar head running towards the gate. His heart lept when he saw the petite face and the shoulder-length brown hair of none other than Han Subin.

The girl rummaged in her backpack until she held a black hoodie in her hand and was about to walk past Jisung. The boy acted and grabbed her wrist, pulling her into his chest. Subin let out a shriek and almost dropped her hoodie.

Her classmates walked past her and stared at her. "What are you doing?" A boy from Subin's class asked when he saw Jisung grabbing on to Subin.

Subin looked up and locked eyes with Jisung. She immediately recognized him and turned to her classmate. "It's okay!" She smiled and shooed the boy away before turning to Jisung. "What are you doing here?!" She hissed when Jisung invited her into the car.

Once the bodyguard had closed the door of the backseat, Jisung took off his masquerade and looked at Subin. He scanned Subin's face, stared at her soft skin, the pink lips and her sparkly eyes. He chuckled. "I can't believe I found you!" He breathed out and pulled Subin into another hug.

Subin felt heat rush into her face and tried to push Jisung off her, but something about his hug was different. She slowly relaxed and laid her arms around his torso. Her heart started jumping at that almost intimate skinship. She could smell Jisung's aftershave and felt the muscles in his back.

They slowly let go of each other. Jisung stared at Subin as if she was the most beautiful diamond in the whole wide world — and for Jisung she was. "I missed you so much", Jisung confessed and fumbled with the hem of his shirt. "There was no day where I didn't think of you." His ears were red and he thought his heart would jump out of his chest any minute.

He wanted to tell Subin how much she meant to him and how lovesick he was once she left. He wanted to confess, but he knew that would be way too soon. They finally found each other after such a long time... he didn't want to act too fast.

Subin's cheeks were pink after Jisung's sudden confession and she pressed her lips together and looked at him. She couldn't believe that he was searching for her. "J-Jisung-ah?" She asked and the boy locked eyes with her. The look on his face showed warmth and Subin felt her heart do a somersault.

"Yes?" He asked, looking at her. "I have to go to work", she whispered. "Where do you work?" He asked. "I'll drive you." Subin pressed her lips together and looked at Jisung. She chuckled and opened her backpack fishing out her lanyard.

Without a word she handed Jisung the lanyard and looked at his face, waiting for his reaction.

Jisung smiled once he read what was on the ID. "Junior Producer?" He asked and Subin nodded. "I'm finally living my dream", she confessed and Jisung smiled and grabbed on to her hands. "I'm so proud of you! Please give me the honor to drive you over to Brandnew!" He asked and looked at her face.

Subin opened her mouth to say something, but she couldn't find the right words. She felt so safe and warm, sitting in the backseat of an empty car with Jisung. Her heart was beating crazily and she felt heat rush to her cheeks once again.

She couldn't turn his offer down. It had been almost seven months since they have last seen each other. He wouldn't let her go this easily, Subin knew that. "Give me a second", she whispered and pointed a finger in the air. She opened the door from the car and stepped outside, taking her phone.

Jisung watched her from inside of the car. He watched her kicking a pebble that was right in front of her, while she was having the phonecall. He watched how she knelt down to pick up said pebble and play with it in her hands.

"She's so pretty", Jisung sighed and scanned her. She had a petite, round face, and the prettiest brown eyes the young boy had ever seen. Her body was well proportioned and she had long, thin legs that looked really cute in the tights she wore under her uniform's skirt.

Jisung was still daydreaming when Subin climbed back into the car. "I called my teacher", she said with a soft smile, happy that she wouldn't have to part ways with Jisung. "He gave me off today." Her voice was quiet while she looked at Jisung.

It was quiet for a while, both teenagers just staring at each other.

Subin was unsure what these weird feelings inside her were, and what they were doing to her. Her hands were sweaty and her heartbeat was way too fast. She felt weird, yet comfortable.

Jisung felt weird. He was happy and excited, but there was more. He wanted more. He wanted to scream into her face that he loved her. And all of a sudden he freaked out. He sighed, a very long, needy sigh. Subin looked at him. "Are you okay?" She asked.

"I'm not", he said and leaned towards her. "This will be very selfish, but I can't hold back anymore." He took a deep breath. "Slap me if you don't want me to continue, ok?" He asked and Subin furrowed her brows not understanding what he meant.

She only understood once the same-aged-boy leaned into her and pressed his lips softly onto hers.
